Sling Shot

This stretch can be done standing or seated.
Bring penis through center hole. Grab penis by the glans with a standard OK grip.
Bring foot through rope portion of stretcher. Placing the bottom of you foot
against the rope pushing down while pulling penis up stretch against
the stretcher creating increased tension with foot.
To create a more angular stretch slowly swing leg left to right.

Power Assist “A” Stretch

Place stretcher handle against leg securely.
Bring penis through center hole stretching downward.
At the same time use the other hand to grab opposite handle.
As you stretch downward use the handle to increase tension.

2 Handed A-Stretch

Placing Power Assist across your legs bring penis through center hole.
Stretching downward with both hands as you arch your legs upward.

Base Twist Stretch

In a seated position bring your penis through center hole and turn Power Assist
Side ways. Slowly turn Power Assist as you stretch penis to each side

Body Rock Stretch

In a seated position place Power Assist across your legs.
Bring penis through center hole and stretch downward.
Use your feet to press rope downward
while you lean back to increase tension.

Bow and Arrow Stretch

In a seated position bring penis through center hole.
While pulling Power Assist to the left holding at center ring stretch
penis to the right. Switch positions to train opposite direction.

In a seated position place the Power Assist Stretcher under
your legs horizontally. Bring penis through center hole,
as shown, stretching penis upward against inside circle.

In a standing position place stretcher handle against leg securely.
Bring penis through center hole stretching downward.
At the same time use the other hand to grab opposite handle.
As you stretch downward use the handle to increase tension.

Side Fulcrum

Place Power Assist in a vertical position, bring penis through center hole.
Place one handle under your thigh while other hand grabs
and pushes upper handle forward.

In a seated position place Power Assist under your legs
in a horizontal position. Bring penis up through center hole.
Now stretch upward against the tension of the stretcher against your legs.
