After doing the full round of newbie stretches, I notice that just under my glans where I grip it becomes pretty sore. It's been doing that, and before I took a short break I noticed my skin there became dried and chaffed and such. I've started applying moisturising lotion after training to help prevent the drying, but when I applied it it slightly burned.

So.. what I would like to know is, is there a lotion that can be recommended to help heal it instead of just moisturize, without burning? Also, would there be a way to prevent this problem all together? I'm not sure if the massaging after each stretch that dld mentions would help because that seems to be for blisters. I use baby powder for grip by the way. I appologize if this has been asked before, as it probably has.. this seems like it would be pretty common.

I am having the same issue, frustrating as anything. I have been using a multi antibiotic cream(neosporin type) to help. I am hoping others have more ideas as well.

I use an L-lysine cream which has vitamins A,D, and E in it along with cocoa butter and other stuff. I used to use the antibiotic cream with similar results. I just apply it before I go to bed, and when I wake up (assuming I don't PE just after waking). Twice per day will keep the chafing away. Also, make sure you go easy on the baby powder, because this is what causes the excessive drying.

yeah let me reccommend something i began to do. When i used to stretch i would hold right under the head like u guys do and i was getting a weird pain in my dick. Well i think it was from squeezing the nerves under the head. While you are hot clothing for a warm up wrap the cloth around your dick and grip your dick on the shaft when u stretch. You can pull that thing as hard as u want with no problems. In my opinion the dick itself doesn't need stretched it gets that with jelg as well as girth work. You want to stretch the ligs and what is behind the base of your dick, just my opinion though.
