Hi all,

I started this thread with the main purpose of creating a nice collection of alternative PC excercises here. I also did it because I want to know more ways in how to strengthen my PC muscle.
All the time i've been here i've noticed new, never before seen methods posted by various users (I think I saw Supra once doing PC excercises using the bib hanger). Usually nobody really showed interest but I hope to collect them here in this 1st post.

I would like to these users to post their excercises here. I would be very grateful for that and I don't know where to search for them either.

Note1: The DLD Blaster promotes PC developement imo. By simply increasing the pulling force you have to squeeze your PC muscle much harder, thus make it stronger.

Note2: Mods, feel free to edit and add excersises

i agree with ya,i found that i am losing interest for exercise if i dont use some variation of current exercise that makes things more interesting

edging is nice...i usually edge in substitution of just kegels..

If someone could explain how to reverse kegel that would be helpful. I've been trying for months but it always seems to be a regular kegel.

A reverse kegel is basicly when you reverse the flow. lol
Just basicly imagine how when you have to urinate and you "push" or "squeeze" the urine out.
Just think of it as taking a piss when you dont really have to piss.:D
