I have take a break of 3 weeks one month ago due to a big lack of motivation. Since i 've back to the job i have not see a gains. Before my break all was working fine, i have gains in the previous 4 month one inch in lenght (and a little in girth at end due to supersets, but girth isn't really a problem for the moment).

For the moment my routine looks like that:

2 set of hanging at 8 pounds for 20 minutes
300 to 600 dry jelqs at 75/80 erect with 2/3 sec strokes(number of reps depends of the day)
some JAI (20-60)
some 30 sec stretch every time i go the toilet

Schedule 2 on 1 off but it could be 3 on 1 off too depending on time and motivation.

Beginning size 5.39" BP
Before break size 6.29" BP
Actual size 6.29 BP

I really don't know what i should do, but if someone can help i would appreciate.

PS I have also try the DLD blasters but i can't achieve to perform the reverse kegel thing, maybe some people can not?

Have you done anything with the LOT thoery yet? If so what is your LOT? After we find that, we *should* be able to find out what some good exercises for you will be. :)

You're right i've forget to mention this i have a lot around 8 (a little higher). I mostly work my ligs (stretch downward), hang standing up or BTC, and dry jelq downward.

Thanks for helping ;)

yeah at 8 you should still have some gains left in the ligs. before you have to switch to tunica routine .....maybe you just need some time to get yourself back into gaining.....i know you say u been back a month ...but dont give up yet my friend ...tom. you may see a gain .....keep at it and i'm sure you will soon start to gain again ....

I hope to see gains...soon, tomorrow would be fine :D. I don't know maybe i'm making something wrong, i may have to make a more consistant routine without days off or to change to completely different exercices. I'm not giving up but it's my motivation that is slowly going down :(
The thing that disgust me the most is that during the months before the break i was gaining a quarter inch by month...

hey, frenchy:

i started newbie stat NPE during the period just before you stopped; i read a lot of your posts at that time at another forum. i always liked reading your posts, and it's great to see you here.

i stopped PE after an intense month wherein i gained some nice flaccid hang from a 700 jelq-a-day workout, then added blasters and bends. i've just jumped back in this past week after a month or so off.

i've found that DLD's superset for girth combined with angle stretches has been a great jumpstart routine, as it has already provided that bronzed firm state that feels like a 20% erection level nearly all the time. makes me want to go back to an overall routine with supersets every three days.

i think from a pyschological point of view this provided me inspiration to continue.

also, angle jelqs are a fantastic exercise if you're an edger.

Thanks for the kind words Dewey :).

About the angle and the LOT theory i'm quite sure that it's not the better choice for me, i explain; during the beginning of my PE career i have mainly work on upward angles (at this moment the lot theory didn't exist) and i have made good gains with this tunica work. Maybe some people didn't react the same way as other do...i may be hitting a plateau now or i'm not working on the things i have to (tunica). If someone have an advice about this...just hit reply :)

Don't be shy, hit reply :D I just need some advices (or at least one) to tell me if i'm wrong or not.

Hmmm, well maybe you should try Ligs for a while, if the Tunica isn't working anymore?

I'm already working on the ligs but i think it's time for me to begin tunica work. Even if i have a LOT between 8 and 9. Seems that there is always special case in every theory, i'm probably one of them :( That the better way to make me more confident about future gains. If someone have a routine for me to work the tunica it would be very nice because i'm a little lost for the moment...

Have you not checked DLD's tunica routine at MOS?

I'm not a member at MOS.

hi french:

i realize you're asking for a routine here, but i'm not confident enough to suggest one. i do think that as a hanger, you could benefit from a change in your workout to shock the system back into gains.

i suggest that any of the bends or squeezes will do more for you in girth than stretches. i've noticed some great temporary gains in girth and flaccid hang since concentrating on this type of exercise.

i've only been experimenting for two months or so and hope that the gains will eventually cement and become permanent, but in the meantime i love this swinging package i've got going... and i think it's due primarily to the lateral stress of the bends.

i'm currently angle jelqing (100 percent erect/angle down), as well, with serious kegel and prostate stim every 200 jelqs which i believe expands the tunica by maintaining the higher erect levels. by filling the cc's to the limit and applying a moderate-to-strong grip, i can get very fat.

Frenchy, you have already accomplished the biggest step in PE...Initial Gains. This on a psychological level is the most powerful motivator in PE. I, as many people know, am a huge advocate for mental PE. Mental PE becomes more powerful once we make the initial physical gains. Mental PE by itself does not do anything but when a good balance of mental and physical work together this is the optimum gaining state. The first thing I think you should do is reflect on your previous gains...remember the good feeling you got, the pride, the sense of accomplishment. Use this prior success to fuel your new venture. Your state of mind is paramount to making gains. On the physical part I will write you a routine that will help jump start these gains. I will post it here for everyone to see that way anyone else with these issues can try this method. I am strapped for time this afternoon but I will get it up today at one point, probably tomorrow for you:)
