PREPARING FOR PENIS ENLARGEMENT
First Things First

Your first mission is to learn how to measure properly and take some starting measurements. You will want to create a journal to record these measurements. Be very clear and concise on this step as later in your penis enlargement work you will want to know, for sure, that the measurements are consistent. There is nothing worse than not knowing if you gained. Here are the measurements you will want to take:

Bone Pressed Erect Length
Penis length is defined as the linear distance along the dorsal side of the erect penis extending from the mons veneris to the tip of the glans. In non-medical terms, the penis length is measured in a straight line on the top side of the erect penis, from the start of your pubic bone to the tip of your penis. Penis circumference is defined as the linear distance around the widest, thickest, part of the erect penis.
Stimulate yourself into the erectile state.
Place your ruler at the pubic bone, at the base of your erect penis and measure to the tip of your glans.
Read the nearest quarter-inch measurement at the tip of your penis. (In the example shown, the measurement would be 4 and 3/4 (4.75) inches.)

Bone Pressed Flaccid Stretch
Make sure you are in a completely flaccid state.
Place your ruler at the pubic bone on the side of the penis
Stretch penis straight out
Read the nearest quarter-inch measurement at the tip of your penis

Non-Bone Pressed Erect Length
Stimulate yourself into the erectile state.
Place your ruler at the skin on the belly, at the base of your erect penis and measure to the tip of your glans without pushing ruler.
Read the nearest quarter-inch measurement at the tip of your penis.

Flaccid Length
Make sure you are in a completely flaccid state.
Place your ruler at the skin on the belly, at the base of your flaccid penis and measure to the tip of your glans without pushing ruler.
Read the nearest quarter-inch measurement at the tip of your penis.

Penis Erect Circumference
Penis length is not the only factor in determining penis size. The width, girth, or fatness, of a penis is also an important aspect when considering how you compare. Most people have a penis that is either longer and thinner, or shorter and fatter. To compare how the girth of your penis compares to the population, use the instructions below to determine your penile circumference (distance around the widest part of your penis).
Stimulate yourself into the erectile state.
Place the fabric ruler or string end at the widest part of your penis and wrap it carefully around one time. Mark the spot where the string first touches itself.
If using string, take the marked string and lay it against the ruler. Read to the nearest quarter-inch measurement.

Penis Flaccid Circumference
Make sure you are in a completely flaccid state.

Now that you have read and recorded your starting size it would be wise to take some pictures measured. These will be so valuable in your later penis enlargement as you can see and prove to yourself the gains you have made. If you are confident with this you can even post these pictures for all to see. WHen people see pictures showing progress it not only helps your motivation and confidence but it also empowers other men to do the same. Add these photos to your journal.

The Penis Enlargement routine:

Reading the words helps but seeing the exercises in action makes the process fool proof. The other nice thing about the MOS program is how routines are set up into a phased schedule of training. 50 of the following:
Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.

Warm-Up/Down
A very important part of your program will be the Warm-up and Warm-Down. During this process you will be preparing your penis for exercise. It is important to warm up in order to loosen the ligaments and increase good blood flow. There are many different ways to accomplish this here are a few:

Heating Pad: A conventional heating pad works very well for warm-up. You can pick one up for under $14.00 and they create the perfect heating supply for warm-up. Wrap your penis in the heating pad, plug it in, set a comfortable temperature and relax for 10-15 minutes.

Hot Wrap: A hot wrap is a quicker, less expensive way to warm-up. With a standard washcloth fill you sink or tub with hot water. Soak washcloth until hot and wrap penis. Re-soak rag as it cools. This process should be done for about 5 minutes.

Oil rub Warm-up: With some basic baby oil heat in hot water or microwave very quickly (making sure it is not burning hot) when desired heat is reached work this oil into your penis in a deep massage. This massage should last 5 minutes.

Hot Tub, Shower or Bath: A warm-up can also be done in one of the previously mentioned places. If time allows a nice 10 minute soak really loosens things up and prepares you for exercise.

Basic Stretching
After your warm-up in a seated position prepare yourself for your stretching routine. With an ample supply of Baby powder on you hands grip your penis just below the head. Go easy at first and over your first week, as you become comfortable, increase the stretching strength to 100%.

