Penis Pumping 12 tips from Kooky

Ok guys. Thought I would throw out some stuff I have learned over the years as an avid pumper. Also, I hope DLD/MOD team doesn't get upset with me but since this is a new sub forum for MOS I would point all rookies to Thunder's for a solid "Pumping 101" routine listed there.



First off, I think that pumping is a GREAT tool for girth. I attribute it to most of my girth gains over the years. But be warned, I think pumping has the most potential for injury than any type of PE. To many guys see those massive girth gains in the tube and start thinking to add more pressure AND time and they will gain quicker. Nope. A good way to get bruising and a massive thrombosed vein on top of several other types of injuries. You need to take it slow and condition your penis to take this type of pressure. Here are some tips...


1. ALWAYS WARM UP! Whether your using a rice sock, hot wash cloth, or heating pad, never forget that heat is your friend.

2. KEEP ACURATE TIME! Don't let that huge gain in the tube decieve you. Keep your times in the tube consistent. I would start with no more than 10 minutes at a time and build up to it.

3. GET A GAUGE! You will need this to keep track of your routine PLUS it will help you control your session. Don't let how good the higher levels can feel sometimes. I recomend the Mighty Vac.

4. ALWAYS START 100% ERECT! This will do two things mainly. 1, it will help you to reach maximum expansion and 2, it will help reduce fluid build up.

5. ALWAYS JELQ/MASSAGE AFTER EACH SET! Jelqing is the cornerstone of any girth routine to begin with. This will help get the blood moving around again and it will help to keep the fluid build up down as well.

6. KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR COCK! If you start to notice bad discoloring or other abnormalities, STOP!

7. FEEL YOUR COCK! If you start to notice alot of pain, STOP!

8. DO LENGTH FIRST! If you are hanging or doing other length routines, do them first. You shouldn't hang after pumping.

9. USE A GOOD LUBE! Can't stress this enough. I start with a hand lotion then move to vaseline. Helps to create a good seal.

10. SHAVE! You will need to remove hairs that will cause leaks in your seal.

11. KEEP YOUR TUBE CLEAN! Hot water and mild dishwashing soap is what I use.

12. START WITH THE RIGHT SIZE TUBE! This is very important. Start with one tow big, then you run into the problem of having your nuts sucked up into the tube. Most of the Major pump sites tell you how to measure what size would be best for you.

We talk about Penis Enlargement over and over. People say that that’s is the only way to get your penis bigger? Is that really true? Is PE exercises, hanging, pumping, and stretching and whatever else really the only way? I don’t think so. I think we all look past the most important thing.

Why did our penis grow during adolescence and puberty? We did nothing to increase the size, we did no hanging, or manuals, no jelqing. Why did our penis get bigger? I refuse to belive that Manuals and all this stuff is the only way to get bigger. That is absoluty incorrect and we can figure out a way to tap into what our bodies do and use that to our advantage.

What is the penis? Why is the penis so tough? The ligaments and tunica in our penis are one of the strongest fibers on our body. If they were not so tough, we would get bigger so much easier from manuals. Why not find out what our body does to make it grow and use that? Cause it did not use penis exercises. They were not made to get any bigger after you were done growing. Period.. PE is a alteration to our body. That is what it is. Our penis got bigger while we were in the growing stages because that is what it was supposed to do. If we can somehow trigger that effect again, we will truly have natural growth. Combine that with PE you are talking about big, fast results. Which is what we all want right? Do you want to PE for the next 5-10 years?

Honestly? Who here is going to PE for the rest of your life? Who wants to, would you rather do it now and just get it over? I don’t want to be doing this till I am 30 for sure. I have messed with my dick long enough. I mean are you really going to PE for the next 3-10 years? When will you stop? I mean I am 8X6, and I want 10X7 how long will it take? I know there has got to be a faster way our there than this. Lets all really think and research what makes the penis grow and what is involved from our body and use that to our advantage.

Background

These are very common and are signs that your stretching good.
Also its Very easy to trigger these off.
Just stretch the ligs and apply a reverse kegel [flexes the PC reverse and exposes the ligs fully] this will get you that burn feeling.
The sensation comes from the base/ligament area of the penis and lasts for as long as you allow the stretch to be held while its engaged, meaning if you release the stretch the burn will go away soon.
You will get these sumtime by doing DLD 'A' stretches.
The feeling can be very intense indeed and make you yell abit for a second, sounds worse than it is but it can be very intense.

Why does it burn?

The reason the ligs are 'Burning' is because you are stretching them to their maximum.
A Chemical hormone named prostaglandin E1 is a contributer to this.
This very hormone helps open the cells inside the penis more efficiant for a better harder erection.
It also relaxes the ligaments and enables them to be stretched even further than normal before a Burn is fealt.
So the reason you feel the burn is because the penis ligaments are being pulled at their max and the prostaglandin E1 hormone can't help relax them anymore, so the burn sets in.
Hope this makes sense.
I will break it down more - If the ligs are maximum expanded to the furthest point they can safely go, than the burn sets in as the prostaglandin E1 can not keep it held back anymore and as a result the chemical reaction kicks in and creates the burning feeling.
A theory I have is Some men like with the pops may be more prone to this type of phenomonom.
If you have more prostaglandin E1 than it'll be harder to get these and if one has lower levels than itll be easyer.
Maybe these lower levels have something in common with how strong the ligaments actually are? come to think of it that makes sense as low levels of prostaglandin E1 would give a burn easier at any stretch lig-wise, so not as much force needed so the ligs cant be as strong? < Just a theory so dont take it as gospel fact.

Are they good or bad?

It is a very good sign when you get burns.
It shows your ligaments are getting the best stretch possible.
You will also know after say just 30 minutes of doing intense streches that after the burners you will know you've had a good workout, as you will feel it afterwards.
However if you continue to pull to hard while the burning sensation sets in than you risk the chance of snapping/tearing a ligament, which is serious and painful indeed and would require surgery and grafting to get it normal again.
When you feel that burn, hold the stretch for the desired time and dont go any more otherwise like I said, you risk over-stretch and a bad injury
Hopefully you will know your limits and can push abit further, but be careful.
You will also be quite sore in the base area where the ligaments are after having alot of burners.
This is normal, good and nothing to worry about.
The sensation normally lasts awhile and can last afew days.
So long as theres no serious pain, than your alright.

Summary

They are caused from a intense stretch, which has caused the ligs to expand to their maximum stretch and the prostaglandin E1 hormone can no longer relax the lig, so to remove this feeling during a stretch.
If you dont get them, it means that you aint got your ligs to their maximum stretch.
Will you still gain?
If you stick to a nice good workout than their's no reason why you shouldn't gain well from penis enlargement without these feelings, but I belive they are very important for big gainers.
DLD himself gets this feeling alot when he works out hard, and he now has a monster long erect penis.
Also the burners feel similer to those that we get when we goto the gym and do bicep work, near the end that burn feeling running through the arm like that, but more sharp.
I always used to get these deliberetly on the border-line of pain.
One would be nearly in agony when doing these.
I know my line if you do than try it also, if not dont go their as if you feel the slightest bit of tearing pain than stop as if you continue than the lig will be damaged, can get torn or the tendons damaged.
But its hard to really damage the ligs/tendons from this, they are very strong.
Also dont feel you must get burning sensations in your base region where the ligament are eachtime you stretch, hang etc etc in order to gain.
Guys gain without getting many burning sensations in the ligaments, so dont be worried about that.

Firstly.... Alright, to get you onto the right path as to what I'm talking about here than see the following link http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/a...tid=4206&stc=1 .
Look above the female's finger for the 'line' going across the penis, underneath the skin. Thats what is often refered to as 'ribs' and Shane, the guy in that link is a great example.

What are these 'ribs'? They are called Trabeculae but 'ribs' is the slang if you will for them.
They are made-up of white fibrous tissue, elastic fibres and plain musculer fibres. Numourous arteries and nerves are contained in them. They are in essence what supports and encloses arteries entering the cavernous structure.
Not alot of guys have these really visible like shane does.
I've found, that now I'm starting to see these Trabeculae becoming more and more visible.
I have had them like this for awhile now, but they have become more prominent especially during a session if I'm doing downward erect constricted bends.
The Trabeculae bulge out the sides just like shanes.
Deep girth work like that of constriction methods, SSJ, Horse Squeezes etc etc will make these Trabeculae structures more prominent, because they enclose arteries which carry blood into the Cavernous spaces so in essence they must be being enlarged through penis enlargement by doing deep internal girth work like that I have mentioned above.
I've never noticed these Trabeculae with other pe methods I used such as normal jelqing or stretching etc.
They musn't have hit the deep internal penis to actually get the Trabeculae to become prominent.
I think I'm also pretty confident that Shane has done penis enlargement, because these Trabeculae would need penis enlargement for sure to become so prominent.
I just wanted to share this information because it has always been on my mind as what these 'ribs' were - Trabeculae .
Now I know, and you and I can make them more prominent with deep girth work.
Also to recap, when I say deep girth work I mean such as anything that builds-up internally alot of pressure to work the girth, such as constriction, horse squeezes, SSJ etc etc.

The trabeculae isn't just a penile-thing.

* Penis [as discussed]


It also exists in other anatomical properties, but those above are the main ones.

Visualizing a Bigger Penis and Getting a Bigger Penis!

By: BodybuilderFirst off the Silva method sounds kinda crazy at first and doesn't make much sense. It sounds like a bunch of crap that doesn't work. But the more you read up/listen the more you began to understand why it works. There are tons of benefit's for doing the Silva method. Silva Mind control has several benefits. One of the most important is increased energy levels. The Silva method is awesome for not only increasing energy levels but visualizing the things you want in your life(Bigger Penis!). Remember now, Arnold used visualization in Body Building. He once said that it was one of the greatest things to his success in that sport.

I hope you read this whole thing, it took me forever to write and if you actually do this you and your penis will be thanking me later on.

Also i would like to point out that i have heard that Alpha Blade is somewhat similar to the Silva Method. DLD mentioned that he has some exercises for visualization in the Alpha Blade. I think the Alpha Blade is going to be awesome and I'm going to get the site when it comes out.

I'm not for sure on this, but i wouldn't doubt if DLD is one of the very few who are able to normally function at the alpha level. Remember that about 10% of people operate at this level. This is the spiritual level that some of the greatest minds in history have operated at, including Prophets. This level of mind helps you come up with solutions to problems, become a better person, feel fulled. Guys like Einstein, Edison, and alot of other have operated at this level of mind. I have thought about this for awhile, the reason i think he operates at this level is because he has been so innovative with PE. He has been very creative and came up with 100ers of exercises. This guy has changed the world of PE and is basically the master at it. And now he has come up with a superior weight loss program. Not just that, but a guy who has conquered OCD and Heroin. This guy is very special and i think i will be extremely rich one of these days. I think DLD is legit and is not out for just himself, but for others. One of the things about The silva method or operating at Alpha is that you aren't able to have the success you could have if you were greedy and all out for yourself. This is very true and is one of the reasons he is going to succeed highly in the up coming future.




I used to do mediation every day during my sophomore year in high school and I was able to make an A in my math class, I could only get Cs in math classes before that. And actually i ended up stopping mediation and ended up making Cs and Ds in math classes sense thing. It was weird how much mediation could help in school. And the mediation i was using wasn't Silva either, in fact i never even knew Anything about Silva. I bought a book on Internal Martial arts, that was about the life force called Chi. Mediation will help you alot in life, it is a very important thing that most people don't use.


I'm going to start off with the Basics of mediation. However, it is very powerful and beneficial. This came from my book on Silva, its called The Silva Method Mind Control. Its one of the first books by Silva. What I'm about to write about is important to start out with, so bare with me. I will start off with meditation because it is the best thing to start out with. Mediation will also help with energy levels and PE. This is going to be very long so bare with me.


Also to point out. I recommend doing this before your workout and or after your workout.




I'm going to help you learn to meditate. When you learn to do this, you will be at level of mind where you will be able to free your imagination for solving problems. But for now we will be concerned only with mediation; problem solving will come later on.

Because you will be learning without an experienced guide, I will use a method slightly different and quiet a bit slower than the one we use in Mind Control classes. You will have no trouble with it.

If you only learn to mediate and stop there, you will be solving problems anyway. Something beautiful happens in mediation, and the beauty you find calming. The more you mediate, the deeper you go within yourself, the firmer the grasp you will have of a kind of inner peace so Strong that nothing in life will be able to shatter it.

Your body will benefit, too. At first you will find that worries and quilt feelings are absent while you are mediating. One of the beauties of mediation at the Alpha Level is that you cannot bring your feelings of quilt and anger with you. If these feelings intrude you will simply pop out of the mediative level. As time goes on, they will stay away longer, until one day they are gone for good. This means that those activities of the mind that make our bodies sick will be neutralized. The body is designed to be healthy. It has its own healing mechanisms built in. These mechanisms are blocked by minds not trained to control themselves. Mediation is the first step in Mind Control; by itself it will go a long way toward setting fee the bodies healing powers and giving it back the energy once squandered on tension.

Here is all you have to do to reach the Alpha, or meditative, level of mind:

When you awaken in the mourning, go to the bathroom if necessary, then return to bed. Set your alarm for fifteen minutes later in case you drift off to sleep during the exercise. Close your eyes and look upward,behind your eyelids, at a 20 degree angle. For reasons not fully understood, this position for the eyes alone will trigger the brain to Produce Alpha.

Now, slowly, at about two-second intervals, count backward from one hundred to one. As you do this, keep your mind on it, and you will be in Alpha the very first time.

In Mind control classes students show a variety of reactions to their first experience, from "that was beautiful!" to "I Didn't Feel a thing." The difference is less in what happened to them than in how familiar they were with this level of mind in the first place. It will be more or less familiar to everyone. The reason for this is that when we awaken in the morning we are often in Alpha for a while. To go from Theta, the sleep level, to beta, the awake level, we must pass through Alpha, and often we linger there through our early- Morning routine.

If you feel that nothing happened during this first exercise, it simply means you have in Alpha many ties before without being particularly aware of it. Simply relax, don't question it, and stay with the exercises.

Even through you will be in Alpha on the very first try if you concentrate, you still need seven weeks of practice to go to lower levels of Alpha, then to Theta. Use the hundred-to-one method to come out of it. This will give you greater degree of control against coming out spontaneously.

The method we use in Mind control is to say mentally, "I will slowly come out as i count from one to five, feeling wide awake and better than before. One to 2 ,prepare to open your eyes- three, four-five-eyes open, wide awake, feeling better than before."

You will establish two routines, then, one for going to your level, the other for coming out of it. If you change the routine you will have to learn to use your new versions just as you learned to use the first one. This is useless work.

Once you have learned to reach your level with the five-to-one method in the morning you are ready to enter your level any time for day that you choose. All you need is ten or fifteen minutes to spare. Because you will be entering your level from beta rather than the light level of Alpha, a Little extra training will be needed.

Sit in a comfortable chair or on a bed with your fee flat on the floor. Let your hands lie loosely in your lap. If you prefer, sit cross-legged, in the lotus position. Hold your head well balanced, not slumped. Now concentrate on first one part of the body, then another, to consciously relax it. Start with your Left foot, then the left leg, then the right foot, and so on, until you reach the throat, the face, the eyes, and finally the scalp. You will be amazed the first time you do this at how tense your body was.

Now pick a spot about 45 degrees above eye level on the ceiling or the wall opposite your. Gaze at this spot until your eyelids begin to feel a little heavy and let them close. Start your countdown from fifty to one. Do this fro ten days, then ten to one for another then days, then five to one from then on. Since you will no longer be limited to the mornings for this practice, establish a routine of mediation two or three times a day, about fifteen minutes a session.

Once you reach your level, what then? What do you think about?

Right from the beginning, from the very first moment you reach your mediative level, practice visualization. This is central to Mind Control The better you learn to visualize, the more powerful will be your experience with Mind Control.

The first step is to create a tool for visualization, a mental screen. It should be like a large movie screen be should not quite fill your mental vision. Imagine it not behind your eyelids but about six feet in front of you. You will project onto this screen whatever you choose to concentrate on. Later there will be other uses for it.

Once you have built this screen in your mind, project onto it something familiar and simple, like an orange or an apple. Each time you go to your level, stay with just one image; you may change it the next time. Concentrate on making it more and more real-in three dimensions, in FULL COLOR, in all its DETAILS. Think of NOTHING else.

It has been said that the brain is like drunken monkey; it lurches willy-nilly from one thing to another. It is surprising how little command we have over this brain of ours, despite the fine work it sometimes does for us. At other times, though, it operates behind our backs, treacherously creating a headache, then a rash, then an ulcer to top things off. This brain is too powerful, far too powerful, to leave of control. Once we learn to use our minds to train it, it will do some astounding things for us, as you will soon see.

In the meantime, be patient with this simple exercise.
Using your mind, train your brain to go quietly into Alpha and to attend exclusively to the job of creating a simple image more and more vividly. In the beginning, as thoughts intrude, be gently forgiving. Slowly push them away and return to the single object at hand. Becoming irritated or tense will bring you right out of Alpha.

This, then, is mediation as it is widely practiced throughout the world. If you do this and nothing else, you will experience what William Wordsoworth called "A happy stillness of mind," and more, a deep and durable inner peace. This will come as n exciting experience as you reach deeper levels of mind; then you will take it more and more fro granted and the excitement will pass. When this happens, many drop out. They forget that this is not a "trip" for its own sake but the first step in what may well be the most important journey they have ever taken.

