I am thinking of buying a pump and a cylinder from them
this combo for 89$ has a cylinder and a pump with a pressure gauge

My girth is around 6,25 mid shaft and 6,5" at the base

would a cylinder with a 2.25" diameter be good
That is a inside circumference of 7" (2,25*3,14=7)

What about length

I am about 7" nbp i length.
Is a 9" long cylinder long enough?
Is there any advantage of an even longer cylinder if you want length?

Could pumping be used to try evening out the girth over the penis?
I would like to have the same thickness all over my penis.

If you want some girth increase, then you should go with a cylinder diameter that's a little larger than your girth, maybe 2.5". If you only want length increase then go with the 2.25" diameter.

9" is long enough... it will take some time for you to gain 2" in length so this cylinder will work for some time. There's no advantage to using a longer cylinder at this time. Make sure you use plenty of lube when pumping...
