Do Penis Enlargement Pills Work? Part 2

The second pill I decided on is Size-Pro as they seem to be the 2nd most popular, user choice. They have some good testimonials but testimonials really mean nothing to me. Penis Enlargement is filled with dishonesty and bullshit and weeding through it can take some time. As it stands the 2 pills I have chosen are VigRX and Size-Pro. I have sent out a request to each company to participate in this study and I hope to here back from them soon.

If one of these companies do not respond in a timely manner I will move to my 3rd choice: Vimax. Vimax is not as popular as my top 2 choices but they do have similar ingredients and result claims.

Do Penis Enlargement Pills Work? Part 1

The first pill I have settled on, considered to be the best in all of PE, is VigRX. I have send an email to the VigRX company requesting a 6 month supply to start my analysis. I am hoping for a response later today. Since this company uses my name, indirectly, to sell their pills I am hoping they donate this 6 month supply. I am extremely critical of any pill actually working and I expressed this in my email. I really do not want to lead anyone on here or at the pill companies, this is purely experimental and necessary for me to be able to take a stand on penis enlargement pills.

To date only 3 things have helped me gain penis size.

1.) This program at: http://www.mattersofsize.com is how I got to 10". It is a multi-phased, all natural program. The Phases are a chronicle of my own journey so far and every thing I have done thus far, manually, is reflected there. I started at 6.5 inches of length and 4.75 inches of girth. Today I am 10.5" in length with 6.70" of girth. So, obviously, manual, natural exercise works and produces amazing results.

2.) The second thing I have used with excellent success is the Bib Hanger found at http://www.bibhangers.com This is a hanging device that gets strapped to the penis and weight is hung off an attached hook. I started using this at about 9.5" and mixed with exercises in the above paragraph (1) I was able to add an additional inch onto my erect size.

3.) The next thing I have used is called the Power Assist found at: http://www.mattersofsize.com/Power_Assist.html This is more of a manual stretching aid. I have been using this, in conjunction with the program found at: http://www.mattersofsize.com for almost 2 years and I know this has been a very important aid in gaining size. It is a device that allows me to manually increase the intensity of any stretch by way of fulcrum. This is what I have done so far and I have been involved with penis enlargement for about 4 years. I plan on stopping all exercise as soon as my first supply of pills arrive. I will take the VigRX pills for 3 months with no exercise, than for an additional 3 months with the exercises found at: http://www.mattersofsize.com I will keep track daily of all measurements, sexuality and any other psychological or physical side effects/benefits.

I have not decided on the second pill yet as there are many to weed through. Hopefully I will have a decision made today, need to do more research. As soon as I have it, you will have it.

I am going to Start a Penis Enlargement Pill Test

I know, I know! I have been a long time skeptic of penis enlargement pills but I get offered penis enlargement pills constantly by different companies to try. I have always been against pills because of what I have read and the way they are advertised but this has never been from 1st hand experience. I like to try anything before taking a complete stance against it and to be honest I never tried any of these pills. To date my gains in PE have been enormous, today I am at 10.5" in length and 6.70" of girth but over the past few months my gains have slowed so I thought this would be the perfect time to test penis enlargement pills.

Sex Drive

Libido or sex drive can be effected by many sources. A lack of Labido may be due to medication. Some medication are notorious for low Labido and before starting and medication ask your doctor about its effects on your Libido.

Libido can also be effected by too much outside stimulation. A loss of Libido can be due to too much pornography. Libido is very dependent on desire and over exposure to sexual material may very well effect the Libido. Some times an abstinence to these materials will change the Libido and get you back to a normal sex drive.

Libido can also change with a poor diet. A healthy Libido is very dependent on a healthy diet. Too much fat or sugar is a real Libido buster. A lack of exercise can also effect the Libido. Adding a simple daily walk can do wonders for your Libido. When your diet and exercise are in order so is your Libido.

Alcohol and other mood changing drugs can really destroy the Libido. A good Libido needs clear thought and sometimes intoxication can really screw up your Libido.

If you are anything like me Penis Size Surveys can take many different shapes and leave you feeling confused about the definitive answer on average penis size. Looking at on-line Penis Size Surveys will make things even more confusing due to the numerous Penis Size Surveys and studies conducted around this issue. I visited every conceivable Penis Size Survey the Internet has and picked two studies I felt to be most accurate out of the vast collection of Penis Size Surveys.

