View Full Version : Amazing Clamping Routine

Go to Redzulu's clamping site. It gives a great clamping routine where u clamp for 3 sets of 15 mins. Read more up about it if u want, but i modified it slightly. I haven't found a clamping routine thats worked before this. I've clamped too much, lost girth, clamped and done not enough exercises in the clamp, and gained nothing. Finally, after 3 months, I've figured out the ideal clamping routine that gives me max expansion.


start off with 5 mins jelqing. Then clamp off. Wait 2 mins for dick to get used to clamp, then do 30 second squeezes only b/c thats how long i can hold a solid erection for while squeezing. 1 squeeze 1 inch from base of clamp, 1 squeeze mid-shaft, one squeeze 1 inch below head. I consider that one set. I do 2 sets of this. Rest for 1 min w/ clamp on and no exercise. then tighten the clamp one more notch. Then do 2 more sets of these squeezes. That should bring u to like 11-13 mins. For the rest of the time, i either squeeze, or do bends.

All in all, I've gotten 1/8 inch more expansion, and 1/8 more post-workout expansion. That may not seem like much to you guys, but after clamping for so long and having the same .35 inch expansion, now I have a .50 inch expansion, its freaking sweet. I'm sure to see gains in the next month or so.

lol I can hear some members in here slagging me off, come out you bitches in the fuckin open and say it, instead of PMs and emails.....fuckin wankers who slag off my methods....crying clamping doesnt work yet somehow cock rings do :O ?:( its the same concept i.e constricters maybe this will shut you up.
