which skin? inner or outer?

I use a TLC tugger, and one thing I worry about is whether or not I will be able to get enough inner skin. I want more of the inner skin as it will provide the natural covering to the glans for mucus production as well as have the pleasurable nerve endings. AND, based on what I have learned in my anatomy class, nerves to regenerate, even if very slowly.

Part of the increased pleasure from the corona is just because the stratum corneum (the thick part of skin) goes away when it's covered all the time, making the existing nerve endings more exposed.

Anyway, I would like to ask you guys what you know about the ability to emphasize what type of skin you stretch. I know the T-Tape can do this because you can decided exactly where it will pull by where you place the tape, but I don't know if you can do that with other methods.

have about 1 inch if inner skin, and I would really like to at least double that over the course of my restoration. Any thoughts?

I imagine the tension on the inner and outer skin would pretty much equalize once you wear it for a bit. That is what happens when I use my CAT II as a tugger, and it's about the same as the TLC when used that way. You can however, use the CAT II strapless and it definitely focuses on inner skin when you do that.

You may need 4-5 inches of skin to get reliable coverage, and you'll surely get 1" or more of inner skin with the TLC by the time you get there. Maybe there's someone with some long term experience with the TLC to let us know how it went for them?

Don't you guys think that even if the outer skin is covering the glans that it will be enough protection to shedd, restore sensitivity and keep it moist?

It would be enough. Even a condom would work. Shielding the glans and whatever inner skin is left will allow the keratinized corpus luteum to be shed eventually, and there will be natural moisture to help with that. I wear an O-ring during showering and only take it off to rinse my entire penis with water. I don't let soap or shampoo get to it because would just cause irritation and further drying.
