Before: Feeling good.
Warm-Up: 5-minutes with Rice Sock (heated)
Sets:
  • 1 x 5-minutes SD
  • 1 x 5-minutes SU
  • 2 x 25 Rotary Cranks - R/L
  • 1 x 5-minutes B-CCW 360° SDL
  • 1 x 5-minutes B-CW 360° SDR
  • 2 x 25 Rotary Cranks - R/L
  • 1 x 5-minutes B-CCW 360° SOL
  • 1 x 5-minutes B-CW 360° SOR
  • 2 x 25 Rotary Cranks - R/L
  • 1 x 5-minutes B-CCW 360° SUL
  • 1 x 5-minutes B-CW 360° SUR
  • 2 x 25 Rotary Cranks - R/L
  • 1 x 5-minute massage

During: Started easy with the sets and increased the pull on the penis at the 3rd minute mark and increase the tension until the 5th minute.
After: Can feel the fatigue in the ligaments and pc muscle. Also slight pain in the right glut and leg (sciatic nerve).
Notes: Seems the intense pulling is affecting the sciatic nerve. This issue is pre-existing from a auto-accident in 2002 and gets irritated when using the LM intensely.
