  • 1 x 5-minutes B-CCW 360° SUL
  • 1 x 5-minutes B-CW 360° SUR
  • 1 x 5-minute massage
During: Felt really loose and pliable when doing rotary cranks
After: N/A
Notes: Did Rotary Cranks, 25 in both directions, left and right between every other set.
