Clamp booboo

Anyone have what looks like very tiny tears in the skin? :O I did a clamp session of two 10 min clamps, just clamped and a sqeeze at the base once in a while. I did a proper warm up and warm down. but I think I may have some mini tears from my cir scar to the head. they have been tender for about 3 days anyone else have this happen? how long does it take to heal? any thing I should do for treatment? should I stop hanging or just clamping and jelqing?
