I just ordered one of those surgical steel ball stretchers. When is it NOT a good time to stretch? I'd think it would be ok to wear the stretcher when doing everyday activities, but not okay to wear when hanging.
Are there any other times when it should not be worn? Like showering I'd probably not wear it unless I want to walk around with unclean balls or something.
But yeah anything I should know from any experienced members here?