The first exercise we our going to do is the Quick squeeze:
Squeeze your PC Muscle as tight as you can and hold it for 2 seconds then completely relax the muscle. That is one rep, wait 1 second between reps.

Next is the Slow Squeeze:
Squeeze your PC Muscle as tight as you can slowly and hold it for 15 seconds then release slowly, completely relax the muscle. That is one rep wait 5 seconds between reps.

And last is the Super Squeeze:
Squeeze your PC Muscle as tight as you can slowly and hold it for a minimum of 60 seconds then release. That is one rep wait 60 seconds between reps.

*Daily Program*:
Quick Squeeze: 20 reps. (work up to 100 reps.) x 1 set. (2secs) 1 sec between
Slow Squeeze: 10 reps. (work up to 25 reps.) x 1 set. (15 secs) 5 secs between
Super Squeeze: 1 reps. (work up to 10 reps.) x 1 set. (60 secs) 60 secs between
Just as with any exercise program you should start out slow and build up over time, in this case over about 2-3 weeks to prevent excessive soreness.
After being on this program for 4-8 weeks you should have a super strong PC muscle. Which is required for many of the techniques in the following section

Health & Nutrition
Your penis is not a separate entity from your body. It is part of your body. So if you are in poor health you should not expect your penis to be in any better health than the rest of your body. If you are under great stress, deprived of quality sleep and rest, suffering from an illness or are just malnourished due to a nutritionally deficient diet, you may lack the penis performance that you desire.
But all is not lost as in the next few pages we will cover the basics of nutrition as well as foods and supplement that specifically enhance sexual performance.
High Octane Sexual Fuel Diet
The food you put into your body is what your body burns as fuel to make energy and just like when you put cheep gas in your car and you get poor performance the same goes for your body. The quality of food you eat can be a major factor that helps to determine your energy level, general health and sexual performance.
What should you eat? You might ask?
You should eat a well balanced diet with plenty of fresh fruits (apples, bananas, peaches, pears, grapes, oranges etc…) and vegetables (spinach, broccoli, asparagus, squash, green beans, carrots, etc... green and leafy vegetables are the best!) If you don’t like to eat vegetables you can drink fresh vegetable juice, not canned. When you buy your food you should try to get as much of it organic (grown without pesticides and without preservatives) as possible. I recommend that you get a copy of the Zone Diet book. It basically says that you should eat 30% Fat (good fat, avocados, nuts, etc…) 30% Carbohydrates (in the form of non-starchy vegetables) and 40% Protein (Fish, Chicken, Etc…) at every meal and that you should avoid refined sugar.
What you should you not eat?

Start reading the packages of what you eat. Look for the hidden sugars (sugar, high-fructose corn syrup, maltodextren), preservatives and food additives on the labels of what you buy. A good rule of thumb is if you can’t pronounce it you might not want to eat it.
Try to as eat little processed food as possible. Processed food are ready-made food. Such as canned foods and processed cheese, frozen dinners etc…
I don’t expect anyone to forgo all of the above all of the time. I love a good piece of Triple Chocolate Cake or Chocolate Cookies, but I don’t eat it everyday! Better yet save up you chocolate allowance and put chocolate syrup on your woman’s nipples! One more note before we move on. Two things that you should also avoid are aluminum and fluoride, which is a by-product of aluminum and used as rat poison. Aluminum has been linked to Alzheimer’s Disease. You might ask how you avoid aluminum? Don’t drink out of aluminum cans, or cook in aluminum pots and pans. Go get you’re deodorant right now, and read the label, if it says aluminum don’t use it anymore. And as for fluoride from what I have read from some dentist that have written on the subject. IT DOES NOTHING FOR YOUR TEETH! And is aluminum by product.
Supercharging Supplements
In addition to healthy foods you can take vitamin and mineral supplements to help make up for what our foods lack today. I recommend that you see a nutritionist or buy a book on the subject of nutrition. Until you do I will tell you what I take. Colloidal Minerals, B-Stress Complex, Vitamins C, E, A and Zinc which is very important for prostate health and in fighting off infections. Many companies are now making zinc lozenges, because if you get enough at the on set of a cold you could be over the cold in 24-48 hours or at least have less severe symptoms.

• B-12 For more energy
• Colloidal Minerals for general health and immunity
• Amino Acid: L-Arginine: for erections of steel and increased volume of ejaculate. I found this one through an obscure magazine article about a year ago. It Works! I take 500-1000mg in the daytime and 1000-1500mg about an hour or two before sex. Warning: Do not take L-Arginine during a herpes break out or when cold sores are present, or any herpes related disease as it will make the case more severe. I also recommend that you take good a amino acid supplement and augment it with the L-Arginine as not to create an imbalance in the body. Charging Up Your Batteries
If you want to be a sexual athlete you need to get plenty of rest and sleep so that your batteries are charged up so to speak, So that when you need the Super Sexual Energy it is there. The Ancient Taoist believe that a man should retain his ejaculate when he has his orgasm so that he does not lose his energy and feel drained after sex as many men feel. How ever they believed that men should have sex very often without ejaculating in order to cultivate energy for well being and rejuvenation. Many professional athletes abstain from sex before a competition so that they are at their peak, energy wise; this may lend some creditability to the Taoist theory. Weather I choose to believe in the Taoist theory or not one thing I have learned is that you can have sex all day and sleep all night or have sex all night and sleep all day. But you can’t work all day, fight traffic, go to the gym and then have sex all night and get up for work early the next morning and do it all over again for very long with out it taking toll on your health and immunity. The Taoist may have the answer to this problem and we will explore in more depth later on, but for now just realize that you need adequate rest and sleep to have great sex and great erections.
Another Taoist theory is that you tell you health and well being by your penis. According to the theory you can tell when you are in good health and when I you had enough rest by the firmness of your erections. The harder you are the healthier you are and the more energy you have. This is not written in stone, but I have found it to be true for me as the Taoists found it true for them.
Drugs and other Hazards
As well as all of the other dangers of illegal substances they can also effect you sexual function in a detrimental way. If you want to be a man of steel you have to act like one. Moderation is the key here, but I find that some drugs are too dangerous even with moderate usage, such as cocaine, heroin, and ecstasy have been found to cause brain damage.
Many prescription drugs and antibiotics also may cause loss of sex drive to the point of near impotence. If you are on prescription drugs, and this is the case you should consult with your doctor, and a nutritionist and/or herbalist for a solution to your problem.
Steroids can be very damaging to your sexual functioning in addition to the possibility of damaging your liver, kidneys and heart. Some of the side effects of steroids to the reproductive system are that you ball may shrink and you testosterone production may be significantly reduced.
We all know that smoking Cigarettes is bad for your health. But you may not know what it does toy your sexual performance. In order to do that we need to first strengthen the muscles that are responsible for your orgasms and ejaculation, the Pubococcygeus muscle or PC muscle (Figure 1). But first we need to locate it if you are not aware of it. The best way to find it is to urinate and try to stop the flow of urine, when the flow stops you have found your PC muscle. Now flex your PC muscle a few times to make sure you have found it. As with any muscle without use it will atrophy and unless you have been doing a PC muscle workout already on a regular basis you could probably use some strengthening and toning. So now we will start a PC muscle exercise program.

Just as with any exercise program you should start out slow and build up over time, in this case over about 2-3 weeks to prevent excessive soreness.
After being on this program for 4-8 weeks you should have a super strong PC muscle. Which is required for many of the techniques in the following sections.

Now will cover several techniques in this section that will enable you to

Breathing

That’s it! Just stop and breathe! (As described above) When you feel that you are getting too close to your point of no return, just stop what ever it is you are doing take a deep breath and just wait 20-60 seconds before you resume any form of stimulation. Once you feel that your arousal has dropped a few points on your excitement scale you then can resume stimulation.
The key to making this work is to really stop. If you are with a lover you maybe concerned that you will look silly or deprive her of her pleasure. The PG Pump
The PG Pump is actually an ancient Taoist technique to delay ejaculation and can also be used during orgasm do prevent ejaculation. To use the PG Pump you must first find your external prostate point. The point is located on the perineum between your scrotum and anus, but closer to your anus (Figure 1). The PG Pump technique can be applied with or without pulling out, however the effect is greater if you do pullout.

Exercise #4: Finding your External PG Point.
Goal: To Find your External PG Point and become familiar with the sensation of pumping it.
Stimulate your self until highly aroused highly.
You should be standing or in a kneeling position. Reach around behind your butt and between your legs, then with your first two or three fingers (depending on the size of your fingers) and press up on the area above your scrotum and just below your anus fairly hard up to the first joint of your fingers.

The PC Pump
The PC Pump is a internal and more powerful version of the PG Pump, but instead of using you fingers to press on your external prostate point and pump your prostate gland you are using Pubococcygeus muscle or PC muscle to pump the prostate gland. To explain how this delays ejaculation we first need to understand how ejaculation occurs. When you near you’re P.O.N.R. you prostate starts to fill with prostatic fluid and fluid from the seminal vesicles. Once you reach your P.O.N.R seaman is drawn from your testicles into the prostate gland and then expelled with force by the contractions of the muscles that surround the prostate gland. With the PC Pump and the PG Pump what is actually happening is that you are interrupting this process and restarting it in effect.
To be able to do the PC Pump you must have a very strong PC muscle. If you have been doing some kind of PC muscle conditioning might want to try the exercise now, if not you should start training and strengthening your PC muscle with the Strong as Steel Exercise Program as outlined earlier in this manual. After a couple of weeks of training you should do try this exercise. Remember that you should continue the Strong as Steel Exercise Program indefinitely to maintain a strong PC Muscle. As with the PG Pump, The PC Pump can be applied with or without pulling out.

B. Stop, Flex your PC Muscle hard for one long pump about 10 seconds, release. Pump your PC Muscle 1-3 times, take a deep breath as you do the first pump and hold for a few seconds, slowly let the breath out and relax as your Excitement level drops a few points on the scale. You may also experience a decrease in your erection. Resume stimulation.
C. Stop, Flex your PC Muscle hard for 1 second release and do it again quickly, repeat for 5 reps., take a deep breath and hold for a few seconds, slowly let the breath out and relax as your Excitement level drops a few points on the scale. These techniques work by you directing your attention away from your orgasm and onto other sensations, and at the same time keep you fully present in the sexual experience.
Change your focus of goal: This is the easiest of them, this is more an attitude than a specific technique. Change your focus and goal from having an orgasm and ejaculation to enjoying and taking in the whole sexual experience… the smell of her hair…. The feel of her skin, the way she tastes…etc…By taking the focus off of ejaculation and putting it on the whole experience, everything you do does not lead to ejaculating, but to enjoying.



Exercise #7: Solo Practice - Change your focus of goal.
Goal: Experiencing and becoming familiar The Focus Control Techniques
You will want to take about 45min. to do this.
You should do this alone and without any added stimulation
(Pornographic Material unless absolutely needed). You should pay attention to every nuance and subtle feeling that you will feel.
This time you are going to self-stimulate with the goal be pleasure, instead of ejaculation you do not even have to ejaculate at all.

Change your focus of physical sensation: In this one what you do is to take you attention off of your genitals and place them on another part of your body.
Exercise #8: Change your focus of physical sensation.

Repeat until you accomplish the goal to your satisfaction….
You will want to take about 30 min. to do this.

Give each level of excitement a number between 1-10, 1.5, 3.5, 9.5, etc…(1 being lowest or semi-hard and 10 highest and the P.O.N.R.) along the way to your P.O.N.R.
Try to stay at each level for about 2-3 min. Then move to the next.
Notice what it is that moves you to the next level i.e. the speed of your stroking, the tightness of your grip, what you are thinking etc…
Move slowly to each higher level as to not get carried away and ejaculate with out finding your P.O.N.R.
When you get to a level about 6.5, shift you attention from what you are feeling in your genitals to what the rest of your body is feeling. Feel what your hands feel, feel what your skin feels.
If possible stop and take a deep breath and feel everything.
See how close you can get, then let your self ejaculate and enjoy it!
Change your focus on the external stimuli of your lover:
Many times what drives you past the point of no return is not just something that you are feeling but also what you are seeing and hearing and what your focus is on. For instance maybe you can last without a problem until you lover starts to moan and scream, and when your hear how excited she is it throws you past the your P.O.N.R. Or maybe it’s when you see her beautiful full breasts hanging down while you are thrusting into her from behind or any number of things. The point is to identify what it is that drives you past your P.O.N.R. and then change you focus to something else about your lover.
Many men change their focus to sport scores or something that turns them off, I personally don’t think that you should think of something that you find distasteful or negative to delay your ejaculation as you may accidentally create an association between the two. If you feel that this form of detachment may help you, change your focus to anything pleasant that is non-sexual in nature instead.
However, I feel that it is better not to remove yourself from your present sexual experience with your lover. It would be preferable to change your focus to how much you love or care about her, how beautiful she looks, how amazing the experience is, take in the whole experience the ambiance, the mood, feel the sheets etc… Just change you focus to anything that is present except the stimulus that drives you over the edge.
Exercise #9: Change your focus on the external stimuli of your lover

A Final Word on the Above Techniques
With all of the above techniques you don’t want to wait until you are at your P.O.N.R. before you start to use them. Taoist Techniques and The Taoist 9 in 1 Technique
The Ancient Taoist had developed an extensive array of thrusting techniques for intercourse. They believed that the man should vary his thrusting speed and thrusting depth and thrusting angle in order to fully stimulate his lover and himself during a prolonged coition (Taoist also believed in prolong acts of intercourse and are famous for the term 1000 loving thrusts.)
They also gave names to the different levels of depths in the vagina.
They are as follows:
Lute String, the depth of one inch inside.
Water chestnut Teeth, the depth of two inches.
Little Stream, the depth of three inches.
Black Pearl, the depth of four inches.
Valley’s Proper, the depth of five inches.
Deep Chamber, the depth of six inches.
Inner Door, the depth of seven inches.
North Pole, the depth of eight inches.
The Taoist 9 in 1 Technique
The 9 in 1 technique is a thrusting sequence in which you simply thrust 9 times shallow (1 to 4 inches) and 1 time deep (3 to 5 inches, but not so deep as to hit her cervix and cause pain).

Tease & Please
In this technique you tease your partner with your penis until she is begging you to put it in her then you then you slowly enter her an inch at a time until you tease an orgasm out of her.
The Tease & Please Technique:

The Slide and Glide Technique
The technique is done in the missionary position (there is a Woman on top variation that I will go over later). Make sure your partner is well lubricated, and I would recommend starting with the tease & please technique, until you are almost all the way in and then start do this technique.
The Slide and Glide Technique:
In the missionary position, make sure your partner’s clitoris and upper vaginal area is well lubricated. (With her own juices, you saliva, Astroglide, Wet, etc…)

If you are willing to make this commitment you can make significant gains in the girth and length of your penis. The minimum amount of time that you should consider is six months, however you will start to see gains before that (individual results will vary). It’s like any other personal development or skill that you learn, if you want a Black Belt in the martial arts, it may take you 2-8 years depending on the style, If you want to get muscle and look like a body builder it may take you a 6-2 years. Penis Enlargement Techniques
There are many different techniques to add both girth and length to your penis. Some of them you might appeal to you and others might not. It also depends on what your goals are.
Before we go any further go get a tape measure (The kind used in health clubs and my tailors and a ruler. Now measure your penis first in the flaccid (soft) state by putting the ruler on above your penis flat against your pubic bone or the base of your penis and record the measurement. Next take the tape measure and wrap it around your penis and record that measurement.

So where do you fall on the chart? Now that you know how big you are and what is average, you need to decide how big it is that you want to be?

I am not going to say that it is impossible, but a more reasonable goal would be six inches if you starting with 4. For length I would recommend that you go no greater than 2" from where you are now. Also as for girth same rules apply, however it is much easier to gain girth if you are using the Hyperemiation technique. Again set reasonable goal and besides anything over 6 - 6.5 in circumference is really BIG!


Methods of Enlargement
There are many methods and techniques of penis enlargement, some focus on lengthening the penis, others focus on thickening the penis, and some do a little of both. We are not going to cover all of the available techniques out there, but rather the ones that we have found most beneficial and proven.
Hot Compresses or Warm Water Soaking
Before any of the other techniques, this one should be done first, as it will help to expand the blood vessels in the penis and increase the flow of oxygen fresh blood in the penis, preparing it for the following techniques.
Now for the first step, either:
Wrap your penis in a washcloth filled with warm water.
Get in the bathtub and run warm water over your penis by putting your penis under the faucet (test the water first with your hand, so you don’t burn your self.
Soak In a Warm Bath.
Do any of these for 5-15 minutes. This will help to expand tissues of the penis and bring in more fresh oxygen rich blood. After this step you penis will have a pink hue and be slightly swollen.

Manual Techniques
The Jelq Technique or Milking the Penis
The Jelq technique is an ancient method of penis enlargement from the Middle East. Traditionally it was taught father to son when the child reached adolescence. In wealthy families the as the boy grow older he may be sent to a "Mehbil" a gym or health club where a highly-train attendant will perform the Jelq technique on the boy on a daily basis and as a result of these daily treatments his penis grow to dimensions that it would not have attained had he not used the technique. This technique also works on the fully developed adult penis as well.


