Ok guys, Im goint to clamp for the first time today. Ive read alot about it, but like with everything else, sometimes theres a bit of confusion at first. Any advice? Also what are some concrete effects and results that happen for most people? Ild like to hear from those that have done this for at least 6 months or so. I dont want to screw myself up$$#$^%@ ?:(

There will be confusion at first with anything new you try, and there is certainly a learning curve with clamping. Make your wrap tight, and tighten the clamp just as much as you need to get a good engorgement. You won't screw yourself up, but like I said, there is a learning curve.
As far as concrete effects - I doubt there are any general concrete effects for anybody. You will get a bigger engorgement post work-out than you've probably ever gotten with jelqing/manual exercises. How well that translates into permanent gains is only promoted by a few.
Surely you've read the guide. It's a decent intro to clamping, and does give you good advice for avoiding injury. Limit your sets to 10 minutes, and then take a break while you massage or jelq to promote good bloodflow.
Don't be scared, you'll love it.

Dont worry, your here now so listen up to the dick who started the trend.
Your confused, I can relate FULLY to this as its VERY EASY to get confused with anything new, especially in PE with big names and all the other stuff that goes with it, so rest easy their.
Now, hit me....HARD....what you really confused about? not sure about? My advice would be this....your new to the whole thing, so I'd start on JUST 5 MINUTES of the STANDARD clamp.
This is the backbone of the clamp exercises.
Its explained in the guide, so I wont go over it here.
If you like, use a wrap....it really IS NOT essential, I never use one.
Some pointers would be....get the clamp or whatever your constricting with, as far into the base region as you can.....pushing it right upto the pubic region so the WHOLE Penis is engorged.
Make sure you have a good erection before clamping, otherwise the clamp will move towards the head and you'll loose the position needed for a good session.
Monitor any colour changes, temp' changes ect....the penis will/might go slightly colder, but it shouldnt be COLD COLD, so monitor that.
Also if you see the penis turning purple or black, STOP and apply heat wraps.
Keep your eyes open and MONITOR, its not as easy some think it is....simply throwing a clamp on lol you cant, you MUST be vigilant and monitor it otherwise you will hurt later.
Be prepared for a hardtime later on getting an erection, its a side effect from a session.....and no its not makeing you impotent.
You shall have red spots also after a session, is normal and nuthin to worry about at all.
After a session, warm down for 10 minutes or so, even if you want apply hot/cold therapy treatment.
After say 2 weeks we can see if your 5 minutes needs extending, if your ready for a higher time with more intensity.

As for results, well look at my pictures.....past and present, how ANYONE can sit their on their fat ass and say ''well the results and gains could be this and that'' makes me fuckin livid, this stuff WORKS.....goto bottom of the guide, the COMMENTS portion, many snippets from guys saying they have gained....infact I'm sure they'll chip in here.
Alloy, I dont know how long you clamped for....doesnt sound to me you did it long enough nor with much faith or any luck....but be assured it works well, and isnt any temp-thing some may think.
With REGULER consistant sessions, you'll notice the post workout size gets bigger and bigger.
It will take MONTHS, say 6 months at least for the changes in that to become PERMANENT.....I have said this TIME and TIME and TIME again, maybe the message isnt getting their?? well thats the way it goes, this kiddie has been doing clamping for 2 years now....more than anyone else, I know the score, and 6 months is needed AT LEAST for anything permanent to be seen.
But if you havent spent time beforehand lol dont expect results.

Thanks guys, Ill sign up on your site RED. From what you said Red, I think I am pretty much on track with what I understand about it so far due to lots of reading in the last week. Just wanted some additional feed back. Im gonna start with your suggested 5 minutes at a time for a few weeks, then build time as I go. As far as tightness of the clamp, Ill go to the point to where I can still urinate without much trouble, and make a mark on the clamp as a close guide. Thanks again dudes.

It's been more effective for me than anything else I've tried; I've also found it easier to do on a consistent basis.
Don't worry too much about injuring yourself, as long as you're reasonably careful you shouldn't have any problems. I've had red spots and some discoloration at times with no long-term ill effects from either, so don't be put off.
If you keep at it (I would recommend at least every other day) you should see results (g more than l, though I've had both), though obviously nothing is guaranteed.

I just finished my first clamp session. I had to use a regular hose clamp , but will get a cable clamp too and try it. I think it will be eaiser to use. I cant belive the tightness and stiffness I just got from doing this! I love it. My shaft and head got so hard and engorged, it actually felt like hard plastic. I didnt get much discolouration either, so I guess I did things right and safe. Ive got some pics Im gonna post if i can figure out how. Stay tuned!!

Sounds okay, but even better if you could KEGEL when you think your tight enough, if you see head expansion or feel expansion in the penis itself after the clamp, than its okay.....your on a fineline, with clamping.....you must with trial and error find the safest tightest grip....bordering if you will on being too tight, just kegel and if you get some slight expansion....your FINE.

Superb, sounds great.
Keep takeing baby steps, doing the 5 mins and takeing it easy so you learn the clamp and what your penis can take at this early stage.
Also sign-up at the clamp forums, their I can give better one on one advice, maybe make you a routine.

I forgot to mention I did kegal the whole time. I would tight the clamp to the point that kegals wouldnt work, then Ild back off the clamp just to the point that I could kegal again.

Correct me if Im wrong but is not clamping the same as a long uli squeeze?

The long uli squeeze must be similer to a standard constricter, but you cant really stay in it long in comparision to the clamps you can stay like for aslong as you can manage, plus wank and do otherwork, unlike the long uli squeeze....but in essence yeah they are very similer.