Basic Jelqing
With desired lubricant (I highly recommend Vaseline) cover hands and penis completely. At this point you will want to have about an 80% erection (semi-soft) Now in a seated position with your palm down grip your penis with the standard OK sign grip. Gripping your penis at the extreme base and a tight grip, force the blood from the very base up to right below the head in a sliding motion. When your first hand reaches the bottom of your head the second hand begins the same movement. This is a strange movement at first but over a few sessions it will become second nature. With each passing day increase the intensity ever so slightly. The goal of basic jelqing is too enlarge girth, add length and improve general penile health.

This is an important part of your workout.
This routine can be done anywhere. The benefits of doing these are a huge part of your growth process. A mature, developed PC muscle will be paramount to future gains and penile health.

What is a kegel?
A kegel is the name of a pelvic floor exercise, named after Dr. Kegel who discovered the exercise. These muscles are attached to the pelvic bone and act like a hammock, holding in your pelvic organs. To feel this muscle movement simply stop and start the flow of urine. This isolation of the PC muscle is a kegel.

Why would I want to do kegel exercises?

� Stronger Erections
� Longer Erections due to blood hold capacity

Testicle Health

With favorite lotion grab your scrotum just above your testicles. Now in a rubbing motion massage each testy for 30 seconds rubbing between your fingers in a gentle but firm movement. Now massage all the fluid around your testicles for 60 seconds. At this point your scrotum should be very relaxed. Finally lightly stretch your scrotum downward while the other hand pulls your penis upward. Do 60 of these. This is a very quick routine but the benefits are great. This will also aid you in any kind of early warning signs of testicular problems.

REST DAYS
I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.

What to Expect:
The biggest question men have in penis enlargement is how long in takes to make gains so I will explain this process. In your first week or so you will immediately find that your erections are fuller and harder. This, in itself will give you your first penis enlargement gains because your erections will be at their best allowing the penis to fill with the maximum amount of blood. Soon after this you will notice a gain in length via the bone-pressed, flaccid, stretched measurement. This is where your original measurements will be vital. Be sure to record any change. Soon after seeing these changes you will see erect length gains. For most men a quick .5 to 1" is gained within the first 6 months. I personally gained 2 inches in length in my first 6 months which means you too can do the same. Girth will appear about the same time. You should see a gain of .25" to .5" within your first few months. Although these do not seem like massive gains they really are when the penis is viewed in a relative way. If you start at 5" and gain 1" of length and .5" of girth you have increased your penis size, in volume, but more than 25%...this is INCREDIBLE.

Penis enlargement is not only a physical game but a mental one. It is vital that you believe that penis enlargement works and that the gains you want to make are truly going to happen. Negative thinking will hold you back. Many men may do the exercises and not believe that it will work and therefore it does not. Penis enlargement is extremely simple and logical. If you stretch the penis it will become longer, if you jelq your penis it will become thicker. Do not get too wrapped up into the how and why, just be in the knowing that it is happening and your gains are on the way. This all lends itself to motivation. Keeping things simple, scheduled and "in the knowing" will keep you on a consistent, motivated path.

ASK QUESTIONS!
No matter what the question is, it is important. You belong to the world's largest penis enlargement support group and every question will be answered, use this resource to your advantage. Be assertive and educated.

What you may feel:
In the beginning of your journey you will need to understand that some things will feel different down there. First, the penis can take on an alien feeling, remember, your penis is changing and it will feel different to the touch...this is a good thing. You may also experience some slight aching, a sort of dull soreness. This is very normal as the ligaments that connect your penis to your body have never been stretched with the intensity you will be using. The soreness should never be sharp and painful, the feeling should be dull. If sharp pain or numbness are happening you may be doing something wrong. This can all be avoided by practicing and learning the exercises. Your stretches should be at maximum capacity but getting to this level should be accomplished over a couple of weeks. Never make your stretches fast and jerky, always slow and progressive.

You may also experience some swelling after girth exercise. Again, this is normal and desired. This temporary swelling will eventually become new girth. With that in mind, the goal during girth work should be an expansion larger than your maximum girth size. After your workout, with a full erection, measure your girth and make sure your readings are larger than your max.