The Jelq Technique:
Start with flaccid penis; put some oil or lubricant on your hands and penis.
Grip your penis with an overhand grip with your thumb and index finger.
Squeeze gently and milk your penis down to the head, stretching your penis as you go. When you get to the head start the movement over with the other hand.
Do the technique over and over again for 30 minutes alternating each hand as you go.
If you start to get hard or feel the urge to ejaculate stop and wait until it passes and your erection subsides a bit and then continue, as this must be done with a semi-hard penis for it to work.
Tip: Make sure that you have more than enough lubricant on your hands and penis. The best lubricant I have found is Albolene liquefying cleanser, which can be found in the cosmetic section on most drug stores. WARNING: You should use a moderate grip only.
If you squeeze too hard you could cause bruising and or rupturing of superficial blood vessels on and near the surface of your penis. If after doing the technique you see any red blotches or dots you used too tight a grip have ruptured some superficial blood vessels and should wait until they heal (Approximately 24-48 hours) before applying this or any other enlargement technique.
You should do this 5-7 days a week for 30 minute each time. Don’t squeeze too hard as you could bruise your penis. This techniques has worked for many men, but it may take up 6 months before you see any noticeable difference and most men will give up after 4 - 6 weeks.
What you are doing is forcing more blood into the corpora cavernosa (spongy tissue of the penis) and over time they will stretch and grow to allow more and more blood to fill the area, and henceforth you penis thicker. The technique also over time stretches the tissues of the penis as well as the suspensory ligament, which will help to lengthen the penis.


The Stretch Technique
The stretch technique is basically what it sounds like. By stretching the penis 6 to 12 times a day you help to lengthen the suspensory ligament and tissues of the penis which will help to lengthen the penis over time. Dr. Walter Schlesingser M.D. first made a similar technique popular in his book titled "Penicure, the Manhood Miracle".
The Technique:
Your penis should be flaccid to slightly semi-hard.
Grip the head of your penis with your thumb and first three fingers, with an over hand grip, the middle finger should wrap around just below the head of the penis.
Gently and slowly stretch you penis as far as it will stretch without any pain or discomfort. Hold for 15-30 seconds.
Repeat step 4 several times each session.
You should do this technique several times a day i.e. after urination, a hot bath, a shower, before bed, or any other occasion that you have access to you penis.



Taoist Exercises
The next couple of exercises are ancient Taoist techniques for giving the penis a more pleasing mushroom shape and to produce harder erections. Both of these are done with an erection. The first one is optional if you like the shape of your penis.


Technique #1: To Reshape the Penis
This first technique is designed to give the penis more of a mushroom shape and make the head larger which is said to heighten pleasure for the female partner during intercourse.
Stimulate your penis until you have a very firm erection.
Grip the shaft of your penis with an underhand grip.
Squeeze firmly (but not hard enough to cause pain or to bruise your penis).
Slide you hand up to the head, as if forcing blood into it. It is like a milking motion. You should see the head expand and darken. Hold for a few seconds, then release.
Repeat step 4 for 2-3 minutes.
Technique #2: To Strengthen the Penis and Produce Harder Erections
Stimulate your penis until you have a very firm erection.
Grip the shaft of your penis with an underhand grip.

Techniques That Require Added Equipment
Hyperemiation or Vacuum Pumping

Maybe you have even bought one and tried it with little or no success. I am sure that many men have. I bought several and threw them out when they did not work for me!
Vacuum pumps do work for some men, if used correctly and diligently over time. The problem is the lack of information and instruction that comes with the pump itself. In fact if you use the pump in the wrong way you could actually injure your penis!
I know of many people including myself who have used Hyperemiation and vacuum pumping to increase the thickness and length of their penises with good results. It seems that an increase in thickness results much more rapidly than in length. So if you are mostly interested in girth as that is what most women prefer, then this is the technique that I would apply first.
There are a lot of Vacuum Pumps on the market today and some are just plain junk others are very well made. You should get the best that you can afford the prices range from $20.00 to $300.00 for an electric pump version, with a good pump usually costing about $75.00. If this is out of your budget you may opt for one of lesser quality and price. What ever the price, you should get one that has hand pump with a pressure release valve on it that will allow you to release the vacuum at will. There are some models on the market that have a hole on the clear plastic chamber that you have to put your finger over for the vacuum to work. I found it to be almost impossible to pump and cover the hole at the same time; therefor I would avoid this type of pump altogether. Also you don’t want to a pump with a chamber that is too large for you. The chamber should be ¼ inch to ½ inch bigger around that you erect penis, but not big enough for the chamber to cover or go over you scrotum.
What actually happens when you use a vacuum pump is that as you apply the vacuum to your penis, the outer skin of your penis expands outward toward the walls of the cylinder as this happens the deeper spongy tissue of the penis (the Corpora Cavernosa and the Corpus Spongeosum) expand and fill with blood and lymph fluid as they are being stretched by the vacuum pressure. As the process is done over and over again for several months the spongy caverns expand to a new larger size to accommodate the blood and lymph. That is how the penis becomes larger.
The Vacuum Pumping Technique:
Things you will need:
A quality Vacuum Pump with a pressure release valve.
Pumper’s Lube or some other water based lubricant, such as Wet, Probe, or Astroglide.
A tape measure.
A towel to clean up any spilled lube and to wipe off afterward.
The Actual Technique:
Now move to a comfortable position, preferably siting up or at a 45-degree angle. Generously lubricate the base and opening of the pump where you insert your penis.
Lubricate you penis with the water-based lubricant and stimulate your penis until your penis is either semi-erect or hard. And measure it with the tape measure, both length and girth or circumference.
Insert your penis all the way into the clear chamber and close the pressure valve.
Now this is where 90% of all men screw up. You want to create only a moderate vacuum. If you over pump and create too strong a vacuum you could burst blood vessels or cause lymph blisters on your penis. So you might be asking, "how do I know what a moderate vacuum is?". Here is a way that I have found to work. First start pumping slowly until your penis stretches and expands to its limit. The way you know the limit is that 1) it will feel uncomfortable. 2) Your Penis will not stretch much farther. If your semi-hard when you do this, you will see your penis stretch, however if you are rock hard you might not even see it stretch. So when you have found you limit and is seems a bit uncomfortable, release some of the pressure from the release valve, until you are at a pressure that is comfortable, yet you still feel a stretch.
Keep continuous a vacuum on for 30 min. After 30mins. you should release the pressure completely, take your penis out and measure it. If there are not any noticeable gain, you have not pumped long enough.
Massage you penis and area around the base gently for a minute, then you may either stop keep pumping for another 30 minute session.
I recommend that for the first month you take it easy and just do 30 minutes a day 5-7 days a week. After that you might want to pump for a longer duration of 45 minutes - 1 hour or so. I have heard of men pumping for up to 3 hours. I personally have never gone over 1 hour myself.
The key seems to be a balance of vacuum pressure and time. The longer the better with a moderate pump. The greater the vacuum pressure the greater the risk of injury and blisters. You will have to find the right balance for yourself, where you have adequate pressure for a duration of time 30 minutes - 2 hours, that will give you the greatest gain without any injury. If you do plan to go over and hour which I have never done and don’t recommend, be sure to take 3-5 minute break every 30mins. To allow fresh blood into the penis.
Tip: I have found that the Vacuum Pumping Technique is more effective if the penis is erect during the session. While you will not be able to maintain an erection through the whole session, I believe that you should start that way, and try to maintain it for as long as possible. To aid in this I recommend that you view some erotic material during the session, i.e. an erotic magazine or video.
Also if you use the supplement L-Arginine an hour or so before the session you will stay hard much longer. I have also have had good results by using the maximum SAFE and COMFORTABLE ( it should not hurt or burn, if it does the pressure is too great) pressure for a duration of 30-45 minutes while sustaining an erection. It seem to work on the deeper tissues of the penis more, when you have an erection as opposed to the external skin with out an erection.

Repeat this technique on a daily basis 5-7 days a week if possible. Now for the warnings.
WARNING: Use Only A moderate Vacuum Pressure!
Do not use too great a vacuum or you could burst blood vessels.
If you feel any pain immediately decrease or completely release the vacuum pressure. You do not want to injure your penis! It’s better a small penis, than one that is damaged.
In some cases a side effect of pumping and over pumping is that, the opening of the penis gets deformed or changes shape a bit and when urinating the urine will come out in a spray instead of a stream. If this happens, stop pumping for (24-48 hours) and see if it goes back to normal. If it does return to the normal state and you still desire to use pump technique, use a lesser vacuum pressure. If you y still experience the side effect you will have to determine if you want to continue with the technique altogether. But as I said before this is generally a result from over pumping with too much vacuum pressure and or pumping too often.
After your pumping session examine your penis and see if there are any tiny red dots or red blotches. If you only see tiny red dots, you are using too great vacuum pressure and have broken tiny superficial blood vessels in your penis, which is for the most part harmless but overtime could give the penis dark hue over the affected area. If you find any larger red blotches you should discontinue use of the Hyperemiation treatments and any other techniques until they completely heal. If there is any severe pain you should seek medical attention.

The Program
I am going to share with you a program for penis development and enlargement that has worked for many men including my self. The expected results are to gain about an inch both length and circumference over 6-8 months. Individual results will vary depending on how faithful to the program you are, your body structure, and how regularly you do the program.
The program should be done 5-7 days a week. I think you will also benefit from taking the supplements discussed earlier in the manual for producing harder erections, because if you are not as hard as you can get you are not as big as you can get.

Attitude and Belief
Your attitude and belief regarding the techniques presented in this manual are just as important as the actual techniques themselves.

These are three questions that are commonly asked by PE newcomers. And I always say the same thing: new veins, bigger veins and bulging veins during sessions are all perfectly normal. In fact, these are all extremely positive signs. They are indicative of growth, particularly with respect to girth and volume.

The key to building a fatter, more voluminous cock is blood flow. In order to see the best results, you need to expand the spongy penile tissue, as well as your circulatory system. You should rejoice when you see new veins you haven't seen before, as well as bigger veins where smaller veins used to be. That's a clear sign of progress. The same goes for the appearance of "ribs", scientifically known as trabeculae, which can be clearly seen in the picture below. This is a particularly good example of a very healthy (not to mention large) cock.



In order for a healthy penis to be fully engorged- and maintain itself in that state- it needs a good and constant supply of rich, oxygenated blood. The penis is composed of 3 spongy cylinders. The three cylinders consist of paired corpora cavernosa and a single corpus spongiosum. The crural (roots) of the corpora cavernosa attach at the under surface of the ischiopubic rami as two separate structures. Such anatomy prevents the erect penis from sinking into the perineum when faced with an axially-oriented vaginal compressive load during intercourse. This unique anatomic arrangement, however, unfortunately places the penile crus at great danger from crush injuries during blunt perineal trauma.

The tunica albuginea consists of layers of collagen which can accommodate a considerable degree of intracavernosal pressure prior to rupture. To function effectively, these fascial layers must provide the penis with a wall container capable of withstanding a high degree of rigidity and axial strength when erect, yet be supple when flaccid. The tunica must be able to elongate symmetrically and increase in girth with tumescence, assuring a straight erection. The tensile strength of the tunica is approximately 1200 - 1500 mmHg making this fascia one of the most strong in the body. Approximately 5% of the tunica is elastin which enables the penis to develop elongation. The average volume increase of the erect penis from the flaccid volume is 3-fold with a range from 1.7 - 5 fold. The mechanical properties of the tunica which allow for maximum volume changes of the erect penis are called tunica dispensability. Regions of the tunica with focal poor dispensability cause the erect penis to bend. This focal tunical abnormality in dispensability is called Peyronie’s disease.

The substance of the corpora cavernosa (erectile tissue) consists of numerous sinusoids (lacunar spaces) among interwoven trabeculae of smooth muscles and supporting connective tissue. The corpora cavernosa sinusoids are widely communicative and larger in the center of the corpora, having a Swiss-cheese appearance. This fact enables the blood within the penis to transfer easily from the top to the bottom of the corpora. This also enable the penis to have a common intracavernosal pressure and a common penile rigidity. The sinusoids are smaller in the periphery and have a grape-like appearance. Peripheral sinusoids have a greater individual surface area than central sinusoids. These characteristics aid in the passive process of corporal veno-occlusion by sub-tunical venule compression against the tunica albuginea. All lacunar spaces are lined with endothelial cells, thought previously to have only a slippery surface preventing blood clotting. Recent research has revealed that endothelial cells have secretory function and synthesize factors involved in the regulation of corporal smooth muscle tone.



The paired internal pudendal artery, a branch of the hypogastric artery is the main source of arterial blood supply to the penis.

The internal pudendal artery terminates when the artery divides into the scrotal and common penile artery.

The common penile artery defines the condition whereby all red blood cells in the artery somehow end up in the penis. The common penile artery branches into 3 arteries, the bulbourethral, the dorsal and the cavernosal arteries. The common penile artery has direct apposition to the ischiopubic ramus. This artery is therefore commonly injured during blunt perineal traumatic events such as falling onto the top tube of a bicycle.

The penis is innervated by autonomic (parasympathetic and sympathetic) and somatic (sensory and motor) nerves.

The cavernosal nerves are branches of the pelvic plexus that innervate the corpora cavernosa of the penis. Injury to this branch may occur during radical prostatectomy, during urethral surgery, such as internal urethrotomy and from electrocautery injury during transurethral surgery.



The common output tract for urine and sperm. A strange structure that is under the control of a complex series of reflexes, neuronal and humoral control. Contains several aggregations of "cavernous" tissue that under certain conditions can become engorged with blood, causing the penis t become rigid. In this state the penis is capable of delivering the genetic material contained in the sperm during
coitus.



The penile erectile apparatus consists of paired vascular spongy organs (corpora cavernosa) that are closely attached to each other except in the proximal third. The corpus spongiosum with the urethra is related to the ventral aspect of the penile shaft and expands distally to from the glans penis. The pendulous part of the penis if 4-6 inches (?10.2-15.2 cm) long. The penile skin is continuous with that of the lower abdominal wall and continues over the glans penis to form the prepuce; it then folds itself to reattach at the coronal sulcus. The penile skin envelopes the shaft and can be moved freely over the erect organ. The underlying fascial layer or dartos fascia (Colles’ fascia) is continuous with Scarpa’s fascia of the lower abdominal wall; inferiorly, it continues as the dartos fascia of the scrotum and Colles’ fascia of the perineum and attaches to the posterior border of the perineal membrane. The superficial dorsal vein is seen in this layer of the fascia. Buck’s fascia is the deep layer of the penile fascia that covers both the corpora cavernosa and the corpus spongiosum in separate fascial compartments. Proximally, Buck;s fascia is attached to the perineal membrane; distally, it is tightly attached to the base of the glans penis at the coronal sulcus, where it fuses with the ends of the corpora. Th ischiocavernosus and the bulbospongiosus muscles lie beneath Colles’ fascia, but superficial to Buck’s fascia, to which their intrinsic fascia is loosely attached. Buck’s fascia has a dense structure and is composed of longitudinally running fibers; it is firmly attached to the underlying tunica albuginea and encloses the deep dorsal vein, dorsal arteries and dorsal nerves.

The fundiform ligament is a thickening of the superficial penile fascia, deep to which is the suspensory ligament which is a continuity with Buck’s fascia. The attachment of the ligament to the pubic symphysis maintains the penile position during erection. Severance of this ligament will lead to a lower angulation of the penile shaft during erection.



The tunica albuginea forms a thick fibrous coat to the spongy tissue of the corpora cavernosa and corpus spongiosum. It consists of two layers, the outer longitudinal and the inner circular. The tunica albuginea becomes thicker centrally where it forms a groove to accommodate the corpus spongiosum. As the crura diverge proximally, the circular layer provides the support. The corpora are separated in the center by an intercavernous septum. The septum is incomplete distally, perforated on its dorsal margin by vertically orientated openings in the pectiniform septum that provides communication between the corpora. Along the inner aspect of the tunica albuginea, numerous flattened columns or sinusoidal trabeculae composed of fibrous tissue, elastin fibers and smooth muscle surround the endothelium-lined sinusoids or cavernous spaces. In addition, a row of structural trabeculae arises near the junction of the three corporal bodies and inserts in the wall of the corpora about the midplane of the circumference. The tunical albuginea provides a tough uniform backing for the engorged sinusoidal spaces. The tunical albuginea of the corpus spongiosum is thinner and contains smooth muscles that aid ejaculation. The glans is devoid of tunica albuginea. The corpus spongiosum becomes bulbous where it is covered by the bulbospongiosus to form the urethral bulb.

The ischiocavernosus is a paired muscle that arises from the inner surface of the inschial tuberosity and inserts into the medial and inferior surface of the corpora. These muscles increase penile turgor during erection beyond that attainable by arterial pressure alone. They are supplied by the perineal branch of the perineal nerve (S3-4).

The bulbospongiosus muscle invests the bulb of the urethra and distal corpus spongiosum. It arises from the central tendon of the perineum. The fibres run obliquely upwards and laterally on each side of the bulb and insert in the midline dorsally. The muscle is supplied by a deep branch of the perineal nerve and helps to empty the last few drops of urine and to ejaculate semen.

