Guys I need help making a hanger, Ive tried a couple ideas but the always end up slippin off my dick after a short while, I need a hanger with good grip, I would appreciate anyone who has made an awsome one to post pics any maybe explain their process of making and using

Look up captains wench. That is a good one. Or if you have the money buy a bib starter or hanger.

Also look at my sticky threads in this forum! "Home Made Bib Hangers" should ring a bell. They work very well and were all we had to hang with a few years ago.

hey SWM, what is that white material u used for ur hanger and where could I pic it up? also whats the name of that peice of metal thats almost in the shape of an s, u use to hang the weights from? and also what is the first type of material u put on your hanger b4 anything else thats it this pic?