Keeping Things in Perspective:
This is so important and every user should read and understand this. Penis enlargement is not a quick process. Gains do come with hard work and a good state of mind. Begin at the beginning and work your way forward. Starting with an advanced workout may cause injury and you may also miss out on gains that many make using the method of progressive training. The reason the MOS program is set up into 5 parts is so you can start with a good foundation and build on that as you gain. An overzealous attitude will only set you up for disappointment.

Set a final goal and work towards that goal with small, incremental goals. If you start at 5" and have a goal of 8" you will want to set up small goals to reach the final goal. This will keep things realistic and accomplishable. If you set your goals to high too fast you will face disappointment. Small consistent steps will bring you to your dream size.

TIME ISSUES and SCHEDULING
Everyone has a different schedule and finding time for penis enlargement may need some creativity. Figure on an hour a day and if this is too much I suggest you get up earlier or go to bed later. You will need to set up a definite, consistent schedule that you are religious to. Doing a workout here and there will not be enough. Treat penis enlargement like you do your teeth, do it every day at the same time. I like to break my penis enlargement into 2 sessions. One in the AM: LENGTH and one in the PM: GIRTH. This allows me to break it into two 30 minute sessions, which is much more manageable than all at once. Doing this also allows me to focus on 2 very different aspects of penis enlargement, girth and length. Length for me is very mathematical and mundane, and it does not require a ton of thought so I do it in the AM where all I need to do is stretch as hard as I can for a certain time period. Girth, on the other hand, requires a more sexual mood and much more focused thought so I do this late in the day when I am more focused.

To Tell or Not To Tell:
My opinion on this has changed over the years and I will tell you why. I think that penis enlargement should remain personal to you. The phrase "Penis Envy" is very real and your mate, like many, may become envious of you time creating your new size. This may damage your relationship as it is difficult for some to fully understand penis enlargement. Keep it to yourself and let her feel the gains. There is no better measurement than the one that says "Are you still growing?"

Keeping the penis in an extended, expanded state (Penis Enlargement Tips)


Here are some cool tricks to keep your penis in an extended, expanded state throughout the day. These methods will help you increase your flaccid length and girth immensely. Nothing will replace manual penis enlargement but one issue guys have is shrinkage after a good workout. Temporary shrinkage in normal, you probably notice it after sex or masturbation. After a good workout you can take some steps that will keep you pumped all day and help your penis enlargement gains along, while hanging nicely. First thing is a good warm down. AFter you finish your penis enlargement session be sure to apply a hot wrap (using a washcloth) to help your penis repair but it will also keep you expanded throughout the day. This is easy to do, you simply heat a washcloth up with warm-hot water (nothing that will burn you) and wrap the cloth around your penis. Repeat every minute for 5 minutes. If you have more time or privacy you can use a heating pad (my favorite method) As long as I keep the heat on the tissue remains expanded.

Another nice trick is to get mini-jelq sessions in on bathroom breaks. These sessions should only be 3-5 minutes, maybe 100 jelqs. You can speed the process by doing dry jelqs so there is not clean up. I will do this maybe 5 times a day in addition to my normal girth session. I like to keep a couple of sexy pictures in my pocket to help me stay up for these quick sessions and no one will know what you are doing.

Keeping length extended can be done in a few different ways. Remember, these are in addition to your normal penis enlargement workout. The best method is using an extender. Penis Enlargement for Harder Erections


When I first got into penis enlargement I was searching for something that would give me harder erections. At the time I was taking medication that caused erectile dysfunction and I was becoming very frustrated with this issue. The first information I found gave a very basic penis enlargement routine (3 basic exercises, jelqing, stretching and kegels). The literature said that these exercises would give me harder erections, which I believed, but it also said I would gain penis size, which I did not believe. I decided to try the routine, as it was written, and I made a decision to do it for 6 months. After the first week I noticed harder erections. Now massage all the fluid around your testicles for 60 seconds. At this point your scrotum should be very relaxed. I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. Keep Penis Enlargement Simple