ARTERIAL SUPPLY

The arterial supply to the erectile apparatus originates from superficial and deep arterial systems. The superficial arterial system arises as two symmetrically arranged vessels arising from the inferior external pudendal artery (a branch of the femoral artery). Each of these vessels divides inito a dorsolateral and ventrolateral branch, which supply the skin o fhte shaft and prepuce. At the coronal sulcus there is a communication with the deep arterial system. The deep arterial system arises from the internal pudendal artery, which is the final branch of the anterior trunk of the internal iliac artery. This passes dorsal to the sacrospinous ligament at the level of the ischial spine and passes through Alcock’s canal. As it emerges, it divides into the perineal and penile arteries, running deep to the superficial transverse perineal muscle and pubic symphysis. It pierces the urogenital diaphragm meddial to the inferior ramus fo the ischium close to the bulb of the urethra and then divides into three branches—the bulbourethral artery, the urethral artery and the cavernous artery or deep artery of the penis; it terminates as the deep dorsal artery of the penis. An accessory internal pudendal artery may arise from the obturator, inferior vesical or superior vesical and may be damaged during radical prostatectomy in as many as 50% of patients. The bulbo-urethral artery supplies the bulb of the urethra, the corpus spongiosum and the glans penis. It may arise from the cavernous, dorsal or acessory pudendal arteries. The urethral artery commonly arises as a separate branch form the penile artery, but may arise from the artery to the bulb, the cavernous or the dorsal artery. It runs on the ventral surface of the corpus spongiosum beneath the tunica albuginea.

The cavernous artery (deep artery fo the penis) usually arises form the penile artery, but may originate from the accessory pudendal. It runs lateral to the cavernous vein along he dorsomedial surface of the crura to enter the erectile tissue where the two corpora fuse; it then continues in the center of the corpora cavernosa.

The dorsal artery of the penis is the termination of the penile artery; it runs over the resepctive crus and then along the dorsolateral surface of the penis as far as the glans between the dorsal vein medially and dorsal nerve of the penis laterally. This artery has tortuous configuration to accommodate for elongation during erection. It may arise from the accessory internal pudendal artery within the pelvis, and thus may be at risk during radical pelvic surgery. On its way to the glans, it gives off circumflex arteries to supply the corpus spongiosum. Distally, the dorsal artery runs in a ventrolateral position near the sulcus prior to entering the glans. The frenular branch of the dorsal artery curves around each side of the distal shaft to enter the frenulum and glans ventrally.



INTRACORPORAL CIRCULATION

Arterial blood is conveyed to the erectile tissues in the deep arterial system by means of dorsal, cavernous and bulbo-urethral arteries. The cavernous artery (deep artery of the penis) gives off multiple helicine arteries among the cavernous spaces within the center of the erectile tissue. Most of these open directly into the sinusoids bounded by trabecular, but a few helicine arteries terminate in capillaries that supply the trabeculae. The petiniform septum distally provides communication between the two corpora. The emissory veins at the periphery collect the blood from the sinusoids through the subalbugineal venous plexuses and empty it into the circumflex veins which drain into the deep dorsal vein. With erection, the arteriolar and sinusoidal walls relax secondary to neurotransmitters and the cavernous spaces dilate, enlarging the corporal bodies and stretching the tunica albuginea. The venous tributaries between the sinusoids and the subabugineal venous plexus are compressed by the dilating sinusoids and the stretched tunica albuginea. The direction of blood flow could be summarized as follows: cavernous artery -> helicine arteries -> sinusoids -> post-cavernous venules -> subalbugineal venous plexuses -> emissary vein.

VENOUS DRAINAGE

The venous drainage system consists of three distinct groups of veins—superficial, intermediate and deep. The superficial drainage system consists of venous drainage from the penile skin and prepuce which drain into the superficial dorsal vein that runs under the superficial penile fascia (Colles’) and joins the saphenous vein via the external pudendal vein. The intermediate system consists of the deep dorsal vein and circumflex veins that drain the glans, corpus spongiosum and distal two-thirds of the corpora cavernosa. The veins leave the glans via a retrocoronal plexus to join the deep dorsal vein that runs in the groove between the corpora. Emissary veins from the corpora join the circumflex veins; the latter communicate with each other at the side by lateral veins and corresponding veins from the opposite side, and run under Buck’s fascia before emptying obliquely into the deep dorsal vein. The latter passes through a psace in the suspensory igament and between the puboprostatic ligament and drains into the internal iliac veins. The deep drainage system consists of the cavernous vein, bulbar vein and crural veins. Blood from the sinusoids from the proximal third of the penis, carried by emissary veins, drains directly into the cavernous veins at the periphery of the corpora cavernosa. The two cavernous veins join to form the main cavernous vein that lies under the cavernous artery and nerves. The cavernous vein runs between the bulb and the crus to drain into the internal pudendal vein; it forms the main venous drainage of the corpora cavernosa. The crural veins arise from the dorsolateral surface of each crus and unite to drain into the internal pudendal vein. The bulb is drained by the bulbar vein, which drains into the prostatic plexus.

LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE


The lymphatics from the penile skin and prepuce run proximally towards the presymphyseal plexus and then divide to right and left trunks to join the lymphatics from the scrotum and perineum. They run along superficial external pudendal vessels into the superficial inguinal nodes, especially the superomedial group. Some drainage occurs through the femoral canal into Cloquet’s node. The lymphatics from the glans and penile urethra drain into deep inguinal nodes, presymphyseal nodes and, occasionally, into external iliac nodes.

NERVES


Somatic innervation arises from sacral spinal segments S2-4 via the pudendal nerve. The perineal branch of the pudendal nerve supplies the posterior part of the scrotum and the rectal nerve to the inferior rectal area. The pudendal nerve continues as the dorsal nerve of the penis, which runs over the surface of the obturator internus under the levator, runs deep to the urogenital diaphragm, and passes through the deep transverse perineal muscle to run along the dorsum of the penis accompanied by the dorsal vein and dorsal artery. In epispadia and exstrophy the dorsal nerves are displaced laterally in the middle and distal portion of the penile shaft. Cultaneous nerves to the penis and scrotum arise form the dorsal and posterior branch of the pudendal nerve. The anterior part of the scrotum and proximal penis is supplied by the ilioinguinal nerve after it leaves the superficial inguinal ring. The pudendal nerve supplies the ischiocavernous and bulbocavernous muscles. It branches into the inferior rectal nerve and the scrotal nerve and continues as the dorsal nerve of the penis.

Autonomic nerves consist of sympathetics that arise from lumbar segments L1 and L2 and parasympathetics from S2-4 (nervi erigentes or pelvic nerve). Lumbar splanchnic nerves join the superior hypogastric plexus over the aortic bifurcation, left common vein and sacral promontory. From this plexus, right and left hypogastric nerves travel medial to the internal iliac artery to the inferior hypogastric plexus. The pelvic plexus adjacent to the base of the bladder, prostate, seminal vesicles and rectum contain parasympathetic fibers as well. Nerves from the inferior pelvic plexus supply the prostate, seminal vesicles, epididymis, membranous and penile urethra and bulbo-urethral gland.

CAVERNOUS NERVE NEUROVASCULAR BUNDLE


The cavernous nerves arise from the pelvic plexus from the lateral surface of the rectum. These nerves run posterolateral to the apex, mid-portion and base of the prostate anterior to Denonvilliers’ fascia between the posterolateral surface of the prostate and the rectum to lie between the lateral pelvic fascia and the prostatic fascia. The branches from the cavernous nerve accompany the branches of the prostatovesicular artery and provide a macroscopic landmark for nerve-sparing radical prostatectomy. The cavernous nerve leaves the pelvis between the transverse perineal muscles and membranous urethra before passing beneath the pubic arch to supply each corpus cavernosum; it also supplies the corpus cavernosum and penile urethra, and terminates in a delicate network around the erectile tissue.

E.D. or Erectile Dysfunction and Natural Alternatives

What is E.D. (Erectile Dysfunction)?
Erectile dysfunction (ED) is the inability of a man to achieve or maintain an erection sufficient for his sexual needs or the needs of his partner. Most men experience this at some point in their lives, usually by age 40, and are not psychologically affected by it.

Some men, however, experience chronic, complete erectile dysfunction (impotence), and others, partial or brief erections. Frequent erectile dysfunction can cause emotional and relationship problems, and often leads to diminished self-esteem. Erectile dysfunction has many causes, most of which are treatable, and is not an inevitable consequence of aging.

Psychology of E.D.
In 90% of the erectile dysfunction cases there is no physical reason for it's on coming. Most men will believe they have a physical problem as the penis is a physical part of the body but there is a much larger component to consider. The mental portion of our sexuality plays a massive role in getting and maintaining an erection. In addition to this problem men may also see a marked decrease in penis size because of these mental dysfunction's. I have worked with thousands of men in the penis area of study and through my years working in this field I have come across 100's that swear they are plagued with a pure physical disability when trying to achieve an erection. My first avenue of therapy is purely natural through exercise and possibly herb therapy and in my situation 100% of the men I have worked with have changed these problems and enjoyed not only a healthy sexual life but bigger, thicker and harder erections than they ever had previous to the onset of this problem.

I went through similar problems in my life where my erections were soft, weak and embarrassing. This was a frustrating period of my life and this frustration only served to compound the problem. The more I obsessed over the dysfunction the worse it became. This in itself gave me the wisdom that this problem may be of the mental nature. Changing the thought pattern

Natural Exercise
2 simple exercises that will not only help this process by promoting penile health but also, over time, increase the size of the penis are jelqing (the jelq) and Pelvic floor muscle exercise (kegels)

The jelg is a very old exercise that is basically milking the semi-erect penis to promote good blood flow and over time increase the spongy tissue that holds the blood during an erection (see descriptions below) The kegel, being a pelvic floor exercise, strengthens the muscles responsible for strong, healthy erections. The pelvic floor muscles are the group of muscles located at the core of the body traveling down into the penis and behind it at the anus. Kegels have always been popular with woman after pregnancy to increase the capacity to hold urine. We will be using them in a different way to increase and maintain an erection.

Diet
Diet will also help keep you healthy in the penis department. Having a diet that is low in saturated fats, sugar and salt will allow for cleaner and stronger blood flow. Blood and hormones all take up valuable nutrients. So good nutrition is key to maintaining a strong erection. Carbohydrates, being the building block of energy, are essential. Our sexual needs require eating carbs and plenty of them! Pasta and bread are solid carb sources. You also need to ingest zinc every day. Zinc is vital for production of testosterone, seminal fluid and sperm. You can find this mineral in liver, seafood, peas, and beans. Or take a zinc supplement.

Avoid high fat meals before sex. Excess fat intake lowers testosterone levels in your body, decreases libido and makes erection and ejaculation more difficult. And an unhealthy diet may lead to poor circulation and hence erection problems.

Exercise
Having a daily exercise routine is vital to sexual health. Having lasting potential in bed is dictated by how healthy you are. becoming out of breath during sex is shameful and woman will look down on this. Healthy heart rate is directly related to our bodies endurance and increasing endurance happens solely through aerobic exercise. Taking daily walks or taking up jogging, tread mills, biking or any other heart healthy activity will quickly increase the ability to unlimited endurance during sex. The other benefit to exercise is a leaner body will expose more penis. Most men who are overweight are hiding quite a bit of penis behind a layer of fat located at the base of the penis at the pelvic bone. AT one time I has a fat pad that hid over 2" of penis! Even though my penis was over 10" when the ruler was pressed against my fat pad my non pressed measurement was less than 8". This is one of the best reasons to take up a good exercise routine as it will add to your confidence which will increase your ability to maintain erections.

Today I am in much better shape and most of my penis is fully exposed.

Penis Exercise, The Jelq (Jelqing)
With desired lubricant (I highly recommend Vaseline) cover hands and penis completely. At this point you will want to have about an 80% erection (semi-soft) Now in a seated position with your palm down grip your penis with the standard OK sign grip. Gripping your penis at the extreme base and a tight grip, force the blood from the very base up to right below the head in a sliding motion. When your first hand reaches the bottom of your head the second hand begins the same movement. This is a strange movement at first but over a few sessions it will become second nature. With each passing day increase the intensity ever so slightly. The goal of basic jelqing is too enlarge girth, add length and improve general penile health.

The Kegel:
A kegel is the name of a pelvic floor exercise, named after Dr. Kegel who discovered the exercise. These muscles are attached to the pelvic bone and act like a hammock, holding in your pelvic organs. To try and isolate these muscles trying stopping and starting the flow of urine.

Once you have located the muscle group comple this routine:
100 quick Kegel squeezes
then 50 of the following:
Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.

I promise you that if you do this routine you will experience not only harder, more frequent erections but you will reclaim your youthful sexuality. The side effects of this routine are a bigger penis and more confidence....side effects you can live with.

Advanced Variations on the Jelq (JELQING) The DLD Slow Squash Jelq

MENTAL STATE:
Highly sexual. I look at a session with the same frame of mind I would with masturbation or sex. I want to be highly aroused and ready to enjoy the session. I like to be laying down with a good porno on with total privacy.

TIME:
I set a time in advance (sometimes I go beyond that time) I usually dedicate 45 minutes to the session. I do not count how many I am doing my one and only goal is MAXIMUM EXPANSION for each and every session. I can tell by looking at my GIRTH that I am fully engorged and this is where I want to be as this is where GIRTH gains are. One rep of this exercise can last as long as 3 minutes for me (it really depends on endurance and hand strength) My hands get very cramped and I need to switch positions every 5 minutes or so. As time goes on your hands will get stronger.

THE EXERCISE:
I get myself fully erect. Once I have an optimum erection I will kegel as much blood into my penis as possible than with one hand (as shown) I clamp off at the base. I need some room to move the blood around so I will squeeze my glans releasing a small amount of blood than I clamp off again. The hand clamped off at the extreme base slowly and intensely jelq up maybe an inch. Once in this position I take the heal of the other hand and squash the blood from by head downward against the hand clamping. I am still applying upward pressure with the clamped hand as the heal of the upper hand continues to push the blood around. Very similar to an Isolated Compression Squeeze the difference being the upper hand is open and the heal of the hand is used to push against the resisting hand. As I said above I will do one rep for about 2-3 minutes at which time I release do a few Dual Dry Jelqs and begin the next set.

My goal, as stated above is MAXIMUM EXPANSION. I gage this by looking at my wrists while training and I make a visual comparison of the GIRTH of my penis to the GIRTH of my wrist. I want to get myself thicker than my wrist and I do this every session. Just for fun when I surpass my wrist GIRTH I start looking at my ankles (yeah right!) but it is fun to try.

Retracting Penis Cures

Many of you guys have heard of hidden penis or turtle syndrome where the penis, although decent in size when erect, has a tendency to retract and the result is a smaller than desired flaccid size. This can be frustrating and sometime embarrassing.

There are many things you can do that will help train the penis to stay at an extended flaccid size. For me it was a combination of stretches but mainly multiple sessions daily was my salvation. This brought my flaccid size very close to my erect, non-bone pressed size.

The 3 main exercises I did were as follows:

1. Piss Pulls: This is when you do a quick stretching session every time you hit the bathroom. I like to do a mini-basic stretching session from the newbie routine.

1 Straight up stretch held for 60 seconds
1 Straight Down Stretch for 60 seconds
25 Rotary Cranks Straight Out

This takes a total of 5 minutes and no one will know any better.

2. Ace Strapped:
Using a ACE bandage in a completely flaccid state wrap your penis in a stretched position from base to tip. Keep it wrapped for 15 minute intervals and re-wrap to keep blood flow good. This can be worn all day as long as it is re-wrapped every 15 minutes to promote blood circulation.

3. When I am going to be sitting most of the day I opt for LAZY ASS STRETCHES: In a standing position I grab my penis from the back by the glans and stretch it as far as I can to the extreme right...once I am sure of the stretch being very stong I sit on my penis with the right butt cheek...once in seated position with a simple adjustment in seating angle the stretch can be intensified to varying tighness. I sit with my penis to the right for about 15 minutes...undo the stretch and return good circulation then set it up to the left. If time allows I do these for 2+ hours. I also found these to be a very good pre-cursor to Blasters.

If you practice these easy methods your flaccid size will become trained to stay extended and these results will be very quick.

ALPHA LIGAMENT STRETCH

ALPHA LIGAMENT STRETCH
In a laying position grip your soft penis with palms facing down, hands crossed over one another and using thumb and forefinger of both hands, grip penis shaft, just below the head, pulling upward w/both hands, stretching penis towards your chin.

Once you have stretched to your full capacity, hold this position, strong, and do 50, 1 second kegels. Release one hand and grip penis at extreme base. Now stretch the lower position and upper position together while doing the In this position do a kegel. (Take note of how your penis will pull back as the PC muscle flexes) Hold this Kegel for 5 seconds. Now still in the stretch position do a Reverse Kegel (as you make this change from a Kegel to a Reverse Kegel you will feel the PC Unflex) As you Reverse Kegel pull your stretch to accommodate the unflex, meaning just as when you Kegel the penis pulls back the penis in a Reverse Kegel will unflex allowing you to increase your stretch. Stretch this to your max for 5 seconds.

The entire time think this:

My penis is getting longer, this is incredible, I knew it was possible. I am longer with each stretch.

I want you to say this mantra:

(REPEAT THROUGHOUT EXERCISE) I am now open to change. I give myself the command to lengthen my penis and now I am getting longer with each stretch.

Penis enlargement surgery

Penis enlargement surgery (also known as penile augmentation or penile enhancement surgery) consists of two surgical procedures to enlarge the penis, one is used to increase the girth of the penis, the second is used to increase the length of the penis. Typically, patients opt to have both penis enlargement procedures carried out at the same time.

Increasing the girth of the penis relies on fat cells (usually from the patients abdomen) being transplanted (injected) around the penis. The procedure, known as fat transfer, bulks-up the penis and can increase the girth of the penis by 1 to 3 inches. One of the possible drawbacks is that the transplanted fat cells feel soft, somewhat like female breast tissue. Additionally, increases in the girth of the penis achieved this way can often disappear as the fat cells are reabsorbed back into the body. Sometimes, the re-absorption of the transplanted fat is uneven and the penis is left looking lumpy and unsightly.

