I use a Bib Starter. It's great.
I think I'm getting results, but I'm unsure and I'll tell you why...
When I hang, I pretty much always attach the hanger at the same spot on my shaft. I've got the blue nylon weight strap cinched up as high as it can go without it smashing my dickhead and stuff, and the weights keep scraping against the floor. Even if I place the hanger higher up on my shaft it still happens. I attach weight plates to my hanger with twine, and even that is tied with hardly any slack too. I'm gonna have to start sitting on phone books soon!!
The thing is, this never used to happen to me, so something has gotten longer... I'm hoping it's my dick. I've been hanging regularly for a few months now, and I'm surprised that I haven't had any more noticable gains than just the weights hanging lower. Every time I measure my flaccid stretched length... it's the fucking SAME!! After all this time!! I know I'm hanging correctly, getting fatigued and working while fatigued and all that. The weights touch the floor when they didn't before, yet my FSL hasn't increased much if at all.
