    Supra's PLE Hanging and PC workout

    Here is a great exercise that got me into Penis Enlargement, first its easy to do and kinda fun. I will make a video for you guys as well.

    Master Pad Lock keyless

    Directions:
    Get a combo master pad lock, put it around the head of the penis while flaccid and then get hard using whatever means you can, the glands will swell and perform a seal around the lock and you will be able to kegel and perform this "weight lifting" as you call it. It works pretty well and keeps you hard, and can strengthen the PC gland. Let me know how it goes, this is what I used to do when I first started Penis Enlargement, its kinda how I got into it, and its very simple and inexpensive. This can be done on and off for hours at a time, provides stimulation and arousal almost by its self once you get it going and used to it. Kinda fetish to having something metal attached to the end of your dick.

    You mention strengthening the PC which is cool. I was reading some research journals (abstracts actually from the Journal of Urology) that indicated that this is the only way to strengthen the IC and BC muscles too. Although they specifically say that you would need to lift the pad lock with the PC (and the entire pelvic floor muscle groups, PC, BC, IC) and "hold it up". Haha, technically, isometric exercise according to them is the only way to strengthen the IC and BC muscles. So lifting and lowering, "reps", would strengthen the PC, but lifting and holding would strengthen all of the major pelvic floor muscles. (PC AND BC and IC)

    Great variation of providing a load or resistance though! LOL..."we don't need no stinking towels!" But it really should provide a better resistance than a towel of the same mass as it's center of mass is further from the base of the penis increasing torque.

    Now I am thinking about how one would increase intensity for both the isometric and isotonic versions.

    Specifically, for isometric exercise to be most efficient, you would not be able to actually lift the pad lock, or whatever, at all. For maximum efficiency, the muscle to be exercised or contracted, should not change in length, so ideally you would not be able to lift the pad lock. So you would want a pad lock large enough that it was to heavy to lift so that you could continuously "try" to lift it through contraction, but the muscles itself would not change in length. Maybe you could add a steel chain from the pad lock link by link until you couldn't lift it. :D

    For the isotonic version (primarily PC muscle strength), and my weightlifting experience and studies, IDEALLY, you would choose a weight that you could only lift once under your entire POTENTIAL strength. Completely calling upon every cell in the muscle to exert their maximum force. However, that is IDEAL and not really possible due to our physiology.

    For isotonic exercise in reality, maximum efficiency depends on the objective of the exercise. There are two components of fibrous muscle enhancement possible to humans, one is size and one is "strength". (You can specifically alter length as well, but that would require using a different set of muscles that work to stretch and damage cells of the former using the latter. However, we do not have opposing muscles in the pelvic floor akin to the pairs of opposed muscles elsewhere like the biceps which oppose the triceps and vice versa.)

    Size is most efficiently altered by increasing the number of cells. This is done through high repetitions near, but not at, maximum intensity. Repeatedly calling upon the same cells that we normally call upon to perform their maximum duty breaks them down because of the drastic increase in lactic acid or inorganic phosphate (depending on which study is used). Either way, the cells are "exhausted", damaged, and broken down. This damage can be "felt", and is sometimes referred to as micro-tears in the muscles which are made up of these cells. When the body attempts to repair these "tears" it cannot sew them back together, rather it must fill the voids by producing new cells to fill the "spaces" in the "tears". (I know that the larger body-building community does not believe such things because "high rep" exercise is thought to only break down muscles and not really cause a muscle to grow, but rather you usually are told that only more intensity and lower rep exercises actually cause growth. However this is just not physically true...follow along to understand. High rep cell destruction/damage will NOT cause muscle growth in size if it cannot heal AND the new cells are not strengthened and fed nutrients by being recruited by lower rep, higher intensity workouts. So the general acceptance of high rep work not growing the size of muscles is an illusion, because BOTH high rep "low" intensity AND low rep high intensity are needed to create growth. But they are halfway right in that doing ONLY high rep work will not grow muscle size. However, doing only low rep high intensity exercise will not grow the muscle either. It would, if we were robots which we are not, and we could recruit EVERY cell to expend every bit of energy in one contraction, but we cannot humanly do that.) Haha, that was a long aside. :D

    So let me make the above a looooooot shorter. Efficiently maximizing size gains requires the breakdown of as many easily stimulated cells as possible that occurs with high rep exercise, or continual contraction of the same cells over and over again until they are "exhausted" or no longer have any energy. The "breakdown and repair" process that occurs increases the number of cells, thus increasing POTENTIAL for size. No new cells, no growth, period.

    Making muscles stronger is different, or at least the flip-side of the above coin. To make muscles stronger most efficiently, you must recruit as many cells as is possible. Basically you have to call upon cells to perform that normally do not or newly formed cells in the muscle. Calling upon them feeds them nutrients which adds them to your potential strength. At the most basic level, you can only get stronger by calling upon or stimulating more cells. This is why theoretically, a single contraction which recruits all cells at once would be the most efficient. It would both exhaust/damage/breakdown AND recruit every cell old and new all at once. So increasing strength is not really making about making a muscle stronger, but rather leaning how to recruit more cells at the same time. We cannot recruit every cell at one, for many reasons, the best we can do in reality is to attempt to recruit as many as possible. We try to trick our mind into lifting more and more weight by simply presenting our muscles with more and more resistance. If our brain keeps asking our body to do something, our body tries to accomodate what it is being asked to do. The weights or resistance is just a tool that we use externally to induce us to keep asking our bodies to recruit and stimulate cells. :D Which gets us back to touching upon isometric exercise in a round about way. One COULD teach himself to simply push against a brick wall to grow the biggest pectorial muscles that the world has ever seen without ever moving the wall ever. The only thing needed to increase strength is to recruit more and more cells and learning how to always recruit as many as possible so that you are always recruiting as close as you can to the total number of cells possible.

    Sorry, I am a rambling ranting lunatic, but I think that something in there might be useful to someone. :D

    Summary:

    Great idea on using the padlock for resistance. I like people thinking outside the box :D

    Should work great for building up the PC if using a flex/release cycle. (and maybe adding links or something for increased intensity as well)

    Should be a great anchor with additional torque for isometric exercise to hit the PC, IB, and IC as well.