A variant of the fat transfer method called “dermal transfer” may overcome the fat re-absorption problem. Dermal transfer uses strips of skin and fat together. The skin stops the fat from being re-absorbed into the body but because this procedure requires strips of skin and fat to be grafted onto the penis the surgery is more complex and the risk of disfigurement is much greater.

Penis lengthening procedures are quite different from the procedures used to increase the girth of the penis. The tissue in the penis that fills with blood is called the corpora cavernosa. This spongy tissue normally extends from the penis back into the body. In some cases, half of the corpora cavernosa may be "concealed" inside the body. Penis lengthening relies on releasing this concealed tissue which has the effect of increasing the length of the penis. Releasing the concealed part of the penis is done by cutting the suspensory ligaments that keep the corpora cavernosa anchored within the body. This moves the concealed part of the penis forward achieving additional penis length outside the body. This type of penis enlargement surgery can result in substantial flaccid size gains but sometimes only a small increase in the erect penis length.

The side effects of this penis lengthening surgery stem from the fact that with the suspensory ligament no longer anchored to the pubic bone, the penis is effectively “floating loose”. If the penis is flaccid this will not cause any problems but if the penis is erect then several problems may occur. Floating loose from the pubic bone, the erect penis can slip and shift around during sex. And without the suspensory ligament to hold it, erections can point downwards. Nowadays, more sophisticated surgical techniques mean that this can be minimized but the angle of erection is still likely to be reduced no matter how the surgery is carried out.

Penis enlargement surgery has advanced a long way since the early days when penile disfigurement was almost a certainty but many surgeons still refuse to offer penis enlargement procedures because of the risks associated with it. Candidates for penis enlargement surgery should seek advice from their own doctor and ideally undergo counselling before consulting with surgeons offering these procedures.

EXERCISES EXPLAINED

Warm-Up/Down
A very important part of your program will be the Warm-up and Warm-Down. During this process you will be preparing your penis for exercise. It is important to warm up in order to loosen the ligaments and increase good blood flow. There are many different ways to accomplish this here are a few:

Heating Pad: A conventional heating pad works very well for warm-up. You can pick one up for under $14.00 and they create the perfect heating supply for warm-up. Wrap your penis in the heating pad, plug it in, set a comfortable temperature and relax for 10-15 minutes.

Hot Wrap: A hot wrap is a quicker, less expensive way to warm-up. With a standard washcloth fill you sink or tub with hot water. Soak washcloth until hot and wrap penis. Re-soak rag as it cools. This process should be done for about 5 minutes.

Oil rub Warm-up: With some basic baby oil heat in hot water or microwave very quickly (making sure it is not burning hot) when desired heat is reached work this oil into your penis in a deep massage. This massage should last 5 minutes.

Hot Tub, Shower or Bath: A warm-up can also be done in one of the previously mentioned places. If time allows a nice 10 minute soak really loosens things up and prepares you for exercise.

After your warm-up in a seated position prepare yourself for your stretching routine. With an ample supply of Baby powder on you hands grip your penis just below the head. Go easy at first and over your first week, as you become comfortable, increase the stretching strength to 100%.

This routine can be done anywhere. The benefits of doing these are a huge part of your growth process. A mature, developed PC muscle will be paramount to future gains and penile health.

To feel this muscle movement simply stop and start the flow of urine. This isolation of the PC muscle is a kegel.

Why would I want to do kegel exercises?

• Longer Erections due to blood hold capacity
• Larger head size
• Further ejaculatory Distance
• Sexual enjoyment is enhanced for both partners
• It can prevent prolapsed of pelvic organs
• It can help prevent leaking urine when you sneeze or cough

Testicle Health
Testicle Health Stretch will help your penis to hang lower in flaccid state. It will also increase blood flow to your testicles and aid in sperm count. This routine should take no longer than 5 minutes but the benefits are many.

With favorite lotion grab your scrotum just above your testicles. Now in a rubbing motion massage each testy for 30 seconds rubbing between your fingers in a gentle but firm movement. Now massage all the fluid around your testicles for 60 seconds. At this point your scrotum should be very relaxed. Finally lightly stretch your scrotum downward while the other hand pulls your penis upward. Do 60 of these. This is a very quick routine but the benefits are great. This will also aid you in any kind of early warning signs of testicular problems.

REST DAYS
I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.

PENIS ENLARGEMENT SELF HYPNOSIS

What is Hypnosis?
As you probably know, your mind has two parts – the “conscious” and the “subconscious”. The conscious mind is what you use when you’re awake and aware of your surroundings. It is actually only 20% of your mind however. The subconscious stores memories, emotions, and represents over 80% of your mind’s capacity.

In between the conscious and subconscious minds is a barrier that protects one from the other. This barrier keeps just any old thing from dropping into the subconscious mind and becoming a reality. What hypnosis does is to punch a small whole in this barrier and allow suggestions to be placed directly into the subconscious.

Most people think that it takes a hypnotist to do this. In fact, all hypnosis – even “stage hypnosis” (the hypnosis you see in stage shows or on TV), is actually self-hypnosis. Further, anyone can learn to do this safely – even without a hypnotist.

Hypnosis is a powerful way to re-program your subconscious mind for success, confidence, or anything else you may want. Another way to think about hypnosis is to call it “guided visualization”. This means, you see, hear, feel, etc., yourself as though you’ve already obtained whatever it is that you want.

Is Hypnosis Dangerous?
At one time people believed that hypnosis could be used to control someone and make them do anything. Today, we have a better understanding of just what hypnosis is, and what it can do. People often point to the few examples they have of hypnosis – usually “stage hypnosis” where someone is convinced to do something ridiculous.

Some people, (called “synombalists”) have the ability to easily drop into a hypnotic state. There are certain signs that hypnotists use in looking for these people for stage hypnosis. The majority of people are not so easily hypnotized.

There is one key rule to hypnosis: always bring yourself "out" of hypnosis before you do anything else. Consider this: if hypnosis is about that "hole" in the critical area of your mind, do you really want that open for just anything to go in? Imagine what would happen if you went under self hypnosis only to then go watch the news! All of that negativity would flood into your mind and probably leave you very depressed.

What If I Can’t Be Hypnotized?
The fact is, everybody can be hypnotized. Even you! Further hypnosis is simply a form of deep relaxation and focus where your mind is clear of interruption. This concentrated focus makes hypnosis the valuable tool that it is.

Many people mistakenly think they can't be hypnotized because they don't "feel" anything. In fact, only 1/2 of the population actually "feels" something when they first try hypnosis. So, don't let that discourage you. As well, when you're in self hypnosis, you're not really "in a trance" as is portrayed by TV and movies. In fact, you're "hyper-aware" of things around you! You'll notice sounds, feelings, smells, etc., much better than usual. This is a good sign that you're actually "under".

Once you've been in hypnosis a few times, you'll learn to feel it and know when it is happening, but again, EVERYONE can be hypnotized.

How to Start Self Hypnosis
The most important first step in any hypnosis is to have a goal. If you drop into hypnosis without one, what are you going to do? Just root around for a while? Hypnosis is very pleasant, and is a good way to relax, but we're here to do some work.

So, step #1 is to define one, single, easily explained goal. For the purposes of this article, the goal will be:

"I am getting a longer, thicker penis."

This goal has many advantages: first, it's clear and specific, second, it's easily understood, third, it isn't going to be misunderstood, and forth, it's a positive message. That last one needs a little explanation: the subconscious mind cannot work with a message stated in the negative.

Here's an example: try to NOT think of a white rabbit. You can't do it! You can't NOT think of a thing, you can only not do it by replacing it with something else that you DO want to think about. That's important.

Put another way, you don't want to use this as your goal:

"I don't want a small penis."

That translates in your mind to: "I want a small penis." It actually drops the "don't" - definitely, NOT the goal you want your mind holding.

Another example:

"I don't smoke."

This gets translated to: "I smoke." A far better statement is:

"I am a non-smoker."

This will carry the correct message. So, always state your messages in the positive (as "I WILL do something", rather than, "I WON'T do something").

Here's the suggestion you'll want to use later:

"I am getting a longer, thicker penis."

When you establish goals for your own hypnosis, be sure to follow those same four rules - clear and specific, easily understood, can't be misinterpreted, and is stated in the positive. You might even want to write it down on a piece of paper to use in the next step.

Getting Into Self Hypnosis
In order to self-hypnotize, you've got to eliminate the outside distractions. So, find yourself a quiet, comfortable chair somewhere that you won't be disturbed for about 30 minutes. You should disconnect the phone, close the windows, etc. I don't recommend that you lay down on a couch or bed. This is because you'll be too relaxed and may fall asleep!

Also, make sure your body is comfortable. Remove your shoes, and any binding clothing, but be sure to be comfortably warm. When you sit, recline slightly without your arms or legs crossed. Just place your hands at your sides or on your thighs. Try to eliminate any "pressure points".

Now, once everything is quiet and comfortable, you're ready to begin. Start by taking 4-5 slow, deep breaths through your nose, and exhaling through your mouth. On the last one, let your eyes close comfortably. Continue breathing in this slow, "in through the nose, out through the mouth" way.

Next, draw your attention to your feet. Become aware of how they feel. Then, try to imagine how they would feel if they were completely relaxed, with the toes just hanging off the ends. Imagine them warm as though they were sitting in a warm bath of water. Keep doing this until you can really feel it.

Next, allow that warmth and relaxation to travel up into your calves. Imagine them as warm and completely relaxed, with all the muscles just hanging. Try to imagine them as very heavy - as though a large dictionary was placed on top of them.

Once you get this feeling going, let it travel up into your thighs, the your hips, your stomach, your lower back, your chest, your upper back, your shoulders, down your arms, into your forearms, your wrists, your hands and your fingers.

Next, work back up your hands and arms, into your shoulders, your neck, the back of your head, over your head, your forehead, your face and mouth and back down into your next.

Don't try to rush this process. It should take about 10-15 minutes. Your body needs to be very relaxed to proceed to the next step.

Now, focus on your breathing again. Make sure you're taking slow, full, deep breaths. When you get the rhythm of this count backwards from 5 to 0 with each breath. Imagine yourself slipping downwards very comfortably and calmly. When you hit 0, just say to yourself, "ready".

At this point, you can begin focusing on the real reason we've done all of this: establishing self-confidence.

Working Under Hypnosis

At this point, you want to begin focusing on your calmness and relaxation. When you've become deeply aware of your relaxation, focus on the suggestion from before:

"I am getting a longer, thicker penis."

Each time you say those words, try to imagine yourself somewhere that you will be using your larger penis. Imagine yourself being totally confident and comfortable when you engage in being sexual. Imagine your partner complimenting you on your larger penis.

Repeat this senario with your partner . If you find yourself starting to feel anxious or fake, stop and calm yourself again, then state your suggestion and try it again. This is going to take some practice, because you've spend your life practicing the opposite! So, work on it until it feels natural.

You want to do this as though you're looking out of your own eyes. Don't "watch" yourself do it, see it as you're actually doing it!

This should only take about 5-10 minutes; although it's often difficult to gauge time when you're under, so don't worry about the length of time. Just do it at least 6 times, or more if you'd like.

Now, you're ready for the all-important part of coming out, (no - not from the closet!)

The Proper Way to Get Out of Self Hypnosis
This is very important! Don't ignore this step! You must do this before you do anything else including answer the door or phone, turning on the TV, talking to your dog - anything!

To get out of self hypnosis, do this:
First, draw your attention back to your breathing. When it is calm and regular, start slowly counting each breath from 0 up to 5. As you say each number in your mind, imagine yourself coming back up, and becoming more and more awake. You'll also begin to notice that you're feeling very good. This is a normal part of guided visualization.

Once you get to "5", give yourself the command "Awake!", take a deep breath and open your eyes. This will always represent to you, being alert, awake, and feeling even better than you did before.

What to Expect

As I said earlier, this is going to take a little while, but the benefits are worth it! Plan to spend at least once a day for the next 3 weeks doing this. If possible, try to make it about the same time of the day. Don't do it just before you go to bed or when you first wake up however. You'll probably just fall asleep, negating the benefits.

What you'll notice is that, by practicing this in your mind, you will actually become more confident around women! You're not going to go from a little boy (or girl!) to James Bond over night, but you WILL start getting the benefits.

The key is to invest some time and effort first.

Penis Stretching and Girth Gain...intensity and belief

In my opinion, intensity and belief is key to gains in all parts of PE but I would like to concentrate of stretching and length in this thread. I literally work one to one with more than 100 guys at any given time. The biggest are of confusion is intensity and if any given person is stretching at their full potential. I see many guys making steady, quick and solid length gains then there are others who struggle with length gains. I have been studying the difference between the two groups and there are two major differences. One is physical while the other is mental. I will explore both areas in hopes to give some good advice on making length gains possible for everyone.

Intensity, being the physical quality of PE that I think gets lost in the web-translation, needs to be addressed and a clear understanding of how intense any given stretch needs to be should be defined. A couple of the most popular questions I get are, "How intense should the stretch be?" or "I am scared that I will hurt myself by stretching too hard, how do I know?."
I think these 2 questions encapsulate one underlying fear and that fear is injury. I think many men are just plain scared they will injure themselves so they hold back on intensity when stretching. I think these people view the penis as a very delicate, fragile, body part that can be easily damaged. This is simply not true. The penis is tougher than most think. Doing flaccid exercise (i.e.: stretching) it is extremely difficult to injure yourself. The amount of tension needed to rip you penis off is something Arnold would have problems achieving. This does not mean that newbies should jump into extreme pe immediately, but I do believe intensity needs to be increased each day until your max is found. Light stretching simply will not lengthen your penis. A fine line between injury and gains is not so clearly defined but getting yourself to this grey area of intensity is paramount to making length gains.

Point two is a mental based problem that I almost always find in the group that struggles with length gains. Belief is such an over used word that has become almost benign in PE. People say, including myself, believe in yourself and pe and you will gain. This is not clean enough. For the people who make incredible gains belief is something they already have so it is easy to give this benign advice to non-gainers, however, the ones who struggle with gains are left just as confused after this advice is given because BELIEVE IN YOURSELF is a language they do not understand.

Is belief important to making gains? YES, YES, YES! Belief is closely related to confidence and sometimes we need to pretend or act like we believe in order to eventually truly believe. I really think that most people who do not gain have a underlying doubt that pe does not work, that people who gain are the chosen few and they are somehow different then these people, and that PE is generally bullshit. I find this attitude is the countless messages I get from those who struggle. They tell me that they have this incredible workout, and it usually is, but they just don't think they can gain. It is so easy to set ourselves up to fail. If I approach sex, plagued with thoughts that I may not be able to get it up, I usually have problems. If I am right about something and I approach a debate with this egotistical attitude my ears become deaf and I will argue my point into the ground weather I am right or not never hearing the other point of view. I have always found it so easy to fail but I have always found it so difficult to succeed. I have had enough experience in life that I know positive pre-belief is paramount to being successful. So how should someone approach a stretch session and believe they will gain? It starts with realizing that the penis is a penis is a penis. Virtually a bag of flesh, blood and tissue not much different than your ears. I do not believe genetics plays any role in making gains even though is may play a role in individual size pre-pe. The first thing men need to practice is the belief that their penis is just like every other penis out there. Tough ligs, thick skin, thick tunica, etc. are all excuses we put in our way to set ourselves up to fail. I really do not think there is any real difference from penis to penis and it is important for you guys to believe the same way. Even if you do not believe, pretend to and it will eventually stick.

The next area or step in belief is visualization. Visualize is another over used word that needs to be explored and clearly defined. I think giving my own background is visualization may be the easiest to define this. I have a belief, weather you think it is true or not I DON'T CARE, but it is a strong belief for me. 99% of the men in the world are born with an average penis size with 2 inches. I think that the average penis scale is anywhere from 5 to 7 inches in length. Anything beyond or below this scale is rare. The many people we see online that are bigger than the scale are not the few exception but in fact the men that pe. The tell tale signs are there for us to see, vascular look, creeping hair up the shaft, glans scars, stretch marks, discoloration, we just find it difficult to think this many people could actually know about pe. Why is this so hard to believe? A number of reasons come to mind right off the bat; self insecurity, the popular media and their continuous denial of natural penis enlargement and how that affect us, the plastic surgery profession and their hopes to keep men in surgery. All these things contribute to our beliefs around PE's popularity. Another thing that happens is the men in porn closely guard this secret, the 1st thing they need or want is competition so it is imperative that they deny pe at all costs. In numerous interviews men in big dick porn, when asked about pe, deny its credibility. I say BULLSHIT! I am not blind, I see the marks and scars congruent with pe. I refuse to allow myself to be fooled. This is what we need to come to grips with and take to heart as a strict belief; the penis is almost always average anything beyond this is self created.

Keeping the above paragraph in mind the next step is finding a penis we want. Go online, search yourself into a frenzy, find a picture of your ideal penis and make it happen. Keep in mind the penis you find is more than likely created by the subject and you too can do the same. Study the picture, try to imagine it before the guy did pe, imagine him going through the enlargement process, and empathize with it. Picture yourself going through these exact steps. Keep a mental picture of this penis and the process the subject went through, see this on a daily basis before stretching.

