To those with penises out there (I mean, men), this shocking health news is exclusively for you.

A study conducted by a group of Australian researchers stresses that men could reduce their risk of developing prostate cancer through regular masturbation.

According to them, by ejaculating semen regularly, the building up of carcinogens (cancer-causing chemicals) within the prostate gland may be prevented. Thus, reduces the risk of obtaining prostate cancer.

Nevertheless, they added that sexual intercourse may not have the equal protective effect because of the possibility of contracting a sexually transmitted infection (STI), which could increase menÕs cancer risk.

During the conduct of the study, the researchers asked over 1,000 men who had prostate cancer and 1,250 who had not about their sexual habits. After critical analyzing, they found out that those who had ejaculated the most between 20 to 50 years old were the least likely to develop the cancer. The protective effect was greatest while the men were in their 20s. Men who ejaculated more than five times a week were a third less likely to develop prostate cancer later in life.

An earlier research has proposed that a high number of sexual partners or a high level of sexual activity increased a manÕs risk of developing prostate cancer by 40%. Yet, the Australian researchers who carried out this study suggest the early work missed the protective effect of ejaculation for it is highly focused on sexual intercourse, with its associated risk of STIs.

ÒHad we been able to remove ejaculations associated with sexual intercourse, there should have been an even stronger protective effect of ejaculations.Ó Graham Giles, leader of the Australian research team from the Cancer Council Victoria in Melbourne, told New Scientist (a weekly international science magazine and website covering recent developments in science and technology).

The researchers suggest that ejaculating may prevent carcinogens from accumulating within the prostate gland in such a manner that it makes the gland become busy performing its function as the one secreting fluids for the activation of sperms. The fluid has great concentrations of potassium, zinc, fructose and citric acid, which are drawn from the bloodstream. However, animal studies have shown carcinogens such as 3-methylchloranthrene, found in cigarette smoke, are also concentrated in the prostate.

ÒFewer ejaculations may mean the carcinogens build up.Ó Giles stated. ÒItÕs a prostatic stagnation hypothesis. The more you flush the ducts out, the less there is to hang around and damage the cells that line them.Ó
New Scientist reports that a similar connection has been found between breast cancer and breastfeeding. According to them, lactating appeared to Òflush outÓ carcinogens, lessening a womanÕs risk of the disease.
Another theory presented by the researchers is that ejaculation may induce prostate glands to mature fully, making them less susceptible to carcinogens.

ÒThis is a plausible theory.Ó Dr Chris Hiley, head of policy and research at the United KingdomÕs Prostate Cancer Charity, told BBC News Online. ÒIn the same way the human papilloma virus has been linked to cervical cancer, there is a suggestion that bits of prostate cancer may be related to a sexually transmitted infection earlier in life.Ó

Anthony Smith, deputy director of the Australian Research Centre in Sex, Health and Society at La Trobe University in Melbourne, said the research could affect the kind of lifestyle advice doctors give to patients.

ÒMasturbation is part of peopleÕs sexual repertoire.Ó he said. ÒIf these findings hold up, then itÕs perfectly reasonable that men should be encouraged to masturbate.Ó

I am blown away by the Bathmate. I know many have been waiting for my review and all I have to say is good stuff about the Bathmate. On my first session I got excellent expansion, about a quarter inch but I was taking it easy. I just finished a incredible girth routine using the Bathmate and I wanted to share with any other users or future users.

What is in the box?
I received the Bathmate after about a week (there was a shipping mix up.) It shipped to me in a plain brown box with no signs of what is inside. After opening the box there is a second box that is the packaging box. Very clean and professional. Inside the box was an instruction manual (multi-language), a ruler and the Bathmate.

Quality/Price
The quality was great. The Bathmate is made from a very solid plastic. I dropped it a couple times and it showed no signs of damage. It has an incredible suction method made from a six level rubber fitting. There is a quick release valve at the top allowing for immediate release. The design overall is very simple and effective. Overall with the quality of the product being so high the price is great at $119.00. They could easily charge more and still sell these pumps.

First Time
My first run I used the pump with only being wet to test. The suction was immediate after a couple pumps. I went for about 10 minutes and I noticed immediate expansion of about 1/4". I couldn't help notice how it pulls forward to the point that I can see length gains coming from the Bathmate. The 1/4" was temporary and lasted a good two hours. I was not trying to really do much more than test it and I was very impressed.

First Real Session:
I decided to give the Bathmate another run but this time with intensity and super-setting the pump with DLD Slow Squash Jeqs. I first got myself relaxed and loose before starting to pump. Once in a good form I attached the Bathmate and pumped till all air was gone. I watched some porn to keep up for the routine. After about 15 minutes of pumping I released the pressure and did 5 minutes of Slow Squash Jelqs. I then went back to pumping for another 10 minutes followed by another 5 minutes of SSQ's. I repeated this one more time doing the Bathmate for 5 minutes and SSJ's for another 5 minutes. After the session I measured and I was close to .75" in girth up! Mind blowing. My best expansion after a girth workout is around .5" or less so I was ecstatic to see such huge expansion.

My Thoughts:
This pump will become a best mate to any girth workout. The workout above is very intense but I think with some modification anyone can do it. I think newbies and vets alike will love the

This is my first release of my new methods that I've been useing for awhile now and didnt copy or get them from anywhere else, these have been my own creations and do

#1 Is building your inner sanctuary: This isnt just for penis enlargement but could be a base aswell for your psychic travels later on such as astral traveling and doing other psychic things but for this exercise its for penis enlargement and as such has that theme around it.

Firstly you need to be somewhere very peaceful, alone with darkness.
Have a candle lit with some scent going, to get you relaxed and sit on the floor or lie on something comfortable.

Now Sit and free your mind of everything and just let everything go in your head.

Once everything in your mind is dark with your eyes closed I want you to start building your sanctuary of penile fitness.

This sanctuary is going to be placed high above the mountains and it has to have large grounds outside, be strong in its construction, have at least 2 levels to it, and also you must have at least one entity in the vicinity and by entity I mean that, can be anything you want from a talking owl to a dragon or better still your dream women have as many entities as you like but REMEMBER them all in every detail and name them.