The Kinsey Penis Size Surveys is one of the biggest and most famous Penis Size Surveys ever done. It was done in 1948 and involved 3,500 college males. I thought this to be a great Penis Size Survey with some minor flaws. One being most of the men in the Penis Size Survey were white, this is a problem because it leaves doubts about race cross sections. The other being the method of measurement in the Penis Size Survey, the subject simply held a white card against their penis and marked their length on the card, which was later measured. Even though this Penis Size Survey was medically viewed it leaves a large area of error, The Kinsey Penis Size Survey concluded the average erect length was 6.21 inches and the average erect girth was 4.85 inches. Flaccid length was found to be 3.89 inches and flaccid girth 3.75 inches on average.

The one Penis Size Surveys I did like most, is Lifestyles Condoms. I think this Penis Size Survey left the smallest amount of error. In the Spring 2001 in Cancun, Mexico, Lifestyles gathered a total of 301 male volunteers over 18 years old for a Penis Size Survey. Each subject was measured by a Penis Size Survey researcher, which eliminated the cheating factor. The results of the Lifestyles Penis Size Survey found that average penis erect length is 5.87 inches and erect girth is 4.97 inches. Also, according to the Penis Size Surveys, 54% of subjects measured between 5.5 inches and 6.3 inches in erect length with 53.3% measuring between 4.72 inches and 5.11 inches in girth. I liked everything in this study but the amount of subjects and the race inconsistencies.

What I think to be the most definitive answer:
In my opinion, considering all of the Penis Size Surveys above, I would conclude that the average erect penis measures closer to 5.5 inches than the previously believed 6.5 inches in length. As far as girth is concerned 5 inches is what I believe to be the average. These may be my opinions but I would like to let you know I have studied very closely all Penis Size Surveys of validity and found these numbers to be most unbiased.

Jelqing Basics

Jelqing (also known as milking) is an exercise designed to force large amounts of blood through the penis, increasing the internal pressure and creating controlled damage or micro-tears in the structure of the penis. This damage will be mostly repaired overnight but overworking or not taking rest days will reduce efficacy. The effects can be to increase length or girth or a combination of the two.

The exercise consists of applying an OK style thumb and forefinger grip encircling the base of the lubricated partially erect penis, restricting blood flow, and pulling this grip forward toward the glans. Once one hand has reached the glans the same grip and motion is applied with the second hand. This process is repeated for a number of strokes in a continuous milking motion. Each stroke should take no less than three seconds.

It is important that jelqing is proceeded with and followed by a warm wrap, to relax the tissues and minimise chances of injury.

Jelqing is, on the face of it, simple but it can take a while to master the intricacies of the exercise and improvements will be made many months after starting. Initially your penis will need to become accustomed to the pressure levels and so you should aim to build the intensity and duration of the exercise over time. This will allow for the blood supply to the penis to develop and the tissues to become used to the exercise.

Erection Level
The level of erection is important. If you Jelq with too low an erection level or allow your erection to subside for too long before correction, the pressure during the progression of each stroke will vary greatly. The start of the stroke will be low pressure and the end of the stroke will be a much higher pressure. This will encourage more girth development toward the glans and eventually result in a baseball bat shape developing.

The minimum erection level you should allow is 40%-50%. In general, the greater the erection, the more effect on girth. Likewise, the lower the erection, the more effect on length. That said, some gain length easily and others only find girth increases. Jelqing with erections higher than 80% should be avoided initially.

Grip
The grip can be applied in many ways. However it is applied, there are some important common factors.

Grip Factors

Strength - Matching strength and diameter of the grip to erection level to avoid changing pressure as a stroke progresses.

Consistency - The grip should be consistent throughout the stroke. It is easy to subconsciously increase or rotate the grip part way through a stroke.

Starting at the base - The grip should be attached as low down as possible


The standard OK grip can be applied in two ways, palms up (a standard OK) and palms down (an overhand OK). Though the grip is generally referred to as an OK grip there is no requirement for the forefinger and thumb to meet, what is important is that it traps blood effectively. To that end if it works to grip the end of the forefinger with the thumb or to use thumb and forefinger in a U shaped grip it is important to proceed with what works best. A U shaped (pinch grip) applied vertically will tend to work the corpora carvenosa (CC) most, encouraging girth gains.

If there is no intention to attempt bend correction the grip should be applied straight. If gentle work to help correct a bend is required then the grip can be applied diagonally with the leading edge of the grip on the inside of the bend. Do not expect dramatic correction, this is a gradual and limited process.

