I want to start a general thread about PE injuries, any thoughts, ideas, experiences whatever. If there was an award for the most PE injuries per given time, I think I would be the winner. I'm like the Mario Lemieux of PE I swear. So far (in 1 year's time) I've had:
Torn connective tissue joining the glans to the shaft. This was after 1 month of PE, and it hurt like fuck for 2 months, I still can't pull directly on the head without some pain. This happened through stretching by pulling on the glans and not below the glans.
Lots of cuts and bruises. Mainly from hanging, though I've found lotion to really help with this. All the down time from this has set me back.
Of course a thrombosed vein. All the way up the shaft, hard and it hurt. Luckily I could still PE with it, took 3 weeks to go away. I tried upward stretching one time while clamped and this is what happened.
Really bad discolouration from clamping. Finished a clamp session with black skin on the top and bottom.
Luckily I've managed to avoid the really severe injuries, ie loss of sensitivity, nerve damage, or a tunica tear. My advice to avoid injuries is to learn as much about an exercise or technique before going all out with it, the more knowledge the better. Also, don't let things like discolouration get out of hand, in my case I ignored it and my skin got in a really messed up state before I had to take a week off girth work to let it heal. Be smart with PE, it's a great thing and you definitely don't want an injury to prevent you from reaching your goal size.
