Proper Measurements

I want to catalog my gains as I go along, so I need to measure. How does it go again?

length: from base to tip?

girth: wrap a string around and measure the string?

Length - stand up, hold your dick horizontal to the floor, hold the ruler on top and push it into your pubic bone as far as it goes, then measure to the tip (this is bone pressed length)

Girth - yes, but make sure the string has no elasticity in it and measure mid-shaft.
