Pumping along with jelqing

Would this help with the baseball bat effect...just curious since not too many people pump. I just thought about the fact that I have never seen a pumper with a baseball bat shaped penis

Actually, yes. It will help. Also, hanging tends to give a good amount of base girth. I've heard of guys doing Isolated Compression Squeezes on just the bottom half of the shaft as well. Read up and experiment a little.