The above is
COMPULSORY but the rest of your design is down to you.

High above the mountains, large grounds outside built strong and with at least one entity present plus 2 levels to it at least.

Now I want you to
picture in your head how you want your sanctuary to look. Imagine its structure, what its made from, the colour of the structure, the smell around it, the feeling around it, the energy EVERYTHING .... picture and build whatever you want to be your sanctuary, the sky is the limit so long you do the things I said were compulsory.

Remember everything how it looks on the outside, as your looking at it now from the outside .. walking around the large free space you can place things in that area if you wish ... have cars if you wish ... do whatever you want with the land but REMEMBER EVERYTHING like its your own physical home as you will visit here for hopefully many years to come.

Now we have the outside done, its time to enter the building. Remember how the door looks, the smell and the feeling as you enter.
Now inside you will design your rooms. Have as many as you like and decorate them as you like but remember to take note of everything in the rooms so when you return its all still in your head.

Do this with both floors and maybe you want more floors? its your choice.

Now once you have all this done, which will take somewhere around 15-20 mins I would imagine, its getting time to choose a place for your penis enlargement sessions that will be done here via the psychic world whenever you want and will imprint in your mind the vibrational energy that you wish for with regards to your penile fitness.

Once this room is chosen I want you to
note everything in it and pay attention to ALL the details, the sounds, the smells and the way it makes you feel ... it needs to make you feel good so bring things into it to make you feel good and if you want for example strippers inside than have them inside ... your choice, its your own private inner sanctuary for pe.


With this done I want you to have also
remembered in detail all the entities you have created, the colour of their eyes, hair, skin, clothes, names etc etc etc as you will meet these everytime you come here and wll get to know them like family.

We are getting close to the creation but before we do I want you to now be in that private room where penis enlargement shall commence and start doing a quick jelq session.

If you have strippers or whatever you can even have a sexual encounter
its your choice entirely but as you do your session it is important to keep the image of the penis not as yours is now in the physical world but as you want it to be and tell yourself its this size and is a seed now sprouting into growth.

When finished with all that do whatever you do after a session such as warm down or whatever else like a shower etc.

I than want you to walk out of this room and over to a window ....
this window has the best view you can imagine outside of the entire area and you look out and enjoy this view ... take it all in for a moment.

Now make your way to the lounge or your chillout zone and hang around it for awhile .... just explore and get to know better your inner sanctuary now.

When you are confident you know the inside and outside very well and the names and descriptions for your entities than its time to enter back into physical world.

Leave the house and ask your entity to take you home, this can be via whatever method you like such as plane, car, bird, dragon
whatever you want you can do in this realm .... imagine doing that now and looking around as it happens, notice it all and lookback at your new inner home .... you'll be back sooner than you think.

You look ahead and it starts to get very dark and than its black ... you can now open your eyes.

The next part is
critical, I want you to write down everything that just went on in as much detail as you can. The entire structure of the building, what it looks like, the number of floors, the number of rooms, what the rooms look like, the entities, the names, the looks of them, the grounds, whats in the grounds, the weather, did you speak much etc etc etc EVERYTHING than write it all down on paper.

Circle the partwhere you did your psychic pe session.

I want you to now think of a
suitable name for the inner sanctuary that you will refer to it as and hopefully will talk about it on here with the rest of the group.

Tell me all about it, because it needs to be engraved in your head so its like your own familier home now ... when you return here in the future it wont need be such an intensive affair but to merely do your pe sessions and enjoy the entites aswell perhaps
you can do whatever you like, but in the future it will be quicker talking about your experiences but do keep going over the details until you know them well.

You have now created your inner sanctuary for penis enlargement which will help with your gains and progress. In future lessons we will learn more about such things it can be used for incl psychic cleansing to rid negative energy from your aura.

If anyone does this exercise than please do post the info I have reqested so we can discuss it further and I can see if your doing okay with it as this really does work in helping your gains and sort out problems your having in the physical world with penis enlargement or indeed anything, but for this thread its a penis enlargement sanctuary ... the future it can be used for anything else.

EXERCISES EXPLAINED

Warm-Up/Down
A very important part of your program will be the Warm-up and Warm-Down. During this process you will be preparing your penis for exercise. It is important to warm up in order to loosen the ligaments and increase good blood flow. There are many different ways to accomplish this here are a few:

Heating Pad: A conventional heating pad works very well for warm-up. You can pick one up for under $14.00 and they create the perfect heating supply for warm-up. Wrap your penis in the heating pad, plug it in, set a comfortable temperature and relax for 10-15 minutes.

Hot Wrap: A hot wrap is a quicker, less expensive way to warm-up. With a standard washcloth fill you sink or tub with hot water. Soak washcloth until hot and wrap penis. Re-soak rag as it cools. This process should be done for about 5 minutes.

Oil rub Warm-up: With some basic baby oil heat in hot water or microwave very quickly (making sure it is not burning hot) when desired heat is reached work this oil into your penis in a deep massage. This massage should last 5 minutes.

Hot Tub, Shower or Bath: A warm-up can also be done in one of the previously mentioned places. If time allows a nice 10 minute soak really loosens things up and prepares you for exercise.

Basic Stretching
After your warm-up in a seated position prepare yourself for your stretching routine. With an ample supply of Baby powder on you hands grip your penis just below the head. Go easy at first and over your first week, as you become comfortable, increase the stretching strength to 100%.

Basic Jelqing
With desired lubricant (I highly recommend Vaseline) cover hands and penis completely. At this point you will want to have about an 80% erection (semi-soft) Now in a seated position with your palm down grip your penis with the standard OK sign grip. Gripping your penis at the extreme base and a tight grip, force the blood from the very base up to right below the head in a sliding motion. When your first hand reaches the bottom of your head the second hand begins the same movement. This is a strange movement at first but over a few sessions it will become second nature. With each passing day increase the intensity ever so slightly. The goal of basic jelqing is too enlarge girth, add length and improve general penile health.

PC Muscle Fitness/Kegels
This is an important part of your workout.
This routine can be done anywhere. The benefits of doing these are a huge part of your growth process. A mature, developed PC muscle will be paramount to future gains and penile health.

