I dont know what its due to, but its been 3-4 months that i dont cum as much as i used to.
The only thing thats changed in my habits is that I've cut down on red meat, i'm taking pills for my ulcer, oh and also my right testicule hurts, could be varicocele, but i got it checked, and they didn't see any sign of it.
Do any of u have a clue what could have caused this decrease in ejaculation quantity?

Funny you should raise this as I have just purchased some supplements to boost mine as my sperm count seems lower than usual. Lowered red meat intake is definitely part of the equation as i have discovered that core amino acids present in sperm are derived only from red meat or dairy product. Zinc is the most commonly discussed element relating to sperm production but this only forms part of the ejaculate. L-Arginine, L-Lysine and L-Carnitine are the 3 most fundamental proteins that generate higher sperm count and are those that the body normally assimilates from red meat. I am currently adding these to my daily diet and will let you know what the results are later. Also worthy of mention is shell fish like oysters and mussels that many swear by.....but my favourite "natural" supplement would have to be Bee Pollen (in capsules). Though the effect does not seem to last for some reason. They are loaded with lots of a wide range of free-form amino acids (protein) that have all sorts of beneficial off shoots, one being sperm production. See if any of the above helps.
Zinc and L-Arginine. Then you're set.

Forgot to ask, how many times on average do you ejaculate per week??? This will also have an obvious impact on sperm count. The other thing is that i have noticed that after prolonged arousal i shoot more semen under greater pressure but it is also alot clearer (lower in sperm) than when i cum after a shorter arousal time. Does anyone else notice this??
Man, I'm sorry but this meat stuff relating to loads is a bunch of crap. I just wanted to de-mystify that. I'm a vegetarian and my loads are big, shoot far, are very white.. etc. Everything is optimal and there's nothing to worry about. I do love dairy though.

thats kinda' like saying "i haven't got anything to shoot with coz i don't have any rifles......but i've got these revolvers...will they do?". The protein intake is in your case being made available from "the dairy". If you eat fish that will also be contributing.

Thats probably about average for most guys, myself included(?). I am still not convinced that abstaining from orgasms is the sole contributor of more load however. I believe depending on your overall health, diet etc. your production flattens off....reaching a threshold that your body sets itself. Anyone else got something to add??
