How Hard or Soft you should be for different Penis Enlargement Exercises

A big question in penis enlargement is the hardness or softness in the penis doing girth and length exercises. Many guys, when jelqing (the primary girth exercise) say they get too erect to do them. In my experience, for most girth work that does not include bending like DLD Bends or any exercise like it, I train at 100% erect. I guess in my penis enlargement experience I was only able to train this way because my penis would stay erect. In the first few months of penis enlargement it is suggested that the user remain just under the erect mark, maybe 20% and if this is possible do so. With me penis enlargement exercises that include girth work I have just not been able to do it. After a few months of training most guys doing penis enlargement can move up to a erect position during jelqing but those who stay erect just need to practice and understand the exercise from that perspective. I was not going to have my penis enlargement program suffer because I could not stay at 80%, no, I just had to adapt my issue to the exercise I was performing.

In penis enlargement there are many girth exercises. I think there are close to 50 just on my free penis enlargement forum. I have invented mant penis enlargement girth exercises myself and in every case I train at 100%, I have little choice. I think that any guy who remains erect in jelqing should continue to jelq but take care in doing so. For instance, my exercise, the Slow Squash Jelq and Bend found on the forums and paysite (somewhere in the BLOG too, no idea where) I was erect doing in and the exercise require the user to make a slight arc with the penis. This exercise could be potentially dangerous to the new penis enlargement user. But, just like myself, many of us needed to adapt a complete erect penis to this exercise. It is much safer, as stated before, to either stay away from "bending" exercises or be very careful in learning them if you are 100% erect. With a little practice any penis enlargement exercise can be modified to fit the penis enlargement user. The Slow Squash Jelq has become one of the most used penis enlargement girth exercises I have ever seen aside the standard jelq and for good reason, it works. So there is no way I would not do this penis enlargement exercise because it gives incredible expansion and the girth gains are very quick in coming.


The bonus to the erect penis enlargement issue it the expansion portion. In most girth exercises the goal is to bring the penis to an expansion above it's normal "erect" size. I have always felt that someone training at 80% erect would have a tougher time getting past the 100 point of expansion then someone who started at 100%. This I feel is a huge bonus in those with erect issues. In my case, getting beyond 100% expansion is easy as I start at 100%. In most penis enlargement forums you will find warnings to training at 100%, including my sites but some of us have little choice and we need to adapt. Take your time, as you should in any penis enlargement exercise, and slowly adapt to training at such a high level but I am sure you will see girth gains far faster than those training at less.

In almost all length penis enlargement exercise we should be training at a completely limp stage as something can stretch longer when it is soft and stretchable. An erection would be difficult to manipulate during basic stretching. Although there are some erect length exercises like "Erect Stretching" used to close the gap between erect length and flaccid stretched length but in most cases softer is better.

Many guys complain about being too hard during penis enlargement length exercise but there is a simple cure, masturbation. Masturbation, unless you are a super man, gives you a completely limp penis and stretching can happen then. Some men in my penis enlargement forum, including myself, feel there is merit to doing length work directly after orgasm. We have not investigated it completely and there is much more to explore but it does give a completely different feel to length work.