What is a kegel?
A kegel is the name of a pelvic floor exercise, named after Dr. Kegel who discovered the exercise. These muscles are attached to the pelvic bone and act like a hammock, holding in your pelvic organs. To feel this muscle movement simply stop and start the flow of urine. This isolation of the PC muscle is a kegel.

Why would I want to do kegel exercises?

¥ Stronger Erections
¥ Longer Erections due to blood hold capacity
¥ Larger head size
¥ Further ejaculatory Distance
¥ Sexual enjoyment is enhanced for both partners
¥ It can prevent prolapsed of pelvic organs

Now massage all the fluid around your testicles for 60 seconds. At this point your scrotum should be very relaxed. Finally lightly stretch your scrotum downward while the other hand pulls your penis upward. Do 60 of these. This is a very quick routine but the benefits are great. This will also aid you in any kind of early warning signs of testicular problems.

REST DAYS
I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.

The penis and it's attachments are made up of several different types of tissue: ligaments, tunica, skin, some muscle, etc. Each type of tissue has a certain amount of short term elasticity. In other words, when I pull, each tissue has a certain amount of give to it before it reaches is maximum short term elasticity. To illustrate, imagine attaching a rubber band to a small weight. If you set the weight on the ground and lift up on the rubber band, the weight will remain on the ground while the rubber band elongates and stretches, until eventually the rubber band reaches is maximum short term elasticity and the weight is finally lifted off the ground (this is assuming the maximum short term elasticity strength is great enough to lift the weight).

A similar situation seems likely to occur when we stretch. Given the various types of tissues that make up the penis and it's attachments, and their individual maximum short term elasticities, an order of stretch must take place. For example, if you tie together several different rubber bands of variable thickness and strength and tie one end to a wall while pulling the other, the most elastic ones are the ones that will stretch and elongate first. The thickest ones may not even stretch at all. In reality, the amount of stretch that each will undergo will be directly related to it's elasticity. In order for the strongest/least elastic band to stretch at all, the tension on the smaller bands will have to be great enough to elongate the stronger bands.

When doing this, the more elastic bands stretch to the point where they become maxed out and rigid before they allow the stretch to be transferred to the stronger bands. In the penis, I assume that the maximum short term elasticity (MSTE) of each component is strong enough to reach it's limit and transfer to the next strongest component (otherwise you would tear something). Also, some components never reach their MSTE because other components come in to play and prevent it long before they could. Skin, for example, is probably capable of stretching a lot more than it gets the opportunity to when stretching because you are stopped by the other tissues. These components, therefore, don't come into play.

All that said, how does this relate to PE? When I have a really good stretching session, I feel the stretch in my ligs for the first few minutes, and then I feel the tension being transferred to my PC area, behind my balls. It seems like the ligs reach their MSTE and become rigid, then the pull transfers to my PC area. I know I have been really maxing out my stretches because my BPFSL and even BPEL have been increasing over the last couple weeks. I theorize that the more you make your ligs (or other components) reach their MSTE and become rigid, the quicker your gains will be. When I feel the stretching burn transfer to my PC area, it seems like an indicator that I have pushed my ligs to their MSTE. At this point in my routine, the burn continues to stay in my PC area regardless of the angle I stretch, even when stretching BTC.

BIB touches on this with his philosophy of hanging. He says that when you hang, the weaker/tighter tissues take the stress first, until they are overcome and break, and then the pull is transferred to the next weakest/tightest tissue, and so on. That's why you may have to periodically reduce the weight you use, because the new limiting tissues cannot handle as much weight at the tissues that were previously the limiting factor (correct me if I'm wrong on this, BIB).

I want to add something to this, in case this applies to anyone here. Regarding short, intense stretching. This makes things more complicated, but I'm afraid it applies.

All materials have properties of viscoelasticity. The viscoelasticity of a material is determined by looking at it's viscous (fluid) properties versus it's elastic properties. VE determines how an elastic material behaves under strain. When a material is stretched and held in a stretched position (under strain) usually one of two things happens: relaxation- the material slackens further making the strain less (like in muscles), or creep- the strain on the material increases (like in connective tissues such as ligaments and tendons). For example, silly putty is considered highly viscoelastic. If you pull it slowly, it will stretch extremely long before breaking (a very fluid property), but if you pull it very quickly, it will break in half almost immediately (a very solid property) because it reaches is elastic limit so quickly when the strain is exerted in such a short period of time. If the rate of stress is much slower, the silly putty stretches out much longer before reaching it's elastic limit (a very elastic property). Therefore, the rate at which the stress is applied will greatly affect the elastic response of a tissue with a high VE.

Ligaments, muscles, tendons, etc. are all also very viscoelastic. This is why short, intense strain to the body results in muscle pulls and ligament/tendon ruptures. The tissues reach their elastic limit when the stress is applied quickly and respond by tearing or rupturing if the force is great enough. However, if you apply the same stress over a longer period of time, such as when stretching your hamstrings, the tissue elongates and stretches. This is one reason why you should never stretch (any kind of stretch) in a quick, jerky manner, but instead ease into a stretch. This brings me to my other point that applies to PE stetching: the Spinal Stretch Reflex.

The Spinal Stretch Reflex can be seen when the doc taps below your knee and your leg jerks. The reason this happens is as follow: All over and within the tissues of the body are proprioceptors. Proprioceptors communicate with the nervous system and act as message relays. They "tell" your body where it is in space and how it is oriented. If you close your eyes and raise your arm up, your body "knows" where your arm is located because of proprioceptors. They also initiate involuntary reflexive actions, such as when your leg jerks. When the doc taps below your knee, he is tapping your patellar tendon that attaches below the knee, and above the knee into your quadriceps. That short tap on the tendon pulls on your quads with a relatively great amount of force, but the force is only applied for a fraction of a second, and is therefore harmless. However, your proprioceptors have already sent the message of the force to your nervous system which has initiated the SSR as a defense mechanism, and the quad contracts to counteract the pull. The SSR is so quick that it does not have time to register the fact that the force is only going to be applied for a fraction of a second, so your quad involuntarily responds.

