For many years I have had these white dots on my penis shaft .. and today I would out what it was! It's called Sebaceous Prominence and it is harmless.. thank god.. But can I get rid of this? and how? please i need some help.. I am shy to show it to girls..

I have a little of those to, they disappear when you get like 21 or so. ANd you are only 18 and im 19, but they will go away.

I don't have that on my shaft, but it's on the underside of the ridge of the glans. It's completely harmless and natural. I've never heard of it going away though.. and I'm 20 now.

Do you guys know any treatment to get rid of those? I have heard quite a bit on the net .. Including:

I have heard most sucess stories from this ISOTREX GEL.
It is a prescribed drug also known as ROACCUTANE and RETIN-A.
This is a seriously powerful drug only used for the treatment of acute forms of acne. It works by switching off the body's production of sebum, the white fluid which fills the sebaceous glands. Apparently this allows the body to clean out all the crap that builds up in the skin and causes acne.

So I am very interested in this product. But I am a bit scared of trying this, as its not intended to be used on your penis. Anyone here having same problem as me? and who would like to try this out? It sounds promising

Leave them loads of guys have them. I know I have and those pearly things on my glans. I dont really notice them and its not as if many women really sit down and study your cock much anyway. I have them on my shaft at the hair folicules.

Also I went on Roaccutane about 10 years ago and it is really powerful, dries everything out. I have since heard really bad things about it and it has been subsequantly banned here in the UK due to a death I think.
