What position gave you the most gains?

I have estimated that 80% of my time hanging was done at the BTC and SO angles. Hard to estimate between those two, but the majority of the 80% was BTC, I would say. IOW, I would do a BTC set for maybe 15 to 18 minutes true BTC, and then the last few minutes SO. But then, I would also do some plain SO sets. It would all depend on my fatigue level while hanging BTC.

The other 20% would be OTS or OTL.

I would always have a primary angle, or short term goal on which I concentrated. Then, I would have a secondary angle when fatigue became too great at the primary angle. IOW, sometimes I would just concentrate on skin stretch. Then at other times, I was just concentrating on lig stretch. Then other times, just tunica stretch. But I always had a secondary angle in mind to go to when the primary angle was too intense, even at lower weights. I tried to always do something with my available hang time.

I guess I did not answer your question very well. I would say most of my gains came from BTC.

Your answer was a good one. I am glad it was detailed. I guess I was wrong about hanging. It is very logical to gain from hanging. I think I was hanging the wrong way. I abandoned the idea about hanging. But now after learning about my ignorance I understand more about hanging then I did before.