The SSR is initiated when other tissues of the body are stressed as well. If you apply a short, intense stretch to the penis, the SSR will kick in and the tissues will "pull back" and you will not achieve any stretch. In fact, if you pull hard enough, a tear is possible because of the viscoelastic properties of the tissue. The same amount of force may be harmless if you gradually work up to it and allow the body over-ride the SSR. Any force, no matter how small, initiates the SSR to some degree when initially applied. The reason the tissue lengthens and loosens is because the SSR is over-ridden when the force is not "percieved" as dangerous, by incrementally working up to greater intensities.

Making the fastest length and girth gains

If you are new to penis enlargement you may be confused with the overload of information and opinions. I would like to help you on your journey and set you in the right direction.

PREPARING FOR PENIS ENLARGEMENT
First Things First

Your first mission is to learn how to measure properly and take some starting measurements. You will want to create a journal to record these measurements. Be very clear and concise on this step as later in your penis enlargement work you will want to know, for sure, that the measurements are consistent. There is nothing worse than not knowing if you gained. Here are the measurements you will want to take:

Bone Pressed Erect Length
Penis length is defined as the linear distance along the dorsal side of the erect penis extending from the mons veneris to the tip of the glans. In non-medical terms, the penis length is measured in a straight line on the top side of the erect penis, from the start of your pubic bone to the tip of your penis. Penis circumference is defined as the linear distance around the widest, thickest, part of the erect penis.
  1. Stimulate yourself into the erectile state.
  2. Place your ruler at the pubic bone, at the base of your erect penis and measure to the tip of your glans.
  3. Read the nearest quarter-inch measurement at the tip of your penis. (In the example shown, the measurement would be 4 and 3/4 (4.75) inches.)

Bone Pressed Flaccid Stretch
  1. Make sure you are in a completely flaccid state.
  2. Place your ruler at the pubic bone on the side of the penis
  3. Stretch penis straight out
  4. Read the nearest quarter-inch measurement at the tip of your penis

Non-Bone Pressed Erect Length
  1. Stimulate yourself into the erectile state.
  2. Place your ruler at the skin on the belly, at the base of your erect penis and measure to the tip of your glans without pushing ruler.
  3. Read the nearest quarter-inch measurement at the tip of your penis.

Flaccid Length
  1. Make sure you are in a completely flaccid state.
  2. Place your ruler at the skin on the belly, at the base of your flaccid penis and measure to the tip of your glans without pushing ruler.
  3. Read the nearest quarter-inch measurement at the tip of your penis.

Penis Erect Circumference
Penis length is not the only factor in determining penis size. The width, girth, or fatness, of a penis is also an important aspect when considering how you compare. Most people have a penis that is either longer and thinner, or shorter and fatter. To compare how the girth of your penis compares to the population, use the instructions below to determine your penile circumference (distance around the widest part of your penis).
  1. Stimulate yourself into the erectile state.
  2. Place the fabric ruler or string end at the widest part of your penis and wrap it carefully around one time. Mark the spot where the string first touches itself.
  3. If using string, take the marked string and lay it against the ruler. Read to the nearest quarter-inch measurement.

Penis Flaccid Circumference
  1. Make sure you are in a completely flaccid state.
  2. Place the fabric ruler or string end at the widest part of your penis and wrap it carefully around one time. Mark the spot where the string first touches itself.
  3. If using string, take the marked string and lay it against the ruler. Read to the nearest quarter-inch measurement.

Now that you have read and recorded your starting size it would be wise to take some pictures measured. These will be so valuable in your later penis enlargement as you can see and prove to yourself the gains you have made. If you are confident with this you can even post these pictures for all to see. WHen people see pictures showing progress it not only helps your motivation and confidence but it also empowers other men to do the same. Add these photos to your journal.

The Penis Enlargement routine:

100 quick Kegel squeezes
50 of the following:
Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.

EXERCISES EXPLAINED

Warm-Up/Down
A very important part of your program will be the Warm-up and Warm-Down. During this process you will be preparing your penis for exercise. It is important to warm up in order to loosen the ligaments and increase good blood flow. There are many different ways to accomplish this here are a few:

Heating Pad: A conventional heating pad works very well for warm-up. You can pick one up for under $14.00 and they create the perfect heating supply for warm-up. Wrap your penis in the heating pad, plug it in, set a comfortable temperature and relax for 10-15 minutes.

Hot Wrap: A hot wrap is a quicker, less expensive way to warm-up. With a standard washcloth fill you sink or tub with hot water. Soak washcloth until hot and wrap penis. Re-soak rag as it cools. This process should be done for about 5 minutes.

Oil rub Warm-up: With some basic baby oil heat in hot water or microwave very quickly (making sure it is not burning hot) when desired heat is reached work this oil into your penis in a deep massage. This massage should last 5 minutes.

Hot Tub, Shower or Bath: A warm-up can also be done in one of the previously mentioned places. If time allows a nice 10 minute soak really loosens things up and prepares you for exercise.

Basic Stretching
After your warm-up in a seated position prepare yourself for your stretching routine. With an ample supply of Baby powder on you hands grip your penis just below the head. Go easy at first and over your first week, as you become comfortable, increase the stretching strength to 100%.

Basic Jelqing
With desired lubricant (I highly recommend Vaseline) cover hands and penis completely. At this point you will want to have about an 80% erection (semi-soft) Now in a seated position with your palm down grip your penis with the standard OK sign grip. Gripping your penis at the extreme base and a tight grip, force the blood from the very base up to right below the head in a sliding motion. When your first hand reaches the bottom of your head the second hand begins the same movement. This is a strange movement at first but over a few sessions it will become second nature. With each passing day increase the intensity ever so slightly. The goal of basic jelqing is too enlarge girth, add length and improve general penile health.

PC Muscle Fitness/Kegels
This is an important part of your workout.
This routine can be done anywhere. The benefits of doing these are a huge part of your growth process. A mature, developed PC muscle will be paramount to future gains and penile health.

What is a kegel?
A kegel is the name of a pelvic floor exercise, named after Dr. Kegel who discovered the exercise. These muscles are attached to the pelvic bone and act like a hammock, holding in your pelvic organs. To feel this muscle movement simply stop and start the flow of urine. This isolation of the PC muscle is a kegel.

