Penis Enlargement Exercise in 2 Sessions
In the beginning of my penis enlargement time I would do my girth and length penis enlargement exercises all in one session in the AM. I was making ok gains but I always had a tough time in the transition between the girth and length exercises. It always felt as though I was rushing through it all just to get it done. I was overwhelmed by the amount of penis enlargement exercises I had to fit in just to get it done and that just stressed me out. I started to see that the rushing through the session became worse and my attention to what I was doing would wane. I decided to change up my penis enlargement for the better.
I found that in the AM it was very easy for me to do my length work portion of my penis enlargement. I was tired and stretching the penis does not take too much concentration so when I got up I would hit the bathroom and stretch. I would stretch for about a half hour and during the session I would be able to put a lot of intensity and strength without having to think too much. At the time I was doing the Phase One stretching of the MOS penis enlargement program. here is the routine:
Basic Stretching: 3 Sets of each stretch below
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks
Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks
Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks
After finishing this routine I would get on with my day. Doing the length independently of the other penis enlargement exercises allowed for a very good session and eventually my length gains started shooting up pretty quickly.
I would do my PC muscle fitness in the car ride to work. Doing kegels while driving is as easy as chewing gum while driving. I did the basic PC muscle fitness found on Phase One of the MOS penis enlargement program. 100 quick Kegel squeezes followed by 50 of the following: squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete. This became very natural to do and eventually I did it without even thinking. As a matter of fact I even started to do them on every car ride out of habit and my PC muscles became very, very strong.
I would save my girth work for the evening. I would do this portion of my penis enlargement training right before having sex as it served a few functions. First of all I find that girth exercise is a highly sexual and when I see it this way my sessions are very good. Engorgement is awesome and the premiss of knowing I was about to have sex would help me train with my all as I wanted my penis to be as thick as I could for sex. Also, doing girth alone without any other penis enlargement exercise I was able to concentrate and focus with no stress or rushing. Sex is a wonderful way to jump start your girth-work and for me most of my girth gains came from these pre-sex independent sessions.
On a side note I sometimes found that stretching directly after sex seemed very good too. I have some theory on why this is beneficial that I will post over the next few days.
