Do any of you guys work out with a home gym ..as in Bow Flex, Cross Bow , Solo Flex or other?. How do you rate them as compared to joining a fitness club or regular gym? Advice appreciated as I am considering joining one or buying one this month. Thanks Guys.
Joined a gym today. The owner (an friend) made me an offer I couldn't refuse. Only 10.00 a month for unlimited use of the facilities and a personal trainer as long as i need one. Perry (owner) is aware of the health problems I have to deal with so I felt this would be best for me for now. He said he was dropping the price so that I couldn't use that as an excuse. Training starts tomorrow.Watch out girls ...its gonna be tight by Christmas. LOL