Why would I want to do kegel exercises?

With favorite lotion grab your scrotum just above your testicles. Now in a rubbing motion massage each testy for 30 seconds rubbing between your fingers in a gentle but firm movement. Now massage all the fluid around your testicles for 60 seconds. At this point your scrotum should be very relaxed. Finally lightly stretch your scrotum downward while the other hand pulls your penis upward. Do 60 of these. This is a very quick routine but the benefits are great. This will also aid you in any kind of early warning signs of testicular problems.

REST DAYS
I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.

What to Expect:
The biggest question men have in penis enlargement is how long in takes to make gains so I will explain this process. In your first week or so you will immediately find that your erections are fuller and harder. This, in itself will give you your first penis enlargement gains because your erections will be at their best allowing the penis to fill with the maximum amount of blood. Soon after this you will notice a gain in length via the bone-pressed, flaccid, stretched measurement. This is where your original measurements will be vital. Be sure to record any change. Soon after seeing these changes you will see erect length gains. For most men a quick .5 to 1" is gained within the first 6 months. I personally gained 2 inches in length in my first 6 months which means you too can do the same. Girth will appear about the same time. You should see a gain of .25" to .5" within your first few months. Although these do not seem like massive gains they really are when the penis is viewed in a relative way. If you start at 5" and gain 1" of length and .5" of girth you have increased your penis size, in volume, but more than 25%...this is INCREDIBLE.

Penis enlargement is not only a physical game but a mental one. It is vital that you believe that penis enlargement works and that the gains you want to make are truly going to happen. Negative thinking will hold you back. Many men may do the exercises and not believe that it will work and therefore it does not. Penis enlargement is extremely simple and logical. If you stretch the penis it will become longer, if you jelq your penis it will become thicker. Do not get too wrapped up into the how and why, just be in the knowing that it is happening and your gains are on the way. This all lends itself to motivation. Keeping things simple, scheduled and "in the knowing" will keep you on a consistent, motivated path.

No matter what the question is, it is important. You belong to the world's largest penis enlargement support group and every question will be answered, use this resource to your advantage. Be assertive and educated.

What you may feel:
In the beginning of your journey you will need to understand that some things will feel different down there. First, the penis can take on an alien feeling, remember, your penis is changing and it will feel different to the touch...this is a good thing. You may also experience some slight aching, a sort of dull soreness. This is very normal as the ligaments that connect your penis to your body have never been stretched with the intensity you will be using. The soreness should never be sharp and painful, the feeling should be dull. If sharp pain or numbness are happening you may be doing something wrong. This can all be avoided by practicing and learning the exercises. Your stretches should be at maximum capacity but getting to this level should be accomplished over a couple of weeks. Never make your stretches fast and jerky, always slow and progressive.

You may also experience some swelling after girth exercise. Again, this is normal and desired. This temporary swelling will eventually become new girth. With that in mind, the goal during girth work should be an expansion larger than your maximum girth size. After your workout, with a full erection, measure your girth and make sure your readings are larger than your max.

Keeping Things in Perspective:
This is so important and every user should read and understand this. Penis enlargement is not a quick process. Gains do come with hard work and a good state of mind. Begin at the beginning and work your way forward. Starting with an advanced workout may cause injury and you may also miss out on gains that many make using the method of progressive training. The reason the MOS program is set up into 5 parts is so you can start with a good foundation and build on that as you gain. An overzealous attitude will only set you up for disappointment.

Set a final goal and work towards that goal with small, incremental goals. If you start at 5" and have a goal of 8" you will want to set up small goals to reach the final goal. This will keep things realistic and accomplishable. If you set your goals to high too fast you will face disappointment. Small consistent steps will bring you to your dream size.

TIME ISSUES and SCHEDULING
Everyone has a different schedule and finding time for penis enlargement may need some creativity. Figure on an hour a day and if this is too much I suggest you get up earlier or go to bed later. You will need to set up a definite, consistent schedule that you are religious to. Doing a workout here and there will not be enough. Treat penis enlargement like you do your teeth, do it every day at the same time. I like to break my penis enlargement into 2 sessions. One in the AM: LENGTH and one in the PM: GIRTH. This allows me to break it into two 30 minute sessions, which is much more manageable than all at once. Doing this also allows me to focus on 2 very different aspects of penis enlargement, girth and length. Length for me is very mathematical and mundane, and it does not require a ton of thought so I do it in the AM where all I need to do is stretch as hard as I can for a certain time period. Girth, on the other hand, requires a more sexual mood and much more focused thought so I do this late in the day when I am more focused.

To Tell or Not To Tell:
My opinion on this has changed over the years and I will tell you why. I think that penis enlargement should remain personal to you. The phrase "Penis Envy" is very real and your mate, like many, may become envious of you time creating your new size. This may damage your relationship as it is difficult for some to fully understand penis enlargement. Keep it to yourself and let her feel the gains. There is no better measurement than the one that says "Are you still growing?"

It is a very easy mistake many guys make when they start in penis enlargement, they look at where they are and they think about where they want to be and they become discouraged by how much time penis enlargement will take. First things first: Learn, study and prepare. In penis enlargement getting organized and prepared can start you off to a wonderful penis enlargement journey. What are the first things you should do? First you will ned to get some good, solid penis measurements. The measurements you will need to take are as followed:

Bone Pressed Erect Length: BPEL
This is so important to get right as this is the most important length measurement you can take. By the pubic bone most men have a certain amount of body fat. The fat collects at the base of the penis and can hide as much as 3" of penis below it's surface. So when you take a length measurement this needs to be taken into consideration. When measuring you should find a spot at the center of the base of the penis on the top side. Be sure to measure from this exact point each time. The ruler should be pressed firmly against to pubic bone and the measurement should go to the extreme the of the penis. Measuring like this will show gains regardless of the pubic fat. So, even if you gain or lose weight this measurement will consistently show your erect length gains.