For so many men, penis enlargement seems so miraculous, so impossible, so complicated that they give up before they start. It is important to know that penis enlargement is not complicated, it is simple. For instance, stretching the penis makes simple physical sense. There are no bones preventing elongation, it is simple tissue stretching. As you stretch in penis enlargement things happen that allow for elongation. Penis Pump Madness


Well it looks as though I will be creating my penis enlargement pump myself. I have looked into many of the penis enlargement pumps online and I feel as though I can make something better. Right now I am looking into getting the best parts I can get to accomplish my new penis enlargement girth workout. I did not feel like ordering off the shelf and with my knowledge of penis enlargement I felt like I could do much better, especially for what some of these penis enlargement pump sites are charging. The system I was looking at was around $400 US and I was like "DAMN!" When I started to research it I found I could make a pump that was much more powerful myself.

My plans with the penis enlargement pump is to use it as a pre and post exercise to my manual girth work. I was thinking about something like this:

30 Minutes Pumping at a minimum pressure
DLD Slow Squash Jelqs (30 Minutes)
30 Minutes more of Pumping
Warm Down using a heating pad

For starters this looks like a great place to start but I am sure once I am into it I will modify what I am doing. Penis enlargement is like that especially when just starting something new. I am looking to hold a maximum girth size while applying manual techniques. Currently my girth is about 6.5". At one time I was able to hold a post girth size of 7" but I never cemented this size so I am hoping that the new workout will get me there and keep me there. Considering I started with 4.75" of girth this will be a miraculous gain.

I will keep you all updated to my new venture in girth. I should have my pump made in the next week so I will post how I made it, what I am doing and the gains I make.

How can I increase my flaccid penis size?



For many men flaccid penis size is more important than erect. �Although general penis enlargement will increase your flaccid penis size there are some things you can do that will help speed the process. �Fluctuation�in penis size, while soft, is obvious during weather changes, mental and emotional issues, diet, exercise and other environmental reasons. �Men would love to have their best flaccid size all the time so we will explore this.

The penis can be trained to hang low and long despite the various mental and environmental. �This can be done in several ways. Buying a Vimax Extender is the best way to accomplish this but not everyone can swing the cost so there are other methods. �

As I said earlier, general penis enlargement will increase your flaccid size as your erect size grows. As a matter of fact the first place men see gains is in flaccid size. I found that using the above ideas in conjunction with general penis enlargement gave me flaccid gains at record speeds.

Diet is also important to a good flaccid size. Andrew John of ezinearticles.com said, "Food not only gives you the fuel that keeps your body going all day long, but it is also what keeps you fit. In addition to diet exercise is also good not only for good circulation to the penis but you will also lose fat which will allow more of your penis to show. Most overweight men can lose up to 3" of penis in their fat pads (fat at pelvic bone.) Losing weight and getting in shape will allow your penis to hang lower and longer plus giving a visual WOW when the fat pad is gone.

Penis enlargement can leave the penis dry and turtling after an intense session. I found that this is where a warm-down is good in penis enlargement. There are a few different ways to do a warm-down. I will give you 2, one longer than the other. When I have time I like to use the heating pad method. I apply about a dime sized dollop of hydrocortisone cream or ointment to my penis. I massage it in until my penis is nice and moist. After my penis is relaxed and moist I wrap an electric heating pad around my penis and keep it there as long as I can. This obviously requires a lot of privacy but it is the best method. If time and privacy do not allow this try a simple wash cloth warm down. This takes about five minutes. Again, apply the hydrocortisone to your penis, but use the ointment so it will not be washed away during warm-down. Rub it in until it has absorbed. Take a wash cloth and soak it in warm to hot water (nothing that will burn you.) Wrap penis and repeat every minute for 5 minutes.

Why Hydrocortisone? The benefits of this cream are many. In penis enlargement it serves 2 very important purposes. First it works as a moisturizer. As I said, penis enlargement can leave the skin dry and H.C. will keep this from happening. It also eliminates any itchiness you many experience in penis enlargement. I found penis enlargement! Where do I start? What do I do?

