1. Yes, I own a bib hanger. I used it for a handful of hanging sessions and I just didn't find it comfortable. it pulled on my skin too much, regardless how much i wrapped. It may work for other people, just not for me.
2. I didn't start out at 3 sets of 20 minutes with 15 pounds. That's what I ended up at towards the end of my program. I started out at 8 pounds for 20 minutes.
3. yes, I had used the esl 40 leg stretcher. I found it cheaply made and barely added any tension. I started putting the leg strap on my calf to add tension and ended up tearing the silicone sleeve. I also owned one of their 1 pound round steel weights that had the magnet silicone strap. Soon as I would start walking that thing would fall off.
4. I would wear my all day hanger under pants, sweats, just about anything. It conceals very well.

I'm interested in the grip system. Why limit sets to 20 minutes? I thought that there was still blood circulation with vac hangers? Do you take it off after every set and is it cumbersome to take it on and off everytime? Does it work well for uncut guys?

In my opening post when I started this thread, I stated that I wasn't going to be able to come on the site very often, but I would help out with questions when I was able to check in from time to time. I run a small corporation with 38 employees, and my free time is limited and devoted to my wife and children.

I have provided enough information in my opening post for people to get started with my routines I have designed, but most of the questions I have gotten in this thread were over-analyzing the general outline of my routine to a certain degree, or why I hanged with a certain weight for the said amount of time and why I didn't do it some other way. I laid out the routine that worked best for me after months of experimenting and adjusting. I used certain time limits on certain devices because I didn't want the routine to have a negative impact on my erection quality. What would be the point of having a very large cock if it wasn't able to work properly? That is why I added so much edging into the routine, to safeguard my EQ.
If anyone doesn't like the time limits I use or the way it is set up, then change it to your liking!
On top of that, I have gotten ZERO feedback about my routine from any members. If nobody is even trying my routine in the first place, then why the guilt trip? That is all i'm trying to say. I know either version of this routine works.
If members would quit studying or analyzing it and just do it, they would already probably be on their way to the gains I was able to achieve.

I plan on starting a routine similar to yours. This has given me some things to think about. I plan on only using the DMSO/PABA topical mix. I'm starting to like the idea of mixing manual stretches with hanging and will look into all day hanging once I can figure out how to use the grip.
I'm curious how your gains were before you started injecting the trimix and using other chempe? I'm already a health nut, eat pretty clean and workout 4-6x a week.
Just wanted to give an update since ive been gone quite a while. Since i stopped my chem pe and srt style routine back in febuary, i have lost slightly under one inch in length and almost a half inch in girth. Im now hovering around 8x6. I think this gives testament to doing maintenance routines once a week or so to maintain gains.
A close friend of mine has been doing my beginner routine without chem pe since june. He is also using a phallosan device instead of the grip system and homemade hanger i had designed, and is using a Bathmate.
So far he has gained 1.6 inches in length and slightly under a half inch girth. His starting size was quite a bit bigger than mine, so he currently bigger than i am.
Another thing he has done differently is his routine is 3 weeks on, one week off every month. He swears in that week off every month is when his penis grows. He accidentally learned this when he missed 5 days of his routine because of work travel.

I can't quite remember the exact stats, but i think i gained an inch in length and 1/2 inch girth before i started chem pe. It might have been a little more length i just can't remember.
When i started out i rarely measured. I was just more focused on getting bigger regardless of stats because i knew i was already small, if that makes sense.
I think some people measure too often and too much. It's better to wait a few months between measurements so you don't get disheartened.
hey timber good to hear from you. i am looking into chem pe and was wondering whats your opinion on jelqing and scar tissue prevention during an injection based protocol, what erection level do you jelq at, and do you think jelqing might toughen the tunica? additionally do you think injecting small doses of pge 1 would aid in a length routine for the collagen delinking properties? 1. I think jelqing combined with dmso/papa is essential for preventing scar tissue formation. I wouldn't administer tri-mix without following that protocol. I don't believe scar tissue is a huge risk with injections as long as you rotate your injection sites and not inject in the same place over and over. But i do believe it is better to take precautions against scar tissue formation.
2. I usually jelqed at 75% and up. After the trimix wears off, the penis is very sore, but after trial and error i found post injection yielded the fastest results. Gotta take the good with the bad.
3. I think jelqing does toughen the tunica and eventually makes it harder to achieve length gains, and that is why combining jelqing, pumping, all day/ heavy hanging, edging and dmso/paba i think is the key to achieving fast, and big gains. Attacking the penis at every angle keeps the tissues pliable to where gains won't slow down, versus doing a jelqing only routine that will eventually plateau. I think there is something to device combinations, and my results, in my mind, are proof of that.
4. Administering pge-1 at small doses i can't see that helping gains at all. The key with those compounds is to administer doses high enough for your penis size to achieve an 80% or higher erection for 3-3.5 hours. Low dose wouldn't even get you erect, so its pointless. Besides that, i have advised other members to stay away from pge-1. That stuff is unpredictable.
My friend is kicking ass on length gains by doing newbie stretches, using a rice sock for heat, and doing Bathmate/jelqing for 40 min a day, using dmso/papa, and using a phallosan 3 weeks on 1 week off. Maybe give that a try.

I have a question about DMSO + PABA applications.
I'm currently experimenting with it myself with some fairly exciting results so far. I definitely need at least a month of consist application and presence of positive signs before making a determination. But in 5 days, I am already experiencing increased flaccid length, girth, warmth, and softness.
I use 99.995% pure liquid DMSO (unscented - which is great! no garlic taste.), saturated with PABA (the solution remains clear, applies clear, and absorbs completely without any PABA residue). So far, things are going well, save for the fact that the skin on my shaft is starting to get a little dry.