Bone Pressed Flaccid Stretch: BPFS
1. Make sure you are in a completely flaccid state.
2. Place your ruler at the pubic bone on the side of the penis
3. Stretch penis straight out
3. Read the nearest quarter-inch measurement at the tip of your penis

This measurement will be your best friend through your entire penis enlargement journey. Length gains always show up in this measurement before any other length measurement. So many guys will measure their penis, after some time practicing penis enlargement, and never see the gains they have made because they did not check this measurement. Length ALWAYS shows up here first and the gains you notice in this measurement will, eventually, become erect length gains.


Non-Bone Pressed Erect Length: NBPEL
1. Stimulate yourself into the erectile state.
2. Place your ruler at the skin on the belly, at the base of your erect penis and measure to the tip of your glans without pushing ruler.
3. Read the nearest quarter-inch measurement at the tip of your penis.

This can be quite a depressing measurement when you know you have gained length but you still have persistent body fat. When starting a penis enlargement program it is a great tie to start a body exercise program and a good diet. This is for two very good reasons, your penis will show the gains you have made "visually" and a good diet will give your body the nutrients important for growth and repair (including the penis).

Penis Erect Circumference GIRTH

Hey guys. I just wanted to drop a little bit of what I have been studying that helped me develop my current routine. In my opinion, what causes your dick to increase in size through PE is through plastic flow or deformation of the tunica. You see the spongy tissue inside the penis has the capacity to hold a lot of blood like a real sponge holding liquid. What sets the limit and puts a screeching halt to a man's penis size is the tunica that surrounds the spongy tissue. If a manÕs tunica has a large amount of sheer tissue mass and elasticity inside of his flaccid penis, this will result in a huge erection.

Before human tissue reaches plastic deformation, its elastic limit must be breeched and enter a zone called CREEP. Creep is completely time and load dependent and is a phase where the stretched tissue is completely relaxed and slowly creeps away from its elastic limit if the stress remains constant with heat. Once sufficient amounts of creep has been done to the tissue through continuous amounts of time under tension then the tissue enters the plastic deforming zone. Now keep this in mind. All of this is happening at a microscopic level. When the tissue deforms it then begins remodeling at a microscopic level to adapt and set its self to a new elastic limit..
Here is an example with someone whoÕs a clamper. Say you started out with a maximum clamped penis girth of 5 inches in circumference. That means with a clamp, 5 inches in circumference is your penisÕs maximum elastic threshold girth wise. Now for your penis to increase beyond this point it most go through the process I was talking about earlier known as CREEP. Now lets say through creep your clamped penis after 4 fifteen minute sets swells to 5.5 inches without any fluid build up. This extra expansion was cause by CREEP witch caused the penis to slowly creep in expansion beyond its elastic limit of 5 inches in girth. Now after so many hours, days, and months of expansion beyond the penisÕs elastic limit from the CREEP phase, this will result in permanent deformation of the tissue. Now your clamped penis no longer needs four 15 minutes sets to swell to 5.5 inches in girth. Instead your clamped penis swells to 5.5 inches as soon as you put the clamp on for your first set. This is because your clamped penis girth was plastically deformed past its old elastic limit of 5 inches in girth to its new elastic limit which is now 5.5 inches in girth. So the idea is to repeat this cycle over and over for gains to accumulate. You keep slowly pushing beyond your elastic limit to the creep and plastic zone. Once your dick has plastically deformed to a new size then that new size becomes your dickÕs new set elastic limit and you push beyond this again and again.

Studies have shown that to achieave plastic deformation with the least amount of structural damage to the tissue, less intensity long duration loads are needed under constant heat to effectively and permenentley deform tissue. High intensity or high loads applied to quickly to soft tissue will result in more structural damage and when the load is removed the tissue returns back to its orginal size. This is why I think it is better for guys that hang to not use there maximum weight on the first couple of sets. I know most people say to go to max weight then drop the weight an ride the fatigue like a reverse pyramid but I think its better to do a whole pyramid while hanging then ride the fatigue with less weight. What I mean by this is do warm up sets under heat so the tissue of the tuncia and ligs can adapt and relax to go through the CREEP phase. Then wants the warm up sets are down, then commence to you max weight.

Here is an example:

Let say your hanging workout is 10 sets of 20 mins hanging with the max weight being at 20lbs

You workout should go like this:

Warm up set 1: 5 pounds for 10 minutes
Warm up set 2: 12 pounds for 10 minutes

After these warm up sets are done to let the tissues relax and go into CREEP then do the real hanging sets, starting with your max weight of 20 lbs for ten 20 minutes sets and reduce the weight when necessary riding the fatigue as the 10 sets are done.

First 5 sets: 20lbs for 20 mins
Next 3 sets: 17lbs for 20 mins ( reduce weight riding fatigue)
Last 2 sets: 14lbs for 20 mins ( more fatigue. Had to drop weight further)

Now if you are one of these guys that hang throughout the day then at least do one warm up set using half of the weight that you normally hang with.

Rushing Penis Enlargement too soon


When many guys start penis enlargement they become overzealous and think that using advanced methods will bring faster penis enlargement gains. This line of thinking, in penis enlargement, can result in slower gains and risk of injury. The basic exercises in penis enlargement are set to teach a new user the methods and bring the fastest gains possible.


The basic jelq is the starting girth exercise in penis enlargement. This movement, in itself, will bring fast, safe gains. The more advanced jelqing methods are available when all gains are tapped from the starting exercises. For many guys, jelqing brings incredible gains and the gains continue for about 6 months in most men and when the gains start slowing more advanced exercises are available. Yes, there are very intense exercises but these should only be used when the basic movements are mastered.

The basic stretching exercises are also the place to start on length work in penis enlargement. The stretching exercise may seen pretty basic but when done correctly most guys gain up to 2" using them. Those Things of Which We Dare Not Speak, But Should

A few weeks ago, I was approached by Aaron Kemmer to review his new book about maximizing one's penile health. As an advocate for positive sexual communication and healthy approaches to issues of a bodily and sexual nature, I happily agreed.

My reaction to its straightforward illustrations pertaining to the male member and how to best enjoy, enhance and utilize it, made me realize that men may have been given the short end of the stick with regard to open discourse about their most precious possession. Why, I wondered, are we so much more able to openly discuss and view the female anatomy than the male?

