Ive just started doing PE consistently for about 3 weeks now, but I had done some work on and off a few times before. I like my routine now, and although i havent measured I can visually see it as bigger, but I heard clamping is great for girth and head expansion...and my dick really needs work in those areas. So I downloaded the guide and it says experience is needed to start on it. Can I go out and start asap or should I wait and get some more PE'ing under my belt first? Thanks

i think u need alittle more pe under your belt before you go ahead and start clamping.clamping is for more advanced pe'ers and i believe you could hurt yourself potentially at first.you should get very comfortable with your current routine then u could start clamping imo.give it a couple months and you should be good to go.

See how your gains are with your current routine. If you've gained, continue doing it until you stop gaining. THere's no point in stopping something that works for you, b/c you're not going to see faster gains with clamping. Yes, you will gain, but its not gonna speed up the process.

i totally agree, take full advantage of making gains with simpler exercises then move on to clamping

Forget about going anywhere near clamping until you have at least 4-6 months of consistant PE under your belt. Three weeks is far too early yet.