The first thing one should do when beginning penis enlargement is become prepared. In penis enlargement you will need a few basic items to get started but there are also some other items you will want to have as you progress. Bone Pressed Flaccid Stretch
1. Make sure you are in a completely flaccid state.
2. Place your ruler at the pubic bone on the side of the penis
3. Stretch penis straight out
3. Read the nearest quarter-inch measurement at the tip of your penis

Non-Bone Pressed Erect Length
1. Stimulate yourself into the erectile state.
2. Place your ruler at the skin on the belly, at the base of your erect penis and measure to the tip of your glans without pushing ruler.
3. Read the nearest quarter-inch measurement at the tip of your penis.


Flaccid Length
1. Make sure you are in a completely flaccid state.
2. Place your ruler at the skin on the belly, at the base of your flaccid penis and measure to the tip of your glans without pushing ruler.
3. Read the nearest quarter-inch measurement at the tip of your penis.


Penis Erect Circumference
Penis length is not the only factor in determining penis size. The width, girth, or fatness, of a penis is also an important aspect when considering how you compare. Most people have a penis that is either longer and thinner, or shorter and fatter. To compare how the girth of your penis compares to the population, use the instructions below to determine your penile circumference (distance around the widest part of your penis).

1. Stimulate yourself into the erectile state.
2. Place the fabric ruler or string end at the widest part of your penis and wrap it carefully around one time. Mark the spot where the string first touches itself.
3. If using string, take the marked string and lay it against the ruler. Read to the nearest quarter-inch measurement.

Penis Flaccid Circumference
1. Make sure you are in a completely flaccid state.

Once you have these measurement you will want to start with Phase 1. I suggest you read over the entire phase, watch all the videos and read all of the instructions. 100 quick Kegel squeezes
50 of the following:
Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.

Warm-Up/Down
A very important part of your program will be the Warm-up and Warm-Down. During this process you will be preparing your penis for exercise. It is important to warm up in order to loosen the ligaments and increase good blood flow. There are many different ways to accomplish this here are a few:

Heating Pad: A conventional heating pad works very well for warm-up. You can pick one up for under $14.00 and they create the perfect heating supply for warm-up. Wrap your penis in the heating pad, plug it in, set a comfortable temperature and relax for 10-15 minutes.

Hot Wrap: A hot wrap is a quicker, less expensive way to warm-up. With a standard washcloth fill you sink or tub with hot water. Soak washcloth until hot and wrap penis. Re-soak rag as it cools. This process should be done for about 5 minutes.

Oil rub Warm-up: With some basic baby oil heat in hot water or microwave very quickly (making sure it is not burning hot) when desired heat is reached work this oil into your penis in a deep massage. This massage should last 5 minutes.

Hot Tub, Shower or Bath: A warm-up can also be done in one of the previously mentioned places. If time allows a nice 10 minute soak really loosens things up and prepares you for exercise.

Basic Stretching
After your warm-up in a seated position prepare yourself for your stretching routine. With an ample supply of Baby powder on you hands grip your penis just below the head. Go easy at first and over your first week, as you become comfortable, increase the stretching strength to 100%.

Basic Jelqing
With desired lubricant (I highly recommend Vaseline) cover hands and penis completely. At this point you will want to have about an 80% erection (semi-soft) Now in a seated position with your palm down grip your penis with the standard OK sign grip. Gripping your penis at the extreme base and a tight grip, force the blood from the very base up to right below the head in a sliding motion. When your first hand reaches the bottom of your head the second hand begins the same movement. This is a strange movement at first but over a few sessions it will become second nature. With each passing day increase the intensity ever so slightly. The goal of basic jelqing is too enlarge girth, add length and improve general penile health.

PC Muscle Fitness/Kegels
This is an important part of your workout.
This routine can be done anywhere. The benefits of doing these are a huge part of your growth process. A mature, developed PC muscle will be paramount to future gains and penile health.

What is a kegel?
A kegel is the name of a pelvic floor exercise, named after Dr. Kegel who discovered the exercise. These muscles are attached to the pelvic bone and act like a hammock, holding in your pelvic organs. To feel this muscle movement simply stop and start the flow of urine. This isolation of the PC muscle is a kegel.

Why would I want to do kegel exercises?