As the author of a book as openly sexual as Your Orgasmic Pregnancy: Little Sex Secrets Every Hot Mama Should Know, one would think I'd be the exception to this strange unspoken rule that a man's member should neither be viewed nor discussed without adolescentgiggles and a shameful sense that viewing this material was akin to sneaking a peak at a porn magazine when you were a teenager. But no!? Between me and the company I keep, you'd have thought we were looking at a banned copy of some subversive politically incriminating manifesto under a fascist regime. Ridiculous. There were requests to toss it, hide it, refuse to review it, etc. among my inner circle. Part of me wanted to concur.

But then, I began to grow angry on behalf of all of you poor men who have to contend with such reaction when wanting a safe and open forum for discussing all things penis. We women fiercely protect our rights to speaking about whatever aspect of our anatomy or sexuality we wish, but it seems that there's something threatening about encouraging men to engage in the same sort of ribald discussions women claim as their birthright.

Whatever we fear and flee will eventually master us, so if our fear of the penis isn't resolved, we will be relegated to unhealthy expressions and deviations of the male sexual organ and drive. Given that the male sex drive tends to greater force in the yin/yang scheme of things, denying a healthy and safe form of discussion for all men to participate in at will, we are ensuring that problems of prostate, fulfillment and disconnect will stay on the rise.

Mind you, Kemmer's book is not at all pornographic. Rather, it is geared to teaching men how to befriend their penises, to utilize various exercises for maximum size, pleasure and virility and to create a more open discourse with regard to men and their members.

With such positive intentions, how could this book invoke such automatic responses of shock, horror and hush hush?

I pity the men whose organs and sexuality have been relegated to a space of adolescent jokes, pornography, 'male speak' and the inability to have open and honest conversations which would benefit prostate health, sexual health and intimate relationships; and hope that we can, one day soon, come to a place evolved enough to include all things human as acceptable topics of conversation and action-oriented discourse.

Creating a sense that bodies are OK to be in is the first step to healing the sexual and sensual fissure in this nation of ours. Communication is founded on truth and acceptance and an open mind, not upholding taboo and shaming people.

We clearly have a lot of work to do to that end.

Average Penis Size


So many men operate under the pretense of a skewed average size. Penis size needs to be understood and men should operate on that premise. Average size, across the board, whether you are white, black, asian or and other race, is 5.5" bone pressed length with a 4.75" girth while erect. So many guys have a misconception of what average penis size is and they allow this to limit themselves in so many ways.


An example, that has become so common, is someone who stars penis enlargement with the idea that they are small. The first mistake so many make is measuring incorrectly. The proper measurement makes all the difference in understanding what you real size is. When measuring, to find what your length is, many guys go by a none bone pressed measurement. This does not give an accurate "true" length as there are too many integers that need to be considered. Mainly the "fat pad". The fat pad is the area at the base of the penis where fat is stored. Someone with a 7 inch penis could only have 5" showing because their fat pad is 2" thick but a thin man, with little body fat, may have a 7" penis either way as they have no fat pad.

The proper way to measure length is "bone pressed" erect. This is the most accurate way to gage size as you may gain or lose weight but this measurement would remain consistent. How this is done is by getting 100% erect and pressing a ruler firmly at the base of the penis, against the pubic bone and measuring to the tip of the penis. This measurement will be your true length and from here you can compare it to average length, being 5.5".

Regardless of your measurement, you now know about natural penis enlargement and you can become any size you wish by following these methods of enlargement. There are many ways to approach penis enlargement and you should research each method for what will work for you. The fastest methods of penis enlargement are manual exercises, penis extending and assisted manual exercises. With an hour a day dedicated to penis enlargement with good form, motivation and belief will bring you size increases that will change your size for ever.

Penis Enlargement Extender Use

There is a clear line between manual penis enlargement exercise and that of penis extending (using the FAST SIZE as an example.) There is nothing that works faster than manual exercise but an Extender can play a key role in increasing your penis enlargement gains by using time wisely. Notes: On Day-37 & 38 I would urinate and it look like rusty(brownish-red) pipe water coming out, especially in the morning after a night's sleep. I drank nothing but water except for a cup of hot tea in the mornings for the last 5-days. I didn't even take my daily vitamins because of the discoloration (bright-yellow) from the B-12.

It would become more clear as the day went on. My urine finally became 100% clear on Day-39 (Saturday). I sustained from any P.E. for the last 6-days including today. I will re-start my LM-program tomorrow from where I left off.

Did penis enlargement fight end wife's life?

A Delmas man told the Pretoria High Court on Thursday how he grabbed a shifting spanner and kept on hitting his wife until she was dead.

Murder accused Ockert Daniel (Ockie) van den Berg, 43, made this admission after initially claiming he was not responsible for the death of his wife.

Christa van den Berg died on her bed at their home in Sundra, near Delmas, in August 2005 after her husband repeatedly hit her on the head with a shifting spanner.

She was also stabbed in the neck and back.

Van den Berg admitted on Thursday for the first time he had attacked his wife with a shifting spanner and two knives in a fit of anger.

He also admitted that he had attacked his son Jacques with the spanner to make it appear as if housebreakers had killed his wife and then attacked his son.

He conceded that he had previously lied to the court and made up a version about hearing shots before finding his wife dead.

Van den Berg said he no longer wanted to hurt his parents.He told the court he and his wife had a fierce argument the night of the murder about her suspected infidelity and his complaints that she kept on pushing him away.

At first, she denied having an affair, but then suddenly told him it was all over between them.

"She said I must go to a doctor to get my penis enlarged. She said she was tired of me and had another man," Van den Berg testified.

She said I could take a day off to find out who the man was that she was messing with. Then she said my youngest son was not my child, turned around and walked to the bedroom."

Van den Berg said he felt hurt and upset."

I took two knives from the kitchen counter. I saw a shifting spanner on the dining room table and grabbed that as well," he told the court."

I stormed at her and hit her on the head. She fell on the bed. I kept on hitting. I was like a wild animal on my poor little wife. I didn't even know what I was doing."

Van den Berg said he could not say how many times he hit his wife.

"Blood was spurting onto my chest.

