I've noticed that if I get away from FR for a period of time, my head seems to shrink, that my CS doesn't fill with as much blood, if any....I'm struggling with my head size at the moment, so if I can get any insight as to whether or not this is an FR problem, or if it's a problem that could be fixed by kegeling....thanks ahead of time. I'm kegeling and FRing to see if my CS will improve, so here's hoping. But and suggestiong as to a rememdy of this problem, which has persisted, I will be greatful as always.

Probably a combination of genetics, anatomy, FR, and PC strength. Not everyone is going to have a huge head size and well defined CS - it's a bummer to those of us who don't. Keep up with your Kegels and FR and make the most of it.

I'm thinking that it might be from a subtle loss of sensation. As you take a break from FR, you lose a little sensitivity. I know that when I've been good and stuck with the FR without breaks, my head gets really sensitive to touch and will blow up real big when I play with myself or have sex. If I take a break from FR, or even just cheat a little, I start losing sensitivity pretty fast...

yeah, I've had trouble gaining head size anyway, but I've never had a really dense amount of PC work with my PE....usually just within the context of my routines....so I'm doing a routine now, at least 500 a day to upwards of 1000, not a huge amount by any means, since you can do a set of 100 in a few minutes....periodically spread throughout the day, it's not bad at all....I'm back into constrictors hoping Red could help me with a routine....we'll see how it goes....I'll monitor it as I'm also back to wearing my DIY weighted cone....which Kong you may want to build....it's so easy to use and to wear....

Circumcision can actually damage vascular veins which help provide the head with blood. When these heal up they are damaged somewhat and you lose the ability of full head expansion.
