I'm hanging right now...

Hey all, I'm officially a believer in hanging now...I'm only doing my first set, but I'm feeling it hitting my ligs better then my stretching has in quite some time. I constructed a Capt's Wench months ago, but never got around to trying it out b/c I was satisfied with my stretching...but I firgured I'd get crazy and try some hanging today, and I love it.

I'm hanging 5 lbs. right now and it feels great..I figure I'll do 3 sets of 20 minutes each 5 times per week...it ought to give me some gains. Hell, all I need is 1" and I'll be at my length goal, and I think this could be my ticket...

congrats...glad to see that you found something you like...so does that mean you are just going to hang from now on or are they going to be addition to a stretching routine as well?

I dunno man, I can't get that damn Capt'ns Wench to work right for me. After like 10 min my glans goes friggin blue and gets cold. I dont think I'm putting it on right...

Think I need to wait for a BiB hanger?

You need to experiment with wrapping before putting the hanger on. I had the same problem when i first tried a Bib hanger. If you don't wrap sufficiently, it won't matter what hanger you use you'll still get cold and turn blue. Do you squeeze out the blood from your glans before tightening up the hanger??

ALso, not all hangers work for all men. Many men RAVE about the "full sized" or "regular " BIB hanger, but I personally prefer the Starter.....and I'm supposedly big enough to use the "Regular". I have also tried the Captain Wench hanger, and could not get it to my liking either. Different things for different guys. Just dont give up though, thats the key ;) Try something else!
