Notes: Yesterday after a few hours my workout I became noticeably sore in the PC floor area. Before retiring to bed for the night I use the bathroom to urinate. Afterward, a few minutes later I had the feeling I needed to urinate again except this time I had a burning sensation inside. I stepped back in the bathroom standing there unable to go. I knew I had to release something so I gave it a reverse-kegal and to my surprise a small amount of red coloring of urine come out. I continue a few more reverse-kegals to extract any left remaining. I could feel a slight burning feeling afterward. I drank 2-glasses of water and retired to bed for the night.

I wasn't to concern at the time because I wasn't urinating solid blood only a clear red coloring. Yesterday's session I was putting more intensity in the pull and feeling the burn in the base area. By doing this I affected the PC floor area and must have created a tear in the urethra of some sort.

I'm feeling sore but not unbearable. I'm going to wait until the soreness has subsided before continuing with the LM program. Today's urine is clear and fluid as normal.

Penis Enlargement: Take Your Time


So many men find out about penis enlargement and rush past many of the foundational steps in search of faster penis enlargement gains. This type of rushing can really hurt someone's chances of making the quick initial gains that come from the foundational steps. Rushing into more advanced penis enlargement exercises and routines can also cause injury when a good, solid foundation is not created.


Remember, penis enlargement is a learning process and when certain parts are not understood or rushed past many men miss out on important things. So many guys will learn how to jelq, the most foundational exercise in penis enlargement, only to jump into a more intense exercise that their penis is not ready for. Yes, there are very intense exercises available but without the foundation gains will be slow and risk could be high.

Penis enlargement can be safe and very effective and it is important to understand, learn and practice the basics. The Matters of Size Penis Enlargement Program is set up into 5 Phases. Most of the men who follow the basic Phase 1 program make incredible gains. Many make the gains they want in Phase 1 and never even need to advance to a more intense program. The more intense Phases (2,3,4, and 5) are geared towards heavier, more intense exercises and routines. But, each phase relies on the previous phase's comprehension, foundation and gains. Phase 1 features basic stretching and basic jelqing. With these exercises many men make their desired gains. When a man has exhausted the available gains on a phase he will need to move into new, more intense exercises and routines. For instance, Phase 2 takes basic jelqing into a more intense version of the basic jelq. Similarly, the stretching portion of Phase 2 is a more intense version of Phase 1 stretching. As you progress through the phases you will experience more and more intense exercises that will keep you growing.

A new guy may think that he will simply start with Phase 5 and believe that this will give him his fastest penis enlargement gains but doing so may result in never making the quick, newbie gains available in Phase 1. An overzealous approach towards penis enlargement is never a good idea. Doing so could rob you of massive gains possible in the earlier phases of penis enlargement.


The Matters of Size Program is set up into 5 Phases.

Phase 1: Beginners stretching and Jelqing. Stretching portion features 9 original basic stretches that will train the penis and prepare it for more intense exercise. Most men gain over an inch in length in the first phase. The girth portion features the basic Jelq and this exercise will, again, prepare the penis for more intense exercises contained in the future phases. Most men gain about 1/2"-1" of girth in the first phase. The first phase also has stamina exercises to help with longevity and general penile erection strength. As the penis grows you will want to perform stamina exercises for general penile health.

Phase 2 takes things penis enlargement to a new level. Phase 2 features a much more advanced level. The stretching portion features DLD Blasters, an exercise that uses muscle movement and angular stretching to create new length gains. After Phase 1 your penis will need more advanced stretching to continue gains and DLD Blasters do just this. The girth portion features an exercise called DLD Double Forced Jelq and Bend, a very good exercises that forces girth growth.

Phase 3 again takes advantage of where Phase 2 left off. The stretching portion features 2 key length exercises that will force new growth and tissue expansion. DLD Bundled Blasters and DLD Tunica Blasters, two exercises that concentrate on penile anatomy and use certain techniques that will bring length gains to a new level. The girth portion introduces Super Sets that use two exercises together to force new tissue expansion and allow the penis to hold more blood with an erection.

Phase 4 has a very advanced stretching session that uses more intense Super Sets that simultaneously train the tunica and ligaments of the penis, again, forcing new length gains. By the time I arrived on Phase 4 I had gained 3" of length and 1.5" of girth. The girth portion of the workout introduces erect stretching and an insane girth exercise called Girth Busters. Together these exercises bring girth gains to a new level.

Phase 5 is the pinnacle of intensity on every level. At this point you have made incredible gains and perhaps you want the monster and this Phase delivers with speed. The length portion takes advantage of traction and simple level theory to jump start you into bigger and faster length gains. The girth portion features an exercise called Slow Squash Jelqs, a duel, two handed exercise that blows girth up to unreal proportions.