Believing in yourself with the steps above require physical effort also. This brings us to the question on intensity. Again I will give my own method of having the best stretch session each and everyday. Recently my stretch sessions have looked like this:

DLD Basic Fulcrum Stretch Routine
BTC: 50 seconds to right, left and center. I use my legs and glutes as the fulcrum against the stretch. I do this in a standing position and get into different standing positions until the tension is most intense.

STRAIGHT DOWN: 50 seconds to right, left and center. I use my FOOT-LONG STRETCH to fulcrum the stretch. I do this in a seated position and use my foot to give maximum intensity.

STRAIGHT OUT: 50 seconds to right, left and center. I use my upper thigh to fulcrum the stretch. I do this in a seated position and I shift my position to make the fulcrum as intense as possible. The center stretch is an A-Stretch.

STRAIGHT UP: 50 seconds to right, left and center. See DLD Counter Stretches (using it to the front opposed to the back) to understand the right and left fulcrum. The center stretch is straight up with no fulcrum.

ROTARIES: I finish the routine with ROTARY STRETCH'S. I do one set down, one set straight out and one set straight up. I do 50 rotaries in each one of these directions.

You will find out quickly that you can easily achieve your maximum intensity by using manual fulcrums but there is a mental aspect to the intensity also. This may sound funny but it is my mental practice in my stretch sessions. When stretching BTC I imagine I am trying to reach the small of my back. I stretch with this in mind. My goal is to reach this area of my back. When I stretch downward I imagine reaching the floor with my glans. My ultimate goal is touching the ground and I stretch with the intensity to do this. When I stretch outward I imagine myself touching the the wall in front of me, my goal, at all costs, is touching the wall. When I stretch up my goal is to touch my chin, I imagine this and try my hardest to get there. Obviously I have not gotten there yet but this is the mental goal I have during each and every stretch and this is my key to maximum intensity. When I am visualizing these goals as I stretch my mind is focused on the goal and only that which translates to the strongest possible stretch. If I approach a stretch with fear of injury then my efforts are wasted on this anxiety. When I am able to center myself and visualize my goals it becomes the perfect compliment to intensity and gains happen.

I started out writing this piece to some of my one on one students but as I got deeper into it I wanted to share it with the group.

DLD Blasters...A staple for any Penis Enlargement Workout

Performing the DLD Blaster:
Warm up to the Blasters
Sitting on the toilet in a totally flaccid state stretch penis upward to a taunt pull. In this state do 100 quick Kegels. This will aid in making you aware of the PC muscle prior to engaging in the Blasters. It will also serve to pre-exhaust the PC muscle to some extent. When this is complete move on to the actual Blasters.

The Blasters
Sitting on the toilet get yourself into the DLD “A” stretch. For some this may be difficult due to wrist size so the RB fake arm stretch or the Dual Fulcrum Stretch can be substituted. I would prefer that everyone eventually get into the “A’ Stretch as an ultimate goal so continue trying to get into it as you make gains.

Once in the “A” Stretch pull your penis to a good solid stretch straight out. In this position do kegel. (take note of how your penis will pull back as the PC muscle flexes) Hold this Kegel for 5 seconds. Feel the pull back? If not loosen stretch a bit...your main objective on this part of the stretch is to feel that slight pull make so the next part of the exercise can be felt. The Kegel portion of this exercise is to serve only this function..this is where you will be training your PC muscle the stretch is only in place to feel the pull back.

Now this is where you want to really stretch... do a Reverse Kegel (as you make this change from a Kegel to a Reverse Kegel you will feel the PC Unflex) As you RK pull your stretch to accommodate the unflex, meaning just as when you Kegel the penis pulls back the penis in a Reverse Kegel will produce more slack. Stretch this to your max for 5 seconds. During this 5 second Reverse Kegel be sure to pivot your arm or fake arm to increase tension. The idea on the Reverse Kegel is to take your stretching capasity beyond normal and this is accomplished by the Arm pivot, Fake arm Pivot or Increasing pull on Dual Fulcrum.

This is one Rep.

You should continue to do rep sets of these. (formula 5sec Kegel, 5 sec Reverse Kegel= One rep. x 50)

There are countless benefits that can come directly or indirectly from PE. Some have legitimate arguments of PE having as many faults, tribulations, and suffering involved as there are benefits. If it’s all the same anyone who has stuck with PE through the thick and thin attest PE’s positives outnumber the negatives. It is important to stay confident that you will reach your desired size and it is equally vital to setting up newbie (newbie just a term used on message board forums to indicate the experience or amount of time spent on the forum) type PE routine, a beginner’s course, if you will so as to condition your penis for the rigors of the more advanced penis enlargement exercises to come. Let’s take a look at some of the potential benefits and negatives that can be experienced along the road. PE is actually very much like a journey and along it are times when one will want to just give up and get off the path while others continue on in search of their goals. This is in part because no matter who you ask potential gains are near impossible to gauge and even more impossible is to guess how long it will take to achieve gains. While it is a trying journey there are benefits and one potential benefit of PE is of course actual increase in penis size whether it be for girth or length or of course both if that is the case. A potential negative is as with any physical endeavor, which is injury. The belief in what you are doing and the belief that it will work is something that cannot be stressed enough. You should feel joy when you make a gain. It’s your hard work and determination that made it happen. If you feel discouraged because of a period where no gains have been made get through that time as quickly as possible. Do not get down on yourself, keep going, but above all else, remember that there is a fine line between too much PE and not enough PE, which brings us to our next potential negative consequence of PE. PE can become an obsession, which may or may not be a good thing. Sometimes when there is enough time it can be great because there is time to spend working toward your goals however, if it becomes too time consuming do not let it run your life. Time consuming can mean either you do not have enough time to spend on it and have little desire to make PE a top level priority or it is getting in the way of life. PE is supposed to help breed confidence not keep you from the life you should be enjoying. So, aside from the bigger penis size, confidence in the new bigger you, there is a downside, but these negatives are typically what will weed out those who give up too easily and either simply cannot or will not put in the work needed for growth to be achieved. “No one said it was going to be easy,” easily applies to PE. There are numerous other benefits that could be mentioned that the site’s free forum has in the past, but for now let’s move on to the reasons why we look to a way of enlarging the penis.

Obviously, the first reason would be someone told us it was too small in some form or another. Either we think it is small or someone told us about this one guy. Of course...the “other guy”. That is “THE guy,” the one that has ruined countless lives, relationships, and of course men’s psyches since 1999...Sandy! WHY! er um...of course I meant for quite a long time. I’m certainly no expert on the subject of well anything, but I’d like to explore a moment why penis size is so emphasized in culture. Take for example the innuendos made on the very subject of the penis. It is always about size. Two factors add up to create this phenomena. One element that contributes greatly to it is the male mind. We are sexual beings. Biologically our penis is there to spread the seed...and if we feel our penis is inadequate it usually isn’t because it is smaller than most. The fact that the penis is the one constant body part we have on our minds means the more likely unflattering thoughts will infiltrate our mentality.

Why does this happen however and who and what are the major contributors to this lack of confidence? We know since it is always on our minds we are in part at fault for letting the importance of size (performance is a whole other topic) consume our thoughts. The other part of the equation is invariably women. Women use this Achilles heel to get what they want. If a woman wants to hurt you she knows just how most men can be broken. She’ll tell a friend and laugh behind your back and make sure you find out just what was said. She’ll tell you and throw it in your face at inopportune time just to embarrass you. It doesn’t have be this way and while it shouldn’t be this way it is. If a woman wants you to know you are not satisfying her needs she may hint that it is bedroom related. It might just be, but more likely than anything it is the performance. The majority of women never will have experience with a massive penis, but most will admit to desiring a partner with a bigger penis. On the other hand, the root of her dissatisfaction might not be sexually related at all, unless of course she says as much, which leaves you despondent and hardly of good use to anyone especially to yourself. When this dissatisfaction is brought to your attention most likely sex will enter your mind. The two main things being size inadequacies and performance will either swirl and stick in the back of your mind until she comes out and tells you what needs to be done to satisfy whatever her needs are or if you are mature and are confident sex might not come to mind at all. For those lucky few, you know in your early days it wasn’t always that way.

There are a couple elements at work here. The young male particularly at his peak is raring to go and without all the knowledge they could and will someday obtain they all but blindly wander through this time slowly gathering the self assuredness needed to combat any potential hurtful comments about your most prized possession. The male prowess as a youth is obviously because of hormones and the natural process of maturity and the mating that comes with it just the same as all sexual organisms experience. As a man this sexual need hardly wanes to a tiny point on a thin line. So, add the biological need to procreate with the emphasis we put on our penis and it’s little wonder why we feel we need a large penis. Why is it the size though? This still hasn’t been addressed you say. As a man, the stature has historically been important. Whether the stature is physical or societal it makes no difference. They come hand in hand. If you hold a position in society that is well respected women tend to flock to such a man because respectability is perceived as power. This is what most men want in society. They want that status or at least the respectability and why not. If women flock to a title merely for the name and assumed power that comes with it who would argue with this desire? Men want to be perceived as strong mind, body, and soul, but the root is of course the respectability that comes with said qualities. This is all structured around the desired sex’s perception of us and of course structured around the sex we desire with them. While not all of this holds true for every man or woman is this at all far from the culture we all know when it comes to the two sexes in particular? Both sexes do equally as much damage to the other’s state of mind so what’s fair is fair I suppose. So, we can agree that when a man is feeling down about his size he is really feeling down about his status in the relationship he is in or has been in just as a man would feel down about his status in society if he felt insecure about the respectability of his occupation. The penis size complex is as evident in our culture as the weight complex is with most women. We want to be perceived as desirable and respectable for the same reasons and it’s all in order to feel acceptance or a sense of specialness. Men want that power and respectability that comes with having what is considered as a large penis and women want a fit and sexy body. It’s about acceptance and it’s about confidence. These are tools that we should be so lucky to have innately, but for one reason or another we feel we can achieve these things through a bigger pair of breasts or a longer or thicker penis. It’s unfortunate, but just like implants have helped supplement a woman’s confidence PE is here to help men the same way.

For some lucky few, an 8 inch long and 6 inch around penis is what the good lord gave them. For most of us guys we are left to wonder what we did to be turned away when getting in line for a massive penis. Make no mistake however, while PE is a gift from heaven when you take that first step, it is as much an opportunity, so to expect results is to expect struggle.

When you begin as was mentioned it is best to start with a newbie routine or something similarly simple. There are a few keys to keeping you focused on your goals, which will help you from point-to-point gain-to-gain. There are a few things that need to be mentioned here as well that will allow for a better understanding of just what that means. Obviously, no one gains an inch from a week of PE. If it were ever that easy then no one would be in the dark about what PE is. You will experience first, newbie gains, which are gains that are most likely from an untrained/unconditioned penis that has not really ever had much attention paid to it. Basic stretches(exactly what it sounds like it is...take the penis in hand with the ok grip...(form ok sign and grab just beneath your penis head with the palm facing up) and then stretch it out in various directions either up, down, left, right, etc for certain sets of time)) will most likely easily tire out the ligaments and will make it easier to perform other more advanced or intense stretching exercises later. Jelqing, which is just getting an erection and forming the ok grip at the base and sliding from the base of the penis with your hand up to just below the glans (head). This pushes blood up and throughout the internal areas. This blood flow engorges the penis to a heightened state where it may lead to permanent girth gains because of the temporary increases in girth through many routines. Early gains or newbie gains are probably from the increase of blood-flow and through either or both the creation of cells or the elongating of existing ones. One last thing about getting started is that it is best to start out slow and consistent. No one wants their progress to be halted by injury.

Many members in the PE community have expressed the sort of euphoric and hopeful bright eyed approach when embarking on their journey. This first step in PE is really the first of several stages one will go through. I will continue on with the stage that is most pertinent to you.

When I first found that there are ways to actually enlarge the penis permanently I nearly fainted. I thought, “My God! This is GREAT! Now, what I do?” Unfortunately, the first thing more often than not was of course to send some greenbacks to some company offering not only advice, exercises, videos, and pills. What’s worse is that I actually did send money, but never was hooked up with any password or pills or anything at all. Even when I tried communicating via email...not a word. So, I was stuck feeling like a sucker, wondering if Penis Enlargement was a scam, and pretty much deflated. I continued on however, each day exploring the results on the search engine until I found one site that offered a few free exercises and a free forum. PridePenis.co.uk is a genuine site and if you happened to be lucky enough to have tried that site first then good for you because I think without it I’d never would have continued as long as I have without it. I didn’t stay long however. I eventually found a post offering a new site dedicated to the same ideas called Mattersofsize.com. So, I find this site and I look around and I’m liking it. I’ve never left and I never will. It’s a very homey place and the ideas that are allowed to flow free with the ideas of others is simply refreshing. So, whatever you feel you don’t understand or want to add yourself feel more than free to offer your ideas to the community. Everyone is open minded and the moderators are world class. Whatever you do stay as involved and active as time permits. The more involved you are the better your chances are to making PE easy and effective.

Now most have their reasons behind wanting to enlarge their penis, but I’ll share mine briefly. One night I was alone in my room with the lights off and looking at porn. I couldn’t get an erection. It took me some 2 hours to get an erection. Do you know why? As I stared down at the little thing between my legs I wondered to myself, “Who could be satisfied with this thing? Penis Enalagement: The Long and Short of It

Many people think that the idea of penis enlargement is just preposterous. Most people are led to believe by "medical professionals" that the only way to enlarge your penis permanently is through surgery. Some people think that maybe pills can work. But very few believe you can actually enlarge your penis by exercising it. "It isn't a muscle," they say, "so how could an exercise make it bigger?" I have talked to nurses and doctors that tell me "Everyone knows that the penis enlargement 'phenomenon' is a big hoax. You get what you're born with."

WRONG!

In this thread I'm going to explain how to lengthen your penis through manual stretching exercises. I do these every morning. It takes about 20 minutes altogether and works very well. One thing I'm not going to say, however, is that you can gain 1-3 inches in a matter of weeks. 1-2 inches is definitely a reasonable goal, but it may take up to a year or even more to get this kind of gain. Before I tell you how to lengthen your penis, though, I'll need to explain a little about penis anatomy (it's probably more complex down there than you know).

I'm sure every man that has the slightest interest in PE has seen something similar to this:



LIG STRETCHES

Most penis enlargement sites say that the only way to enlarge your penis is to expand the corpus cavernosum so that it will hold more blood when erect. This actually is mainly for girth, and while this is one effective way to add size, it is not the only way. Another way is to stretch the suspensory and fundiform ligaments. If you grab your penis by the head and pull it straight down, you can feel the stretch in your suspensory ligament, which is along the top of your penis at the base. If you feel right at the base of your penis with your other hand, you'll be able to tell exactly where the ligament is. The best way to stretch this ligament is straight down or “Between The Cheeks” (BTC). The fundiform ligaments attach to either side of your penis, also at the base. If you stretch your penis to one side, you should feel a pull in one of your fundiform ligaments. You can also feel this ligament with your hand while pulling.

Advantages of lig stretching:

1) works very quickly
2)ligs are not as tough as the tunica (covered later)

Disadvantages of lig stretching:

1) possibility of lowered erection angle (you can get around this)
2) possibility of hair growth further up the shaft (you can also get around this)
3) possibility of "turkey neck" scrotum (guess what--you can also get around this!)
4) base girth will be slightly thicker than midshaft girth due to pulling out of the inner penis (doesn’t sound like much of a problem to me!)

TUNICA STRETCHING

The tunica is a layer of very tough fibrous tissue that surrounds the corpus cavernosum (CC) and corpus spongiosum (CS). In between the corpus cavernosum and the corpus spongiosum, the tunica forms the septum (not shown on picture). The septum is extremely tough, but there are exercises that mainly target the septum. The tunica is much more difficult to stretch than the ligs, but stretching the tunica makes girth gains easier, because in order for the corpus cavernosa to be made bigger for more blood flow, the tunica must be stretched in order to allow for this expansion. So not only does tunica stretching add length, it may also open the door for girth gains. The best angle to stretch the tunica is straight up. You won't feel as much of a burn as you do with the lig stretch, but you should still feel a good stretch. There are several other ways to stretch the tunica. They are called fulcrum stretches, because you use your other hand as a fulcrum.

The V-stretch

This is one of my favorite tunica stretches. It especially targets the septum, which is very hard to stretch. Without stretching the septum it will be very hard to make any tunica gains.

To do this stretch, you pull straight up with one hand, just like a normal tunica stretch. With the other, press down in the middle of your penis to make a V shape with your penis. You should feel a much better stretch than with a normal straight up stretch. Move your fulcrum hand to several different points on your penis to get the best stretch.

The A stretch

This stretch is fairly easy, although I don't really use it that much because I prefer the V stretch. It doesn't target the septum as much, but is a good tunica stretch. To do this stretch, with your left hand pull your penis straight out in front of you. Put your right hand underneath your penis and grab your left wrist. Now with your left hand stretch your penis over your right arm. It should resemble an "A" with your left hand being the left side ( / ) and your penis being the right side ( \ ). Your right hand will be the line in between ( - ).

Bundled stretch

Only try this after you have been stretching your tunica for a while. This is a more intense stretch, especially if you combine it with a fulcrum stretch (either A or V).

To do this stretch, you should twist your penis around 1-2 times (as much as you can) and pull straight up like a normal tunica stretch. You should feel a stronger pull than a normal straight up stretch. You can also do bundled A and V stretches. To do these, just bundle your penis and perform the stretch like normal. I find that bundled V stretches are very effective.

