DLD has given us some great insights on the mentality of what to do for PE, and obviously, they do work. However, everyone has their own variances... I can't help but enjoy mine the most...
Instead of imagining the best jelq ever, I imagine I'm sliding into the tightest pussy ever when jelqing... helps to keep an erection during jelqing, and using this with your favourite pictures of chicks, celeberaties, etc... I think it can help.
One thing is DLD is sure that he's made gains when he's done. That's a damn lot of confidence. I find I don't need to be sure, just 'cause I feel it when I'm done... like... my body's sayin' "Something changed for the better..."