Penile Extender Increased Flaccid Length By Almost A Third Says Independent Clinical Study

Men who wore a penile extender every day for six months were able to increase the flaccid length of their penis by up to 32% and their erectile function by up to 36%, according to an independent clinical study published in the March issue of BJU International.

Researchers from San Giovanni Battista Hospital at the University of Turin, Italy, are now suggesting that this treatment could provide a viable alternative to surgery, as the results were significant and patient satisfaction with the technique was high. "Twenty-one highly motivated patients, with an average age of 47, were enrolled and 16 completed the 12-month study" says consultant urologist Dr Paolo Gontero.

"Having undergone psychosexual counselling, to make sure that the treatment would be beneficial, the men were asked to wear the Andro-Penis device for between four and six hours a day for six months. The device comprises a plastic ring, two dynamic rods that produce the traction and a silicon band to hold the penis in place. The men were told to increase the traction from 600g in month one to up to 1200g in month six. Follow ups were performed in months one, three, six and 12."

Key findings included:

- Men who took part in the study wore the device for an average of five hours in the first month, five hours in the third month and four hours in the sixth month.

- The men's average flaccid penile length was 7.15cm (2.82 inches) at baseline and had increased by 32 per cent to 9.45cm (3.72 inches) in month 12.

- The men's average stretched penile length was 9.62cm (3.79 inches) at baseline and had increased by 18 per cent to 11.32 cm (4.45 inches) in month 12.

- No significant increase in penile girth, which averaged 10.4cm (4.09 inches) at baseline, was reported.

- Average erectile function scores improved by up to 36%, from 19.9 out of 30 at baseline to 27.1 out of 30 at 12 months.

- Four patients discontinued the treatment for four different reasons: pain and penile bruising, satisfactory results after three months, lack of efficacy and inability to follow the protocol. Another was lost to follow-up.

- High satisfaction levels were reported in all categories except penile girth. The average score for overall satisfaction was 2.8 on a scale of zero to four, where four represents the optimal result.

-Flaccid penile length scored 2.31 on a scale of zero to three, where three represents significant improvement. Penile length during erection scored 2.37 out of three and sex life 2.3. Penile girth scored 1.1.

"A number of surgical procedures are available that aim to elongate the shaft of the penis or enlarge the penile girth" says Dr Gontero. "However these have a number of disadvantages, including a lack of standardisation, potential risk of complications and high patient dissatisfaction.

"It should also be pointed out that the majority of men who seek help for a small penis fail to meet the clinical criteria for surgery. For example, only one of the men in our study had a flaccid penis length of less than 4cm and American guidelines strongly discourage surgery if men exceed this measurement. Twelve had dysmorphia (excessive dislike of a body part) and the remaining eight had undergone surgery for curvature of the shaft."

The authors believe that the results are significant.

"Our study showed that the penile extender device produces an effective and durable lengthening of the penis, both in the flaccid and stretched state" concludes Dr Gontero. "If these results are confirmed by further research, we propose that the device should be used as a first-line treatment option for men seeking a penile lengthening procedure."

Fitting Penis Enlargement in a Busy Schedule


For most men, penis enlargement is a huge lifestyle change. The thing is penis enlargement requires a pretty big shift in life. A lot of men may lack the privacy or time to accomplish the demanding job that penis enlargement requires. Is it worth it? Of course but fitting it into your schedule, in a peaceful environment requires some effort.

When I first got involved with penis enlargement I was working a full time job and I lived in a small apartment with Jen. There was not a lot of oppertunity to fit the hour or so of penis enlargement every day. I needed to become creative in how and when I did my penis enlargement. Luckily for me there was a private, un-used bathroom at my job so I was able to get my lunch hour to be my penis enlargement time. I also did some other creative adjustments that allowed me to fit more penis enlargement in. AT the time, I sat for most of the day at a desk so I started to do what is colled LAZY ASS STReTCHES when I was sitting. I also would use every bathroom break to stretch a bit. On my way to work and on my way home I would get into the lazy ass stretch and do my PC work (kegels and reverse kegels.) This all added up to a very intense penis enlargement workout without having to adjust my routine too much.