No difference in sciatica issue feeling fairly good. Still putting heat on the area and stretching.

Small Penis Syndrome A Big Problem?

Does size matter? It does to men, according to this month's BJU International, which contains a review of over sixty years worth of research into penile size and small penis syndrome. The researchers, Dr Kevan Wylie from Royal Hallamshire Hospital, UK, and Mr Ian Eardley from St James' Hospital, UK, found that men can experience real anxiety - even if they are of average size. And while men often have greater confidence if they have a large penis, women don't necessarily feel that bigger is better, citing looks and personality as more important than penis size.

The heat and stretching afterward seem to have help with the sciatica issue, going to keep the routine implemented in the session.

Flaccid Penis Size....Penis enlargement for a longer, thicker hanging penis

Many guys become insecure about flaccid, or soft, penis size. This condition is known as Locker Room Anxiety. If you are like many guys, flaccid size is important to your confidence in the dressing room or the bed room. Although most natural penis enlargement will increase not only your erect size but your flaccid size there are some exercises that are geared towards soft penis size.


Many guys are happy with their erect size but they are left confused by their soft size. In many cases the flaccid penis will shrink in size when flaccid and this is called "turtling". This condition is not as difficult to correct as many think. Allowing the penis to hang lower is more of a training thing than it is an enlargement thing. What I mean is the penis becomes used to turtling and this can become corrected by teaching it to stay in an extended state and this can be done several ways.

One exercise that works great is LAZY ASS STRETCHES. This stretch is great for guys who sit for most of their day. When I created this stretch I was working as a graphic designer and I was sitting for 7-8 hours a day. This stretch could be done for hours on end with no effort by the user. Here is the original exercise:

I spend the majority of my day in front of my computer in a private office so this stretch is ideal for me...it is also good for those who have a driving job or a semi-private work and/or home environment. I wear warmup pant exclusively to work...The kind that button up the sides to give me easy access to my stuff. In a standing position I grab my penis from the back by the glans and stretch it as far as I can to the extreme right...once I am sure of the stretch being very stong I sit on my penis with the right butt cheek...once in seated position with a simple adjustment in seating angle the stretch can be intensified to varying tighness. I sit with my penis to the right for about 15 minutes...undo the stretch and return good circulation then set it up to the left.


Another exercise that is great with flaccid size is called "Aced Strapped" This exercise is great with training the penis to stay in an extended state. I used this exercise to get my flaccid size very close to my erect size. Here are the original instructions:

Ace Strapped
Using a ACE bandage in a completely flaccid state wrap your penis in a stretched position from base to tip. Keep it wrapped for 15 minute intervals and re-wrap to keep blood flow good. This can be worn all day as long as it is re-wrapped every 15 minutes to promote blood circulation. This is a great way to make fast flaccid hang gains.

During: On the set [B-CW 360° SOR] bundle was extremely tight and caused deep red/purple coloration by the 3-minute mark. Had to release the bundle and make a corrective adjustment to continue the set.
After: Fatigue in the ligaments and some soreness where the clamp grips. No changes in sciatica.
Notes: I think the clamp was too far down the shaft for the bundle to get a full 360� turn causing bunching and cut the circulation off resulting in the deep red/purple coloration.

After: No changes in sciatica.
Notes: Moved the clamp about an 1-1/2 inches below the Glans. Usually it at the 1-inch mark. This causing the bundle to feel tighter and the stronger pull on the longer side during the side pulls.
Pulling hard and maintain throughout the set. At the 4-minute mark pull even harder the final minute.

During: Too much skin pull on the first couple of sets and had to adjust the wrapping. Feeling skin pull on the roll-up set, slack back for a moment and then pushed down a little harder.
After: Can feel the some tenderness on the top of the shaft just below the corona from the pressure doing the roll-up. Sciatica is feeling worst than when I started
Notes: The wrapping was too tight and cause skin pulling more than usual. Loosen the wrap and resolve the issue. The skin tenderness from the roll-up, pushing through the pain and kept going until the set (5-minutes) ended. Not sure if this was beneficial to length gains, I'll check tomorrow on any skin soreness from this. Unsure about the sciatica getting worst after this session. Some sort of trauma going on during the workout aggravating the sciatic nerve.

Penis Enlargement: Make your dreams come true



Making the gains you want to make in penis enlargement can be easy and fun or hard and difficult, it is really up to you. Too many guys make penis enlargement complicated. They worry too much about not making the gains that they never make the gains. They view gains as being some impossible thing that only the lucky guys get. Their general disbelief makes it practically impossible to get the goals they want because they are concentrating so much on not gaining.


Starting penis enlargement requires a mind-set that sees the gains as already there. This approach bypasses negative beliefs and puts your mind in the gaining mode. It may seem strange as first by your imagination is the quickest way to make penis enlargement gains. Getting into the happy feeling place of already making the penis enlargement gains will bring the actual physical gains into manifestation.

