Before: Penis little sore in the spot from yesterday's roll-up, feeling good otherwise. Sciatica still bothering me.
Warm-Up: 5-minutes with Rice Sock (heated)
Sets:

  • 1 x 5-minutes B-CCW 360° SDL
  • 1 x 5-minutes B-CW 360° SDR
  • 2 x 25 Rotary Cranks - R/L
  • 1 x 5-minutes B-CCW 360° SOL
  • 1 x 5-minutes B-CW 360° SOR
  • 1 x 5-minutes B-CCW 360° SUL
  • 1 x 5-minutes B-CW 360° SUR
  • 2 x 25 Rotary Cranks - R/L
  • 1 x 5-minute massage
During: Bundle felt tighter than usual and can feel the pull on the longer side really good.
After: No changes in sciatica.
Notes: Moved the clamp about an 1-1/2 inches below the Glans. Usually it at the 1-inch mark. This causing the bundle to feel tighter and the stronger pull on the longer side during the side pulls.
Pulling hard and maintain throughout the set. At the 4-minute mark pull even harder the final minute.