Advantages of tunica stretching:

1)opens the door for more girth gains
2)no hair growth on the shaft of the penis
3)less of a "turkey neck" scrotum
4)no lowered erection angle

Disadvantages of tunica stretching:

1)takes much longer than lig stretches
2)tunica is a lot harder to stretch than ligs
HOW TO GET AROUND LIG STRETCHING PROBLEMS

1)lowered erection angle

To get around this problem, you should train your PC muscle every day and make it very strong. This will also make your erections MUCH harder, and allow you to shoot further when you ejaculate.

2)hair growth on the shaft of the penis (more of a problem for circumsized guys)

Nobody wants hair 2 inches up their shaft. To get around this, stretch your shaft skin to allow for more growth room. The reason your penis gets hair on the shaft is that your inner penis is coming out of your body. It pulls the skin at the base of your penis along with it as it grows, so the hair comes along for the ride. Here is a good exercise for stretching the shaft skin. This is a quote from SizeItUp at the Matters of Size forum.

"Without lube, hold the skin back at the base as far as you can. Then do an OK grip about the area of your circumcision scar and stretch the skin in between. Do this ten minutes a day and you will increase the amount of skin on your shaft. Then when you stretch your dick, the extra skin mid-shaft will relieve the pressure on the base skin."

3)"turkey neck" scrotum

This means that your scrotum is attached higher up your penis than normal. This is easy to get around. The method is similar to the hair issue, except applied to your scrotum. If you stretch your scrotum skin out, especially near where it attaches to the base of your penis, you won't have this problem.

4)base girth is thicker than midshaft girth

This is not really a big deal, especially if you jelq or do other girth exercise regularly, because this will increase girth, especially higher up the penis. A lot of people who do girth exercises but don't do lig stretches have a "baseball bat" shape to their penis. So, if you stretch your ligs AND jelq or do other girth exercises, then your girth should be even throughout.

NEWBIE WORKOUT

Once you have done this workout for a while, you can move on to other exercises/more time as you see fit.

5 minute hot wrap (soak a washcloth in hot water and wrap it around your package)

3 sets of:

1 minute straight down stretching
1 minute left stretching
1 minute right stretching
1 minute straight up stretching

Rest 15 seconds between each stretch. Make sure you grip just behind the head. Its okay if you notice your head darkening. The first few days you may notice that you get some small red spots on the head. This is also normal, and they should go away fairly soon. If you notice any bruising, stop for a day or two or until the bruising goes away, and next time LIGHTEN UP! I find that if you use baby powder it is much easier to get a good grip.

Always remember this: If you are gaining on a certain routine, don't change it! Only add/change things if you are no longer gaining. Also I would recommend not measuring often, otherwise you may get discouraged and give up. Remember, penis enlargement takes time. If you want it, it will be worth the time and effort. I am new to this forum but I desided that I would share the posts over at PEForums.net with everyone here....I am a 35 year old....I suffer with extreme OCD (Obsessional Compulsive Disorder) and BDD (Body Dismorphic disease) Alot of my problems center around my penis....No matter what I think I see it most of the time wrong...What I mean is my measurements are 9.60 x 6.5 and I cannot see it the right way....It is part of this disease...IT SUCKS....For those of you who know me and have been with me on my huge PE journey will get a laugh out of this....My therapist says I should make fun of my disorder...So HERE GOES....

Ok...This is a typical bad day in my life of PE....I was telling Jen (my girlfriend) about it last night and she started laughing hysterically and said I should post it ....

I am still suffering with 2 ingrown hairs at the base of my unit...So yesterday morning I thought I would just not Jelq. to avoid and pain....So I do my regular stretching routine and go to work....Now to understand this you have to realize I work with my family...My Father, My Brother, and My Ex-Wife, In a large building connected to a house that my sister and her husband live. I am just sitting at my desk doing my work (I work on a computer in a very private office) Now my family knows I have extreme OCD and just kinda brushes off my strange behavior...after all they have dealt with it my whole life....My Ex-Wife on the other hand is more suspicious of my odd behaviors and will ask me what I am up to...Now I already decided that I was NOT GOING TO JELQ. but then I came across a picture on the net of this Women who goes by the name of Scarlett....Now I love ghetto bootie with a passion and she is the quintessential picture of GHETTO BOOTIE....So of course I am looking at her and my cock starts to get hard. Vaseline is a really fun lube cuz it stays on your skin like FOREVER....I have O.C.D. so I have to wash my hands before I can get undressed so I don't infect my clothes with this greasy substance....

FINALLY...I get clean and undressed...My clothes are completely soaked with sweat and my cock is now in frustration mode....Totally Fucking Soft...Yay for that....I muster up enough lustful thought to get some blood back in it and strive to get a decent 1000 jelqs so my ever shrinking cock would be big enough for the enormous cheeks I saw on my computer screen....I decide that looking at my penis would not be wise as I was in a huge anxiety attack and I was positive my penis was now 2 inches....but the funny thing about O.C.D. is I cannot just not look, I HAVE TO LOOK...So I Do....Then I have to see it the right way...and I did...Then I see my shoe laying on the ground and I start getting obsessed about the size difference between my cock and my shoe....Mind you my shoe is over 12" so my obsession that my penis is shrunk is now a living reality in the grand scheme of things. I am now sweating bullets, staring at a shoe and practically crying...so I just drop my penis and I hear SPLASH as my penis drops into the toilet water...so aside from being disgusted I start to feel a bit better because I know the distance to the water (YES I HAVE OBSESSIVELY MEASURED EVERY TOILET I FREQUENT) The distance of 9.5" to the water gives me some temporary reassurance that my penis has not shrunken....I thank God for this wonderful Jelq session and start my hot wrap.....There is only one tiny hand towel....No soap....My clothes are soaked...I am lubed up like the dickins'. So now I realize I have to make it down stair to the other company bathroom....

I throw on my sticky clothes, now covered with vaseline and make my way past the Ex-Wife into the bathroom in the front office. Now I have already made myself see my penis in a good way...and I was still feeling happy about the toilet adventure...So I decided to NOT LOOK AT IT...cuz I might see it wrong and that would ruin my day....So I decide to wash with the lights out....I have to get up on the vanity and wash myself in the sink. This was going pretty well until I realized my penis did not reach the bottom of the sink....As hard as I tried I could not touch that fucking sink bottom...I figure the sink must be deeper than my measurement and decide that I will just forget about this.....YEAH RIGHT....I am finally dressed, clean sitting at my computer...and I am trying so hard not to think about it....but it burns in my head between every fucking though....HOW DEEP IS THE SINK......Finally in a fustrated rage I grab one of the many measuring devices that are skattered about our shop and head for the bathroom, past the Ex-Wife, with this big ruler in my hand....Do ya think she thinks I am alright?

Well it takes me a very long time to measure...I finally measure the sink it is only 7.5" to the bottom.....An instant hot flash...Now I am really obsessing....This means my penis is like 6"....I am ready to cry again....I am thinking it must have shrunk....I mean I was sure 1/2 hour prior that my penis was 9.5" what happened? My OCD is very tricky and will play these games, so in order to find out what the problem was I have to get completely undressed and get back on the vanity and measure the distance of my penis base to the point of the sink that it did not reach....This is when I realized that I have an ass that prevents my penis fom starting at the top of the sink....I am actually quite a bit higher....2" to be exact...I do the math and I finally come to the final theroy that I did not shrink....

Now I feel happy...Everything is right.....and I can continue with my day.....I LOVE PE

In a laying position grip your erect penis (using lubrication) with palms facing up, hands crossed over one another and using thumb and forefinger of both hands, grip penis shaft at extreme base, pulling upward w/both hands, jelqing penis towards your chin.

Jelq your penis 10 times while doing kegels, making your penis hold more blood. Once your penis is at 110% reach one hand down and grip extreme bass while doing a reverse kegel. Hold all blood in your penis and use your other hand to massage the blood around your entire penis for 60 seconds.

A person’s level of emotional and spiritual maturity may be measured by what it takes to get him down, how long he stays down and how many people know he is down before he gets up. There are three very important things God’s Word teaches about failure:
Failure is never final until you quit.
Failure is always positive if you find the will of God in that failure.
God is the God of a second chance.
Dr. Carl Carrigan has created a spin-off of the What Would Jesus Do (WWJD) concept. He says, “When a person suffers a loss or experiences relapse, or just generally messes up, he should not first ask WWJD, but ask WWW, What Went Wrong?” That is wise counsel. However, it is not an easy thing for one to do because it suggests the possibility of one assuming total or at least some level of responsibility for what went wrong.
Ephesians 5:13 says, “But when anything is exposed and reproved by the light, it is visible and clear: and where everything is visible and clear there is light.” (Amplified) The character, course and consequences of problems, losses and life-controlling issues are made clear to us when they are tested by the light.
No one wants to be exposed. And therein lies the first problem on the road to recovery. Though it is not a matter of exposing the person, but the problem, exposure is a hard pill to swallow. Your problem will remain concealed in the darkness of association with toxic people, melancholia, rationalization, denial, excuses and blame shifting until you look at it in the light of God’s truth.
In Ephesians 5:14-21, God gives us His Steps (1 Peter 2:21) recovery procedure. The verses say, “Wherefore He saith, Awake thou that sleepeth, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give you light. See then that you walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise, redeeming the time because the days are evil. Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is. And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit. Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord. Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God.”
There are nine words or phrases in the verses that suggest an excellent faith-based, Biblical, 9-step recovery model. The steps are generic and will work in any recovery situation, i.e., financial, marriage, divorce, criminal, addiction, moral, and spiritual.
Step #1 in starting over is Wake Up!
Waking up is consciousness or awareness rising. Awareness mobilizes the power of God within you. It turns on the light! This is the attention-getting step. Has what you are going through gotten your attention? Hundreds of men and women in prison say to me, “Paul, I am glad I came to prison. It was my wake-up call.” Prison got their attention! Waking up is sometimes hard to do. Some folks are very sound sleepers. It takes a loud noise to awaken them. Others are light sleepers. It does not take much to awaken them. Hopefully, what you are now going through is loud enough to be your wake up call. Nothing ever really changes until we wake up. You will do nothing about your present state until you wake up. Some people are asleep and only dreaming they are awake.
Step #2 in starting over is Get Up!
To get up means to get started. Everyone who comes to their senses about their life-controlling, life-threaten-ing, or addictive-compulsive problem must choose a recovery environment in which to heal. To heal damaged emotions or to conquer an addictive-compulsive problem, it is imperative that you move away from your toxic environment to a healing environment. Changing your environment is social liberation. It may even mean a people change. Negative people can be your worst recovery nemesis. After you wake up and get up, it is time to begin your recovery process. You cannot pursue two opposite endeavors at the same time. Example: run – stand / inhale – exhale. You are either in the recovery process or you are not. Get started!
Step #3 in starting over is Walk Up!
The phrase “walk circumspectly,” means to watch your step. In the Bible, when the word “walk” is used, it always refers to a lifestyle. So once you wake up and get up, you then begin to change your lifestyle or the way you have been living. Lifestyle is best changed from the inside out. Examine and reevaluate your core beliefs. Beliefs drive behavior. To help motivate changes, ask yourself the question, “Is what I have been doing working?” Since what you have been doing has not worked, you need to change managers. It is at this step you exchange your life for His life, the powerful, peaceful life of Jesus Christ. Taking an “under new management” approach to recovery is the only way to change your lifestyle.
Step #4 in starting over is Buy Up!
An accurate translation of the phrase “redeeming the time” is “buy up the opportunity.” Steps one through three form the foundation upon which you build the other six steps. Recovery step number four says, “Don’t let this opportunity slip through your fingers.” Many people with problems only see the back of opportunity because they let it pass them by. Buying up even involves recapturing time lost or wasted. It extends the value of time into the present. Now is the time! Today is the day to get started!
Step #5 in starting over is Wise Up!
Wisdom is the anticipation of consequences. Make smart, intelligent, experienced-based choices. Ask God for wisdom. James 1:5 says, “If any of you is deficient in wisdom, let him ask of the giving God [Who gives] to everyone liberally and ungrudgingly, without reproaching or faultfinding, and it will be given him.” (Amplified) Prayer becomes a vital part of your recovery. You have heard it said, “Making the same choices expecting different results is insanity.” Well, that is true! Draw on the wisdom of your new Manager.
Step #6 in starting over is Fill Up!
To be filled with the Holy Spirit means to be under the control of the Holy Spirit. You are filled with the Holy Spirit the same way you were saved, by faith. God will fill you if you ask Him to fill you. Wholistic recovery can never be accomplished in your own strength. It takes the power of God. Jesus told the religious people of His day, “You are wrong not knowing the Scriptures nor the power of God.” (Matt. 22:29) You must not leave the “power of God” out of your recovery.
Step #7 in starting over is Speak Up!
Speaking up, verbalizing your commitment to recovery, is one way to reinforce your environmental control. Step number seven is self-talk, i.e., “Speaking to yourselves.” Say Bible things to yourself. Quote psalms, hymns and spiritual songs to yourself. Be transparent. Not only be visible with your recovery, but also be verbal. Talk about it! There is power in your words when they are mixed with faith. (Matt. 17:20) Turn your self-talk into faith-talk.
Step #8 in starting over is Give Up!
Give thanks up to God always for all things. Develop an attitude of gratitude. Thank God every day for your progress. Be grateful to the people who mentor you in your recovery. Thankfulness is a key ingredient in the recovery process. The more benefits of sobriety and sanity you enjoy the more thankful you should become.
Step #9 in starting over is Submit Up!
Arrange yourself under the principle authority of Christ. It is also extremely important for you to establish a relationship with one person in whom you have confidence and to whom you are willing to be accountable. Get into a Christian peer support group.
All the elements needed to start over are present in these nine steps. Appropriate them and have a great recovery!

Priapism

Priapism is a persistent, usually painful, erection that lasts for more than four hours and occurs without sexual stimulation. The condition develops when blood in the penis becomes trapped and unable to drain. If the condition is not treated immediately, it can lead to scarring and permanent erectile dysfunction.

It can occur in all age groups, including newborns. However, it usually affects men between the ages of 5 to 10 years and 20 to 50 years.

There are two categories of priapism: low-flow and high-flow.

Low flow: This type of priapism is the result of blood being trapped in the erection chambers. It often occurs without a known cause in men who are otherwise healthy, but also affects men with sickle-cell disease, leukemia (cancer of the blood) or malaria.
High flow: High flow priapism is more rare than low-flow and usually less painful. It is the result of a ruptured artery from an injury to the penis or the perineum (area between the scrotum and anus), which prevents blood in the penis from circulating normally.
What causes priapism?

Sickle cell anemia: Some adult cases of priapism are the result of sickle-cell disease and approximately 42% of all adults with sickle-cell will eventually develop priapism.
Medications: A common cause of priapism is the use and/or misuse of medications. Drug-related priapism includes drugs such as Desyrel used to treat depression or Thorazine, used to treat certain mental illnesses. For people who have erectile dysfunction, injection therapy medications to treat the condition may also cause priapism.
Other causes of priapism include:

Trauma to the spinal cord or to the genital area
Black widow spider bites
Carbon monoxide poisoning
Illicit drug use, such as marijuana and cocaine
In rare cases, priapism may be related to cancers that can affect the penis and prevent the outflow of blood.

How is priapism diagnosed?
If you experience priapism, it is important that you seek medical care immediately. Tell your doctor:

The length of time you have had the erection
How long your erection usually lasts
Any medication or drugs, legal or illegal, which you have used. Be honest with your doctor, illegal drug use is particularly relevant since both marijuana and cocaine have been linked to priapism.
Whether or not priapism followed trauma to that area of the body.
Your doctor will review your medical history and perform a thorough physical examination to determine the cause of priapism. This will include checking the rectum and the abdomen for evidence of unusual growths or abnormalities that may indicate the presence of cancer.

After the physical exam is complete, the doctor will take a blood-gas measurement of the blood from the penis. During this test, a small needle is placed in the penis, some of the blood is drawn and then it is sent to a lab for analysis. This provides a clue as to how long the condition has been present and how much damage has occurred.

How is priapism treated?
The goal of all treatment is to make the erection go away and preserve future erectile function. If a person receives treatment within four to six hours, the erection can almost always be reduced with medication. If the erection has lasted less than four hours, decongestant medications, which may act to decease blood flow to the penis, may be very helpful. Other treatment options include:

Ice packs: Ice applied to the penis and perineum may reduce swelling.
Surgical ligation: Used in cases where an artery has been ruptured, the doctor will ligate (tie off) the artery that is causing the priapism in order to restore normal blood flow.
Intracavernous injection: Used for low-flow priapism, during this treatment drugs known as alpha-agonists are injected into the penis that cause the veins to narrow reducing blood flow to the penis causing the swelling to subside.
Surgical shunt: Also used for low-flow priapism, a shunt is a passageway that is surgically inserted into the penis to divert the blood flow and allow circulation to return to normal.
Aspiration: After numbing the penis, doctors will insert a needle and drain blood from the penis to reduce pressure and swelling.
If you suspect that you are experiencing priapism, you should not attempt to treat it yourself. Instead seek emergency as soon as possible.

What is the outlook for people with priapism?
As long as treatment is prompt, the outlook for most people is very good. However, the longer medical attention is delayed, the greater the risk of permanent erectile dysfunction.

Male genital self-examination

Any male 15 or older should practice monthly testicular self-exam. The test takes only a few minutes and is easy to do. Most lumps are not cancerous, but any lump should be immediately checked by a physician.
The best time to check yourself is in the shower or after a warm bath. Fingers glide over soapy skin making it easier to concentrate on the texture underneath. The heat causes the skin to relax making the exam easier.

