I know the zinc in fruit is small
and fruits are good for you anyways
but...if you'd ate all these fruits, could they aid in zinc increase?

What I've found on a Website:
Information about testosterone (http://www.abcbodybuilding.com/magazine/zman.htm)
It clearly states that you can't use any calsium with it, because it "competes ferociously with the absorption of it!"
So fruits are bad for testosterone :p
Well, eating fruits would increase zinc slightly, but one would have to eat a LOT to see some increase in testosterone. And, one would probably bloat because of all the fruit. (yes, you can gain weight by eating fruit and vegetables too, au cointrair to what some people think).

I know, but if you looked at the fruit website I've added...You'd see all the fruits contain Calsium, so THAT is the bad thing.

I thought calcium was very good, its in milk to what i know. Good for the skelet.
Calcium is good for your bones, teeth and nails. Helps you growth(in height), when your still a kid. Lots of zinc in oysters. Not sure about getting it from fruit though.

Its good for all of those thing, but if you want to adsorbe the zinc and magnesium (which can increase the testosterone) it'll do the oposite

Why not just take a supplement like ZMA. It's cheap and provides with more Zinc you could get in any diet, why try to find the right fruits and such.
Oh and skip out on the ROP if you are looking for a source of Zinc, it isn't even proven to deliever Zinc to the body, and in generally just a piece of useless shit.