Very much so. I was thinking about things last night, thinking about how I have been having a rough time lately. I was searching for reasons why I am going through what I am going through and it became obvious to me. I am creating the universe I am in right now. The beauty of this is that I take responsibility for the good and the bad. When I am in a good visual position my dream is a beautiful, inspired, wonderful universe and I create that, no one else. When the opposite is present I too create this. Becoming accountable to the world I live in and the emotions I go through and the things I accomplish, become, are all me...I create them. This thing I call deliberate creation can create anything. I have experienced too much good and bad through manifestation that I know what I am capable of. Our minds do not know the difference between what we see in real life and what we imagine in our minds. Creating a visualization of what I want is solely dependent on what I choose to see and believe. What we think about and thank about we bring about.

This dream, this universe these good and bad times are all me. The question that popped into my head last night as I pondered all of this is; Michael, why is it that everyone dies around you but you. After posing this question to myself I realized that I have always been here and always will so I need to create the dream I want not limited by the other dreams about me. It is mine, it belongs to me and whether I believe it or not, I am creating my entire universe.

If you really want something, if you really, really want it you need to believe you have it now. You need to pretend as if and really believe it. When I was without Jen I wanted her back so much. I pretended she was here. I made room for her things. I slept on one side of the bed, I had a bag that I put a gift in everyday for her, I made room in the closets and drawers for her, I literally believed she was here. After 3 years, exactly, with no communication she returned to my door. Deliberate creation works.

By the same token, when she was here I too began to manifest poorly and my universe became what I thought, what I chose to believe and see and she soon left. This crushed me but I take responsibility for it. Today I am manifesting again and soon will be with her once again. This dream will happen and I will learn from my past. Once we are able to take responsibility for the universe we live in, bad or good, we begin to create our own destiny.

If you are not gaining with natural penis enlargement you are not doing something right


Through the years in penis enlargement I have ran into many men who are not making gains. Some have trained for months with no results and this always concerns me. There is no real trick to penis enlargement, it is simple exercises that will enlarge your penis. The few men who are not gaining are doing something wrong. Lets explore what some of the problems may be.

Intensity
Intensity is vital to breaking down the tissue and encouraging new cellular growth. If the exercises are not down with enough intensity the tissue will not break down and penis enlargement will be futile. How do you know you are putting enough intensity into your penis enlargement? Put it this way, I invented a stretch called Foot Long Stretches that put so much intensity, not possible with your hands, into the stretch and I have never had an injury. As a matter of fact there is rarely an injury reported in my penis enlargement community. Any injuries I have seen in natural penis enlargement are minor and repair themselves in days. Most injuries are broken blood vessels, fluid retention and bruising. All of these issues are due to the incredible pressure and intensity that penis enlargement gives. As I said, these problems are minor and usually stop happening, to those who get them, in weeks after starting penis enlargement. So the idea is to work up to maximum intensity over a few weeks in penis enlargement.

Clear Measurements
Many guys, after a month or so in penis enlargement, will take measurements to chart their growth. Length should be measured flaccid, bone pressed, stretched. This is where penis enlargement gains come first. Many men will only measure erect and in some cases erect gains only come after FBPS gains are made. I have ran into men who have stated that they have made no gains only to measure FBPS and see that they did make gains, they just did not cement them as erect gains yet. Overtime all flaccid stretched gains will become erect gains...use this as a road map.

Negative Thoughts
When someone has not gained in penis enlargement and continues to live in that negative thought process they may find themselves never gaining. The mind is a very powerful tool and positive thoughts are paramount to making gains. Sitting around worrying why you have NOT gained will only bring more of the same. Try to stay in a positive mind frame. Mantras are great for this. What I did for a long time was pretend I already made the gains I wanted. I would picture my new, massive penis. I would thank God for it. This type of thought process is called manifestation. A sort of deliberate creation. What we think about and thank about we bring about.

Comprehension

Turkey Neck: Penoscrotal Webbing>>>Eliminate it!



There has been a lot of interest in the dreaded Turkey Neck. The technical name for this condition is penoscrotal webbing. Unfortunately, with poor PE form, penoscrotal webbing becomes a problem. If you don't know what it is I have attached a picture showing it at the bottom of this post.