I started penis enlargement with this mind frame. My goal was to have a large penis. A long and thick penis. I wanted a harder penis, I wanted to last as long as I wanted in bed. I wanted to be able to get it up again after orgasm. I had a whole slue of hopes and dreams. What I did next was get really specific about what I wanted. I got a piece of paper and I wrote out my goals in a way that helped my mind see them as already done. I wrote on the paper: I am so happy now that I have a 10 inch penis. I am so happy now that my penis is harder, longer, thicker and healthier. I am so happy now that I can last as long as I want in bed. I am so happy now that I am the lover I want to be. I filled the sheet of paper with all of my goals as if they had already arrived. Every day I would read my piece of paper and get myself into the place of belief that my goals were already fulfilled.

The physical portion of my penis enlargement came to me as inspired creation. I did my routine with total belief that every stroke, every stretch, every exercise was bringing my goals into full fruition. My routine was similar to the routines you see today but my gains far exceeded anyone else's gains. I made the fastest and most penis enlargement gains in the world and I know this is because I knew I already had them.

Notes: Seems the intense pulling is affecting the sciatic nerve. This issue is pre-existing from a auto-accident in 2002 and gets irritated when using the LM intensely.

The handle conforms to the natural curve on the hip and leg and applying even pressure throughout the handle on the leg/hip area. This allowed me to use it as a lever to do SO/SU to the L/R. This gave me a greater pulling power on the penis for longer time interval versus using a manual grip and the hand tiring within a few minutes or so.

My Review: The quality of the FastSize is extender is better than any I have used. It is comparable to a JES Extender, which can cost as much as $900! For the $150.00 price I was blown away by how much they give you for the price. (see list above)

My order arrived in 4 business days.

Putting the extender together was a snap. I needed to add extra bars to fit into my extender which was very easy. After I got my custom setting I headed for the bathroom.

Attaching the extender was very easy and adjusting tension was SO PRECISE! I could add as little as 1/4" bars and make adjustments to as little as 1/32nd of an inch. Simply genius. It took about 1 minute to attach and another minute to get my setting right. I could feel the stretch right away.

After it was attached I could pull my shorts up and there was no sign that I was wearing it. I was worried you would be able to see it through my pants but there was no sign at all. It was very comfortable and I was able to go a couple hours before having to take it off, return good circulation and put it back on. After doing this a few times I was able to get it on, off and back on in as little as 2 minutes. I used the time to do some massage for circulation and a couple of manual stretches before putting it back on for another 2 hour set. This extender can be worn all day with ease.

If you want a east way to pack on length with very little effort this is the thing for you. My brother has been wearing one for 4 weeks and has seen a full 1/2" in erect size. He is new to penis enlargement and he is blown away by how quickly and easy he made this gain.

This is a brand new penis enlargement stretcher device called the Length Master. As you can see, when the penis is comfortably strapped into the length master he can pretty much do the stretching that the man is in the video. This would be extreme but it can be done, on a lighter level, to produce the fastest possible penis enlargement length gains. When the penis (in flaccid state) is bundled, or twisted, it can be stretched producing much faster length gains than if it were not bundled. This will be the biggest thing in future penis enlargement as I believe this stretch, using the Length Master will deliver length gains faster than any other method.

Can really feel the pull on the ligaments. A little difficult to hold the tension for 5-minutes consistently.
After:
Spotted Blood in the tip of the Glans, no Sting/Burn feeling in the skin.
Notes:
I think if the handles were more evenly rounded / slightly larger conforming to the hand I could sustain the grip longer. I'm thinking of adding some type of wrapping on the handles for better grip.

The Spotted Blood on the Glans is a concern for me, if I'm doing something incorrectly. The clamp too tight, too much blood left over in Glans before final clamp-down, too much forward pressure towards the Glans, or combination from all of it.

During:
First 2-sets seem good and can feel the pull fairly good in the ligaments. The bundled sets were more intense and if the bundle is too balled up it was very uncomfortable. Had to even the twist by pulling outward as I twist, which made it tolerable and less skin pull and more ligament pull.
After:
Spotted Blood in the tip of the Glans from not removing all the blood from the Glans before the final clamping.
Feeling a stinging sensation throughout the skin on the penis from the twisting doing the bundles
Slight burn in the ligaments.
Notes:
I use SC�NCI Knitted Headwraps and Theraband for wrapping. The clamp was easily compressional with the wing-nuts. No pinching whatsoever and nice comfortable feel once in place.

Roll-up is consisting of flipping the top-side of the Clamp over toward the body and pushing the PA into the penis shaft with downward force.

Did a very light set to get acclimated with the Length-Master and avoid any negative affects. As time goes on I will push it with more intensity.