The effects of jelqing are a combination of stretching and internal pressure. If stretching and length are important application of a grip that less effectively traps blood but is stronger is sensible. This can be achieved with rotation of the grip at the point of application. Also if the first grip becomes a short stretch at the glans whilst the second grip is applied this is likely to have positive length effects.

Care should be taken to avoid damaging the dorsal nerve which runs along the top of the penis in the middle. There is a particularly sensitive nerve bundle in the top middle of the penis just below the glans and this should be avoided, either by terminating the stroke an inch before the glans or avoiding the area with a grip biased to sideways pressure. An overhand OK, locating the webbing between thumb and forefinger centrally is likely to be least likely to cause nerve damage and can fairly safely allow the stroke to be continued all the way to the glans.

To ensure that the entire penis is worked out throughly the grip should be varied during the course of a session. Mixing up overhand and standard OK grips and changing rotation of the grip at the point of application is a good habit to gain.

Its best to work up to full intensity. Even with a good warm wrap, a lot of spotting can be avoided by applying a low intensity grip initially and building it up during the first minute or so.

Angle and Position
An upward angle (penis pointing up toward the ceiling) will put most of the stretching gain into the tunica which is harder to stretch than the ligaments, so it can be used to try and minimize length gains (in combination with high level erections). An upward angle is associate with a standard OK grip. It is harder to grip close to the base using this angle.

A downward angle (penis pointing toward the floor) will place more strain on the ligaments. Its generally associated with an overhand OK grip and many people find it easier to both achieve a grip nearer the base and a greater pump effect from each stroke.

With a standard OK, stroking with the right hand whilst pulling the shaft to the left, and with the left hand pulling to the right, will apply stretch to the ligaments on one side at a time benefiting length. Pulling in the same direction as the hand in use with an overhand OK will have similar effects.

Some find that jelqing whilst standing increases the initial pressure of blood in the penis and thus the effectiveness. Similarly jelqing in a sitting position with the legs raised above the level of the penis should help. This will also encourage a slumped back which will allow easier access to the base of the penis and increase the downward angle when jelqing down.

Stroke
The speed of each stroke is extremely important. Stroke times of less than 3 seconds should be avoided. It is very easy to start at a good rate but increase to masturbation speeds if concentration is lost. Timing the stroke rate (either by counting ( one - one thousand, two - one thousand, three - one thousand) or with a watch or metronome is a good way to ensure that the speed is constant.

It is possible to increase the strength of the grip without encouraging a ramping of pressure during the stroke by lengthening the stroke time.

A very important part of your program will be the Warm-up and Warm-Down. During this process you will be preparing your penis for exercise. It is important to warm up in order to loosen the ligaments and increase good blood flow. There are many different ways to accomplish this here are a few:

Heating Pad: A conventional heating pad works very well for warm-up. You can pick one up for under $14.00 and they create the perfect heating supply for warm-up. Wrap your penis in the heating pad, plug it in, set a comfortable temperature and relax for 10-15 minutes.

Hot Wrap: A hot wrap is a quicker, less expensive way to warm-up. With a standard washcloth fill you sink or tub with hot water. Soak washcloth until hot and wrap penis. Re-soak rag as it cools. This process should be done for about 5 minutes.

Oil rub Warm-up: With some basic baby oil heat in hot water or microwave very quickly (making sure it is not burning hot) when desired heat is reached work this oil into your penis in a deep massage. This massage should last 5 minutes.

Hot Tub, Shower or Bath: A warm-up can also be done in one of the previously mentioned places. If time allows a nice 10 minute soak really loosens things up and prepares you for exercise.

Basic Stretching
After your warm-up in a seated position prepare yourself for your stretching routine. With an ample supply of Baby powder on you hands grip your penis just below the head. Go easy at first and over your first week, as you become comfortable, increase the stretching strength to 100%.

Basic Jelqing
With desired lubricant (I highly recommend Vaseline) cover hands and penis completely. At this point you will want to have about an 80% erection (semi-soft) Now in a seated position with your palm down grip your penis with the standard OK sign grip. Gripping your penis at the extreme base and a tight grip, force the blood from the very base up to right below the head in a sliding motion. When your first hand reaches the bottom of your head the second hand begins the same movement. This is a strange movement at first but over a few sessions it will become second nature. With each passing day increase the intensity ever so slightly. The goal of basic jelqing is too enlarge girth, add length and improve general penile health.

PC Muscle Fitness/Kegels
This is an important part of your workout.
This routine can be done anywhere. The benefits of doing these are a huge part of your growth process. A mature, developed PC muscle will be paramount to future gains and penile health.