The reason PE can make this condition worse is due to the massive skin stretch that happens through PE. To many men it may seem like a nightmare but there are, surgery-free, methods of correcting and avoiding this problem.

When most men stretch their penis the skin, running along the bottom of the shaft, connecting to the scrotum, stretches with it. Since skin is so easily stretched it begins to bag towards the bottom of the shaft over time and the webbing becomes more pronounced. Visually, it makes the penis appear shorter than it really is. In some cases the webbing can go up past the half mark making a penis that is 5" appear to be half of that.

How can you avoid or correct this? The first and most important thing is using a dual grip in stretching. If anyone has ever watched my videos they will see that I grip my penis below the glans with one hand but the other is affixed, firmly at the base and for good reason, I am holding the skin at the scrotum back. This allows me to stretch my penis without stretching the skin at the scrotum. I will ask Jaz to give me a clip of one of my videos so you can see this first hand. Another thing that contributes to this issue is pulling too much foreskin up while stretching. I understand that this makes for a more comfortable stretch but be sure that you are not pulling too much up. In cases where a user is looking to restore his foreskin by pulling the foreskin up it is important that he uses the dual grip to be sure the skin stretch is not coming from the scrotum.

Wrapping the scrotum is another method I found to be incredible. This is easily accomplished with a standard ace bandage. Get your scrotum nice and relaxed using the Testicle Health Stretch and Massage (which is also a incredibly fast way to eliminate webbing), once relaxed wrap the ace bandage around the scrotum being sure to strap back as much skin is you can being sure to leave a small amount for stretching. Once wrapped you can continue with standard stretching without fear of additional skin stretch.

As I stated above, The Testicle Health Stretch and Massage is an incredible way to eliminate webbing for good. The exercise also allows your scrotum to hang lower which allows the penis to hang much longer in flaccid state. This exercise can be done twice a day as a way to stop and reverse webbing.

Premature Ejaculation...Methods of Lasting Longer

Pre-Mature Ejaculation is something many men suffer with. I have found many different ideas in helping with this that I have included below. I do want to say that this problem will fade from simply doing my program. When most men, myself included, got familiar with manual penis enlargement exercise the problem just seems to fade. The reason this problem does go away is the constant stimulation of the exercises. This constant stimulus trains the penis to last longer and longer. In the mean time here are some great techniques. Some are my own techniques, others I found around the web.

Becoming in touch with your orgasm
There is a very fine line between cuming and about to cum. making this distinction is the first step in having more staying power.

Identify your brink of orgasm
You will want to identify the fine line that separates cuming from about to cum. During this period pay special attention to what brings you almost to orgasm. What are your thoughts? How long does it take to get there? Keep Track of this information for future reference. The goal here is to paint a mental picture of your orgasm and identify just what brings you to this brink and what you can do to stop it.

Breathing to Reduce Excitement
Simply taking a deep breath at the brink of orgasm is a very effective way to reduce your excitement level and reset your orgasm. It does not work for everyone but it is worth trying.

Breathing to Reset Orgasm
When you feel that you are getting too close to orgasm, just completely stop and take a deep breath. Give yourself a minute or two to reset your mental orgasm. Once you feel that you have reset this mental orgasm continue with the confidence that the physical orgasm is far off. You will find with practice this process will give you longer and longer periods of staying power. Eventually this mental reset will happen automatically with no pause.

The Squeeze Techniques
When you feel close to your orgasm completely stop, pull out, take a deep breath and apply one of these two squeezing methods. One method usually works better for men than the other so try them both.

BASE SQUEEZE: at the brink of orgasm stop, take a deep breath. Using the OK grip squeeze the base of your penis and squeeze until the urge has faded.

UP SQUEEZE: at the brink of orgasm stop, take a deep breath. Using the forefinger and thumb squeeze the top and bottom of your penis just below the glans until the urge to orgasm has faded.

DLD Push
The DLD Push is a technique to prolong orgasm and remain erect after orgasm. This method involved a hard reverse kegel right at the brink of orgasm. It takes some practice but once it is mastered 4-5 orgasms are possible.

Reverse Psychology
A great technique that seems to work very well for me is the Reverse Psychology method. Previously to having sex I convince myself that I am going to have problems ejaculation.
