I just got my Vimax ectender yesterday and today am trying that very thing, pulling the shaft skin over the head and then stretching.
I'm not getting the stretch inside that i felt yesterday, and the skin is burnig now (after about an hour). I'm going to go adjust it.
I'll keep trying though, maybe foreskin stretching one day then full penis stratching the other.