"When I put on the light I saw what I'd really done to my wife. I saw there was a knife in her throat. When I turned her around I saw the other knife in her back."

He said he tried mouth-to-mouth resuscitation to revive his wife.

"She was already dead.

"I pulled the knives out of her body because it looked very ugly. I washed off the blood, wrapped the knives in a wash cloth and hid it under the bed."

Van den Berg said he then went to the sitting room to contemplate his next move.

"Then I went to Jacques' room and hit him with the shifting spanner so that it would look like a break-in and the housebreakers had killed my wife."

Afterwards he gave his son tablets for the pain, and took the boy to hospital the next morning.

Notes: Yesterday after a few hours my workout I became noticeably sore in the PC floor area. Before retiring to bed for the night I use the bathroom to urinate. Afterward, a few minutes later I had the feeling I needed to urinate again except this time I had a burning sensation inside. I stepped back in the bathroom standing there unable to go. I knew I had to release something so I gave it a reverse-kegal and to my surprise a small amount of red coloring of urine come out. I continue a few more reverse-kegals to extract any left remaining. I could feel a slight burning feeling afterward. I drank 2-glasses of water and retired to bed for the night.

I wasn't to concern at the time because I wasn't urinating solid blood only a clear red coloring. Yesterday's session I was putting more intensity in the pull and feeling the burn in the base area. By doing this I affected the PC floor area and must have created a tear in the urethra of some sort.

I'm feeling sore but not unbearable. I'm going to wait until the soreness has subsided before continuing with the LM program. Today's urine is clear and fluid as normal.

Penis Enlargement: Take Your Time


So many men find out about penis enlargement and rush past many of the foundational steps in search of faster penis enlargement gains. This type of rushing can really hurt someone's chances of making the quick initial gains that come from the foundational steps. Rushing into more advanced penis enlargement exercises and routines can also cause injury when a good, solid foundation is not created.


Remember, penis enlargement is a learning process and when certain parts are not understood or rushed past many men miss out on important things. So many guys will learn how to jelq, the most foundational exercise in penis enlargement, only to jump into a more intense exercise that their penis is not ready for. Yes, there are very intense exercises available but without the foundation gains will be slow and risk could be high.

Penis enlargement can be safe and very effective and it is important to understand, learn and practice the basics. The Matters of Size Penis Enlargement Program is set up into 5 Phases. Most of the men who follow the basic Phase 1 program make incredible gains. Many make the gains they want in Phase 1 and never even need to advance to a more intense program. The more intense Phases (2,3,4, and 5) are geared towards heavier, more intense exercises and routines. But, each phase relies on the previous phase's comprehension, foundation and gains. Phase 1 features basic stretching and basic jelqing. With these exercises many men make their desired gains. When a man has exhausted the available gains on a phase he will need to move into new, more intense exercises and routines. For instance, Phase 2 takes basic jelqing into a more intense version of the basic jelq. Similarly, the stretching portion of Phase 2 is a more intense version of Phase 1 stretching. As you progress through the phases you will experience more and more intense exercises that will keep you growing.

A new guy may think that he will simply start with Phase 5 and believe that this will give him his fastest penis enlargement gains but doing so may result in never making the quick, newbie gains available in Phase 1. An overzealous approach towards penis enlargement is never a good idea. Doing so could rob you of massive gains possible in the earlier phases of penis enlargement.


The Matters of Size Program is set up into 5 Phases.

Phase 1: Beginners stretching and Jelqing. Stretching portion features 9 original basic stretches that will train the penis and prepare it for more intense exercise. Most men gain over an inch in length in the first phase. The girth portion features the basic Jelq and this exercise will, again, prepare the penis for more intense exercises contained in the future phases. Most men gain about 1/2"-1" of girth in the first phase. The first phase also has stamina exercises to help with longevity and general penile erection strength. As the penis grows you will want to perform stamina exercises for general penile health.

Phase 2 takes things penis enlargement to a new level. Phase 2 features a much more advanced level. The stretching portion features DLD Blasters, an exercise that uses muscle movement and angular stretching to create new length gains. After Phase 1 your penis will need more advanced stretching to continue gains and DLD Blasters do just this. The girth portion features an exercise called DLD Double Forced Jelq and Bend, a very good exercises that forces girth growth.

Phase 3 again takes advantage of where Phase 2 left off. The stretching portion features 2 key length exercises that will force new growth and tissue expansion. DLD Bundled Blasters and DLD Tunica Blasters, two exercises that concentrate on penile anatomy and use certain techniques that will bring length gains to a new level. The girth portion introduces Super Sets that use two exercises together to force new tissue expansion and allow the penis to hold more blood with an erection.

Phase 4 has a very advanced stretching session that uses more intense Super Sets that simultaneously train the tunica and ligaments of the penis, again, forcing new length gains. By the time I arrived on Phase 4 I had gained 3" of length and 1.5" of girth. The girth portion of the workout introduces erect stretching and an insane girth exercise called Girth Busters. Together these exercises bring girth gains to a new level.

Phase 5 is the pinnacle of intensity on every level. At this point you have made incredible gains and perhaps you want the monster and this Phase delivers with speed. The length portion takes advantage of traction and simple level theory to jump start you into bigger and faster length gains. The girth portion features an exercise called Slow Squash Jelqs, a duel, two handed exercise that blows girth up to unreal proportions.

During: A much better pull on the ligaments and throughout using the opposite Twist/Pull technique.
After: Fatigue and burn sensation in the ligaments in the base area
Notes: Twist and Pull in opposite directions has increased the intensity, definitely a noticeable difference in this session.
No difference in sciatica issue feeling fairly good. Still putting heat on the area and stretching.

Small Penis Syndrome A Big Problem?

Does size matter? It does to men, according to this month's BJU International, which contains a review of over sixty years worth of research into penile size and small penis syndrome. The researchers, Dr Kevan Wylie from Royal Hallamshire Hospital, UK, and Mr Ian Eardley from St James' Hospital, UK, found that men can experience real anxiety - even if they are of average size. And while men often have greater confidence if they have a large penis, women don't necessarily feel that bigger is better, citing looks and personality as more important than penis size.