What is a kegel?
A kegel is the name of a pelvic floor exercise, named after Dr. Kegel who discovered the exercise. These muscles are attached to the pelvic bone and act like a hammock, holding in your pelvic organs. With favorite lotion grab your scrotum just above your testicles. Now in a rubbing motion massage each testy for 30 seconds rubbing between your fingers in a gentle but firm movement. Now massage all the fluid around your testicles for 60 seconds. At this point your scrotum should be very relaxed. Finally lightly stretch your scrotum downward while the other hand pulls your penis upward. Do 60 of these. This is a very quick routine but the benefits are great. REST DAYS
I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.

Intensity and Belief in Penis Enlargement

In my opinion, intensity and belief is key to gains in all parts of PE but I would like to concentrate of stretching and length in this thread. I literally work one to one with more than 100 guys at any given time. The biggest are of confusion is intensity and if any given person is stretching at their full potential. I see many guys making steady, quick and solid length gains then there are others who struggle with length gains. I have been studying the difference between the two groups and there are two major differences. One is physical while the other is mental. I will explore both areas in hopes to give some good advice on making length gains possible for everyone.

Intensity, being the physical quality of PE that I think gets lost in the web-translation, needs to be addressed and a clear understanding of how intense any given stretch needs to be should be defined. A couple of the most popular questions I get are, "How intense should the stretch be?" or "I am scared that I will hurt myself by stretching too hard, how do I know?."
I think these 2 questions encapsulate one underlying fear and that fear is injury. I think many men are just plain scared they will injure themselves so they hold back on intensity when stretching. I think these people view the penis as a very delicate, fragile, body part that can be easily damaged. This is simply not true. The penis is tougher than most think. Doing flaccid exercise (i.e.: stretching) it is extremely difficult to injure yourself. The amount of tension needed to rip you penis off is something Arnold would have problems achieving. This does not mean that newbies should jump into extreme pe immediately, but I do believe intensity needs to be increased each day until your max is found. Light stretching simply will not lengthen your penis. A fine line between injury and gains is not so clearly defined but getting yourself to this grey area of intensity is paramount to making length gains.

Point two is a mental based problem that I almost always find in the group that struggles with length gains. Belief is such an over used word that has become almost benign in PE. People say, including myself, believe in yourself and pe and you will gain. This is not clean enough. For the people who make incredible gains belief is something they already have so it is easy to give this benign advice to non-gainers, however, the ones who struggle with gains are left just as confused after this advice is given because BELIEVE IN YOURSELF is a language they do not understand.

Is belief important to making gains? YES, YES, YES! Belief is closely related to confidence and sometimes we need to pretend or act like we believe in order to eventually truly believe. I really think that most people who do not gain have a underlying doubt that pe does not work, that people who gain are the chosen few and they are somehow different then these people, and that PE is generally bullshit. I find this attitude is the countless messages I get from those who struggle. They tell me that they have this incredible workout, and it usually is, but they just don't think they can gain. It is so easy to set ourselves up to fail. If I approach sex, plagued with thoughts that I may not be able to get it up, I usually have problems. If I am right about something and I approach a debate with this egotistical attitude my ears become deaf and I will argue my point into the ground weather I am right or not never hearing the other point of view. I have always found it so easy to fail but I have always found it so difficult to succeed. I have had enough experience in life that I know positive pre-belief is paramount to being successful. So how should someone approach a stretch session and believe they will gain? It starts with realizing that the penis is a penis is a penis. Virtually a bag of flesh, blood and tissue not much different than your ears. I do not believe genetics plays any role in making gains even though is may play a role in individual size pre-pe. The first thing men need to practice is the belief that their penis is just like every other penis out there. Tough ligs, thick skin, thick tunica, etc. are all excuses we put in our way to set ourselves up to fail. I really do not think there is any real difference from penis to penis and it is important for you guys to believe the same way. Even if you do not believe, pretend to and it will eventually stick.