Before you begin a genital self-examination, it is important to understand the words that describe the genital portion of your body. The top or head of your penis contains the urinary opening (urethra). The head may be covered with a foreskin if you are not circumcised. Moving down past the head is the shaft of your penis. The very bottom of the shaft is called the base. The base of the penis is the area where your pubic hair begins. The underside of the penis refers to the side you can't see when looking down. Underneath your penis is the scrotum, a sac enclosing the testicles, which hangs slightly away from your body.

Once undressed, hold your penis in your hand. Stand in front of the mirror and look for any swelling on the skin or the scrotum. Examine the head of the penis from the urinary opening down to where it extends out a little just above the shaft. If you are not circumcised, pull down the foreskin to examine the head. Look over the entire head of the penis in a clockwise motion. Carefully look for any bumps, sores, warts, or blisters on the skin. Sometimes the bumps or blisters may be red; at other times they may be light-colored. They may even look like pimples. Bumps and blisters sometimes develop into open sores. If you see anything that resembles a sore, blister, bump, or unusual drainage, see your physician.

Once you've examined the head of the penis, move down the shaft and look for the same signs or symptoms. Then go on to the base. At the base, try to separate your pubic hair with your fingers so you can get a good look at the skin underneath. After careful examination, move on to the underside of the penis. This area is often difficult to see, and sometimes gets overlooked. It is very important that you check this part of your body.

You may want to use a mirror to be sure that you've seen the entire underside. The mirror may also be helpful as you move on to the scrotum.

Handling each testicle gently, examine the scrotum for the same signs or symptoms. Also, be alert to any lump, swelling, or soreness in the testicle. Examine each testicle gently with both hands. The index and middle fingers should be placed underneath the testicle with the thumbs placed on top. Roll the testicle gently between the thumbs and fingers. One testicle may be slightly larger than the other. This is normal. The epididymis is a cord-like structure on the top and back of the testicles that stores and transports sperm. Do not confuse the epididymis with an abnormal lump. Feel for any abnormal, possibly even painless, lumps - about the size of a pea - on the front or side of the testicle.

1. Support the testicles in one hand and feel each with the other hand.

2. Gently roll each testicle between the thumb and the fingers. You'll feel a smooth, tubular
structure (epididymis) that covers the front. back. and bottom of each testicle. Gently separate
this tube from the testicle with your finger to examine the testicle itself.

3. Feel for any swelling or lumps.
4. If you detect swelling or lumps, see a physician without delay.

Be aware that the symptoms of some diseases are sometimes so mild that you might not notice them, or the symptoms might seem to disappear. However, you are still infected and could spread disease to other. Symptoms may not appear for weeks, even months after a sexual encounter. So if you're sexually active, be sure to see your physician and get an examination on a regular basis. Between physician check-ups, examine yourself periodically for early warning signs. If you suspect anything, don't wait. See your physician.


Testing for Prostate Cancer
Medical organizations are divided on the issue of screening for prostate cancer. The U.S. Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) advises against routine screening but urges "informed decision making," adding that patients who request screening should be given objective information about early detection and potential benefits and risks of treatment. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) supports the USPSTF recommendations. The ACS and the American Urological Association (AUA) recommend that men who have at least a 10-year life expectancy have a digital rectal examination and prostate-specific antigen test annually, starting at age 50, and that information be provided to patients regarding benefits and risks of intervention. They also recommend that screening start at a younger age for men of African descent and for men with a family history of prostate cancer; the AUA suggests that these high-risk groups begin testing at age 40.

Anatomy of the Penis



The penis is comprised primarily of two cylinders of sponge-like vascular tissue (corpus cavernosa) that fills with blood to create an erection.
Blood is pumped into the penis under great pressure and a series of valves keep it in the penis to maintain the erection. A third cylinder is the urethra, a tube that carries the urine and the ejaculate. The knobby head of the penis is called the glans. Blood flows to the penis by two very small arteries that come from the aorta. These arteries are the same size as the arteries to your finger.




Important Parts of the Penis



Corpus Cavernosa

The erectile tissue (corpora cavernosa & corpus spongiosum) in the penis expands during sexual stimulation. Penis enlargement exercises aim to increase the holding capacity of this tissue allowing higher amounts of blood to be held by the penis tissues during stimulation causing an increase in penis size.
The sexual stimulation can be visual, tactile, auditory, olfactory, or imaginative. During sexual stimulation the arteries supplying the penis with blood dilate and large amounts of blood rush into the erectile tissue. The blood is trapped because the vessels draining the penis become compressed. The penis stays this way until ejaculation or until the male is no longer stimulated.

Epididymis

The epididymis is a structure which lies on and around each testicle. It functions in the transport, storage and maturation of sperm cells originating from the testicle. When a man complains of scrotal pain, acute or chronic epididymitis is far and away that most common diagnosis.

Vas Deferens

The vas deferens are tubes which carry the produced sperm to the prostate where it's activated by an enzyme prior to ejaculation. These tubules are cut and tied during a vasectomy.

Testicles (Testes)

Testes are a large number of tightly packed coiled tubes. This is where sperm is produced. Sperm production takes about two months, but it's continuously produced. A typical male produces several hundred million each day. This sperm production process is called Spermatogenesis. The sperm that is not ejaculated is broken down and reabsorbed.

Testes also contain cells that secrete the male sex hormone testosterone. Spermatozoa are among the smallest and most highly specialized cells in the body. All the characteristics that a baby will inherit from it's father in fertilization are in the material found in each sperm head.

The nucleus is covered by a specialized enzyme coating that enable the sperm to break down the covering of the egg and permit entry if contact occurs. Each sperm has a mid piece and an elongated tail that helps the sperm swim in its competition to fertilize the egg.

Scrotum

The scrotum is a pouch like sac that hangs outside of the body cavity behind your penis. This location provides the correct temperature for the sperm to produce.


Other Parts of the Penis




Corona

The 'crown,' a ridge of flesh demarcating where the head of the penis and the shaft join.

Cowper's Glands

The Cowper's glands secrete a small amount ofpre-ejaculate fluid prior to orgasm. This fluid neutralizes the acidity within the urethra itself.

Cjaculatory Ducts

The path through the seminal glands which semen travels during ejaculation.

Foreskin

A roll of skin which covers the head of the penis in uncircumsized men.

Frenulum

A thin strip of flesh on the underside of the penis that connects the shaft to the head.

Glans

The glans is the head of the penis. The glans in uncircumcised men is usually covered by the prepuce. The glans is highly sensitive, as is the corona, the ridge of flesh that connects the glans to the shaft of the penis.

Prostate Gland

Prostate gland produces a fluid that makes up the semen. The prostate gland also squeezes shut the urethral duct to the bladder, thus preventing urine from mixing with the semen and disturbing the pH balance required by sperm.

Seminal Vesicles

The seminal vesicles produce semen, a fluid that activates and protects the sperm after it has left the penis during ejaculation

Smemga

A substance with the texture of cheese secreted by glands on each side of the frenulum in uncircumsized men.

Urethra

The opening at the tip of the penis to allow the passage of both urine and semen.

Sickle cell anemia

Definition:

Sickle cell anemia is an inherited disease in which the red blood cells, normally disc-shaped, become crescent shaped. As a result, they function abnormally and cause small blood clots. These clots give rise to recurrent painful episodes called "sickle cell pain crises."

Alternative Names:
Anemia - sickle cell; Hemoglobin SS disease (Hb SS); Sickle cell disease

Causes, incidence, and risk factors:

Sickle cell anemia is caused by an abnormal type of hemoglobin (oxygen carrying molecule) called hemoglobin S. It is inherited as an autosomal recessive trait -- that is, it occurs in someone who has inherited hemoglobin S from both parents.

Someone who inherits hemoglobin S from one parent and normal hemoglobin (A) from the other parent will have sickle cell trait. Approximately 8% of African Americans have sickle cell trait. Someone who inherits hemoglobin S from one parent and another type of abnormal hemoglobin from the other parent will have another form of sickle cell disease, such as sickle cell-b 0 thalassemia, hemoglobin SC disease, or sickle cell-b + thalassemia. Someone with sickle cell trait or these forms of sickle cell disease will usually have no symptoms or only mild ones. However, some of these conditions can cause symptoms similar to sickle cell anemia.

Sickle cell disease is much more common in certain ethnic groups, affecting approximately one out of every 500 African Americans. Because people with sickle trait were more likely to survive malaria outbreaks in Africa than those with normal hemoglobin, it is believed that this genetically aberrant hemoglobin evolved as a protection against malaria.

Although sickle cell disease is inherited and present at birth, symptoms usually don't occur until after 4 months of age. Sickle cell anemia may become life-threatening when damaged red blood cells break down (hemolytic crisis), when the spleen enlarges and traps the blood cells (splenic sequestration crisis), or when a certain type of infection causes the bone marrow to stop producing red blood cells (aplastic crisis). Repeated crises can cause damage to the kidneys, lungs, bones, eyes, and central nervous system.

Blocked blood vessels and damaged organs can cause acute painful episodes. These painful crises, which occur in almost all patients at some point in their lives, can last hours to days, affecting the bones of the back, the long bones, and the chest. Some patients have one episode every few years, while others have many episodes per year. The crises can be severe enough to require admission to the hospital for pain control and intravenous fluids.

Many manifestations of this disease are a result of the fragility and inflexibility of the sickle red blood cells. When patients experience dehydration, infection, and low oxygen supply, these fragile red blood cells assume a crescent shape, causing red blood cell destruction and poor flow of these blood cells through blood vessels, resulting in a lack of oxygen to the body's tissues.

This is a fun way to give yourself an anxiety attack about your manhood. When I first started penis enlargement I never would imagine slapping this measurement gauge against my penis but all and all it does give a very clear vue of what you have to look forward to when you reach your goal.

Pearly penile papules refers to the swellings in small, pearl like, strings on the penis, around the coronal ridge. Although, when noticed or when they finally appear they cause men to frantic thinking the worst of these bumps. They do resemble genital warts in their earliest, visible stage but this should only be a concern after unprotected sex. If you have had unprotected sex and feel you may be at risk be sure to see your local clinic or family doctor for proper testing and therapy.

These bumps run around the rim of the penis head in an almost organized fasion. They can appear as a single papule or one row, but some have two or three strings close together in separate rows. In most cases they cause no pain or discomfort. As seen in this picture one can see the size and color value of this skin function:


Based on recent reports the frequency of Pearly penile papules is more common in black men and uncircumcised men. The reason for this is unknown but may or may not be related to one another.

The pearly penile papules are a normal part of the skin’s anatomy. It’s completely innocent and requires no treatment. They will appear and disappear over time and reports state that they decrease in men with age.

With every man, keeping the genital area clean is important to keeping it free of skin disorders. Pearly penile papules are not a disorder but a common skin function for certain men. With this said, no therapy needs to be followed other than common penis hygiene. Do not, under any circumstance, pop, pick or try to squeeze these Pearly penile papules, this will cause scarring and infection which will make the Pearly penile papules seem small in comparison.

Extreme Jump Start Program

Extreme Jump Start Program

Many people have been asking what program I do when I get into a slump for gains. I have used this program the entire time I have PE'ed when I have gotten in a slump. It is very extensive and time consuming but it works for me. I would not suggest this for anyone who have not been pe'ing for a while. I am not saying it is dangerous, but seasoned Pe'ers in a slump should be the ones to try. For those who are currently doing this program, I have modified it a bit to include my newest exercises and some other DLD essentials .

7:00 am
morning stretch DLD Blasters (on the 50 5 sec/5sec sets do these in a standing position on the keggle, on the reverse slowly squat down)

9:00: 5 minute set of JAI stretches.

10:00 am
My first jelq session is 700 hard jelqs with 2 sets of DLD Bends (horseshoe) every 100. The bends should be done in a upwards curve for 30 seconds then a downword curve for 30 seconds. I train at 100% hard for the jelqs and 90% hard for the bends. I do a 30 second horse squeeze in at the end of the bends. Jelqing is the catalyst for the Bends and Horses meaning I use every set of 100 jelqs to get as hard as I can.

Noonish: 100 PC squeezes followed by a 20 sec. hold, followed by 50, 5 second holds with a 2 second release. Followed by a hold till failure


8:00 pm
I do a testicle massage and stretch before my bath in the pm. about 5 minutes. What I do is 3 60 second masage exercises.
1.) massage all around my sack using my thumb and forfinger avoiding the testes.
2.) With one hand grab around the top of my sack using the other hand I rub the balls all over in a nice steady motion.
3.) Grabbing my penis in a firm grip and grabbing my sack in a firm grip I stretch my penis up and my balls down.

Each of these exercise should be done for 1 minute each. This will increase the sensitivity and produce a greater load amount.

10:00 pm

If privacy allows set up fowfer stretches all day making sure to return circulation evry 10 minutes. I do about 4 hours of these daily. If these are not possible than I would suggest an additional DLD blaster set mid-day.

New Month New Thoughts on Motivation (DLD's Single Day Tune-up)

We may find our selves slacking off and not dedicating the attention we need to make gains in penis enlargement. This can happen for many reasons but at one point or another we find ourselves in a mental space of take it or leave it. This is a very critical place in penis enlargement because this is the place many give up and a would be, massive penis, is now something that will never happen.

The best way to break a mental snag like a lack of motivation is to start fresh. Create a new, completely different routine in as many places in your day as you can. I remember a episode of Sienfeld where George did just the opposite of everything he would usually do and he found himself in a completely, more improved, place in life. The same thing applies here as a mundane situation is only this way out of habit.

Starting fresh includes new. New, meaning something you have yet to try. This is very important to our curiosities. The actual mental progress of curiosity and having something to look forward to feeds our motivations. In penis enlargement, a new, improved workout, complete with tons of "look forward to" scenarios, is a must when we reach the crossroads of dedication. I have always said, don't quit before the miracle" This is something one needs to embrace as it is usually at the point of quitting that we realize the gifts of our labor. Keeping things fresh will help us make it past these snags.

I like to do this "mental" tune-up like this. First, I find a day that I can dedicate to myself. At least a block of time that I can use to make tune-up changes that will help me be a happier, more efficient, goal reaching, human being. As time goes on, and you become more connected to this tune-up type therapy you can use it several times a day, in mini-therapies, to refresh and re-motivate. Upon waking I do my morning exercise and dietary needs (See ALPHA+BLADE nutrition and Exercise). I like to reorganize my wardrobe as this gives me serenity for the next few days of what I will wear and where it is. In this spirit I make sure my room is in order. This "reorganization" of the space around me I am creating a clearer mental path to reevaluate the rest of my habits and actions. The key one here being penis enlargement.

My favorite Shock, Re-Motivational Routine is as Follows:
MENTAL STATE:
Highly sexual. I look at a session with the same frame of mind I would with masturbation or sex. I want to be highly aroused and ready to enjoy the session. I like to be laying down with a good porno on with total privacy.

TIME:
I set a time in advance (sometimes I go beyond that time) I usually dedicate 45 minutes to the session. I do not count how many I am doing my one and only goal is MAXIMUM EXPANSION for each and every session. I can tell by looking at my GIRTH that I am fully engorged and this is where I want to be as this is where GIRTH gains are. One rep of this exercise can last as long as 3 minutes for me (it really depends on endurance and hand strength) My hands get very cramped and I need to switch positions every 5 minutes or so. As time goes on your hands will get stronger.

THE EXERCISE:
I get myself fully erect. Once I have an optimum erection I will kegel as much blood into my penis as possible than with one hand (as shown) I clamp off at the base. I need some room to move the blood around so I will squeeze my glans releasing a small amount of blood than I clamp off again. The hand clamped off at the extreme base slowly and intensely jelq up maybe an inch. Once in this position I take the heal of the other hand and squash the blood from by head downward against the hand clamping. I am still applying upward pressure with the clamped hand as the heal of the upper hand continues to push the blood around. Very similar to an Isolated Compression Squeeze the difference being the upper hand is open and the heal of the hand is used to push against the resisting hand. As I said above I will do one rep for about 2-3 minutes at which time I release do a few Dual Dry Jelqs and begin the next set.

My goal, as stated above is MAXIMUM EXPANSION. I gage this by looking at my wrists while training and I make a visual comparison of the GIRTH of my penis to the GIRTH of my wrist. I want to get myself thicker than my wrist and I do this every session. Just for fun when I surpass my wrist GIRTH I start looking at my ankles (yeah right!) but it is fun to try.

For the Length Portion of my Routine I do the Following:
DLD Pulse 110 Stretch

Get into the basic A-Stretch. Position high or low depending on if you want to train the LIGS or TUNICA. Once in the stretch engage into a 100% reverse kegel stretch. While keeping yourself at 100% slowly count to 50. With every count increase the stretch to 10% stronger. You will be stretching beyond your max by 10% each count. This pulsing motion will look like this:

Stretch 100%-1-110%-back to 100%-2--back to 100%-3-110% up to 50 reps.

I do 5 sets of these making a total of 500 reps.

Immediately after a session my flaccid bone pressed stretched size is .25" up!

These two simple areas of exercises become fun once again, alive with hope of a new gain. This is a very powerful routine but it is also a very powerful mental boost as it will get you working towards your penis enlargement goals with a new set of tools, exercises that may be just the thing.

Going through all of your daily efforts and reevaluating how you do them and what changes would renew them you will find new motivation throughout your day.