The next area or step in belief is visualization. Visualize is another over used word that needs to be explored and clearly defined. I think giving my own background is visualization may be the easiest to define this. I have a belief, weather you think it is true or not I DON'T CARE, but it is a strong belief for me. 99% of the men in the world are born with an average penis size with 2 inches. I think that the average penis scale is anywhere from 5 to 7 inches in length. Anything beyond or below this scale is rare. The many people we see online that are bigger than the scale are not the few exception but in fact the men that pe. The tell tale signs are there for us to see, vascular look, creeping hair up the shaft, glans scars, stretch marks, discoloration, we just find it difficult to think this many people could actually know about pe. Why is this so hard to believe? A number of reasons come to mind right off the bat; self insecurity, the popular media and their continuous denial of natural penis enlargement and how that affect us, the plastic surgery profession and their hopes to keep men in surgery. All these things contribute to our beliefs around PE's popularity. Another thing that happens is the men in porn closely guard this secret, the 1st thing they need or want is competition so it is imperative that they deny pe at all costs. In numerous interviews men in big dick porn, when asked about pe, deny its credibility. I say BULLSHIT! I am not blind, I see the marks and scars congruent with pe. I refuse to allow myself to be fooled. This is what we need to come to grips with and take to heart as a strict belief; the penis is almost always average anything beyond this is self created.

Keeping the above paragraph in mind the next step is finding a penis we want. Go online, search yourself into a frenzy, find a picture of your ideal penis and make it happen. Keep in mind the penis you find is more than likely created by the subject and you too can do the same. Study the picture, try to imagine it before the guy did pe, imagine him going through the enlargement process, and empathize with it. Picture yourself going through these exact steps. Keep a mental picture of this penis and the process the subject went through, see this on a daily basis before stretching.

Believing in yourself with the steps above require physical effort also. This brings us to the question on intensity. Again I will give my own method of having the best stretch session each and everyday. Recently my stretch sessions have looked like this:

DLD Basic Fulcrum Stretch Routine
BTC: 50 seconds to right, left and center. I use my legs and glutes as the fulcrum against the stretch. I do this in a standing position and get into different standing positions until the tension is most intense.

STRAIGHT DOWN: 50 seconds to right, left and center. I use my FOOT-LONG STRETCH to fulcrum the stretch. I do this in a seated position and use my foot to give maximum intensity.

STRAIGHT OUT: 50 seconds to right, left and center. I use my upper thigh to fulcrum the stretch. I do this in a seated position and I shift my position to make the fulcrum as intense as possible. The center stretch is an A-Stretch.

STRAIGHT UP: 50 seconds to right, left and center. See DLD Counter Stretches (using it to the front opposed to the back) to understand the right and left fulcrum. The center stretch is straight up with no fulcrum.

ROTARIES: I finish the routine with ROTARY STRETCH'S. I do one set down, one set straight out and one set straight up. I do 50 rotaries in each one of these directions.

You will find out quickly that you can easily achieve your maximum intensity by using manual fulcrums but there is a mental aspect to the intensity also. This may sound funny but it is my mental practice in my stretch sessions. When stretching BTC I imagine I am trying to reach the small of my back. I stretch with this in mind. My goal is to reach this area of my back. When I stretch downward I imagine reaching the floor with my glans. My ultimate goal is touching the ground and I stretch with the intensity to do this. When I stretch outward I imagine myself touching the the wall in front of me, my goal, at all costs, is touching the wall. When I stretch up my goal is to touch my chin, I imagine this and try my hardest to get there. Obviously I have not gotten there yet but this is the mental goal I have during each and every stretch and this is my key to maximum intensity. When I am visualizing these goals as I stretch my mind is focused on the goal and only that which translates to the strongest possible stretch. If I approach a stretch with fear of injury then my efforts are wasted on this anxiety. When I am able to center myself and visualize my goals it becomes the perfect compliment to intensity and gains happen.

Give Natural Penis Enlargement a Chance

PE suffers a great deal due to the negative press it gets outside of the underground, natural PE circles (ie: MoS Forums, PE Forums, Thunders, etc.) Many men will never find this incredible blessing because of the dishonest pill, cream, patch and potion companies that pedal unattainable dreams and unfounded claims. This has a detrimental, trickle down effect to the reputable forms of PE and much of the population see all forms of PE as a scam. This is a very real and very sad fact I struggle with everyday.

When this notion becomes part of the underground movement it becomes a serious problem to our efforts, collectively, to spreading the true awareness. If newbies come to these forums and see the general mood as being negative in belief they will forge ill, unfounded thoughts in their infancy and most likely give up before even starting. It is our responsibility, as a forum, to boast the real value of natural PE. That it does work, that we have made massive gains, that it is not a scam and that new men are making history each and everyday with the help of the veterans of this art.

When I see posts like the one below I angers me. Thundersplace has become such a negative influence on PE in their quest to debunk MoS and DLD that it is having a detrimental, trickle down effect to on the new minds of PE. I hope this thread makes it to the eyes of the new minds hoping to change their lives through penis enlargement.
