Just as the title says, do you have any suggestions? The only one I can think of is to masturbate beforehand. :(

I think masterbation is fine. In my opinion you will benefit more from masterbating then stretching than not stretching at all. You could do your stretching routine after everything else. This will allow you to have a good semi-erection for the exercises that need this. After your done, wack it:D then STRETCH.

Try Angle jelqs.

When I'm faced with unintentionally serious wood during a workout, I'll switch to those exercises that require 80 plus percent erection level. I'm sure the reason for achieving these high levels isn't strictly for fun, right, DLD?

Erection during workouts also provides a great opportunity to work on edging or multiple orgasm techniques. Use the event to learn to approach your moment of failure (ejaculation) without shooting. For those skills, often the bigger and harder, the better.

It seems to me that this is a good state for girth gain: what other purpose is there to raise your erection level for certain exercises?

You can also really feel kegels in this state and observe your PC contraction strength.

Another thing: whip out the ruler. Best BPEL and EG numbers.

Of course, jelqing to ejaculation can be supersweet. I posted about this at another forum but I'll testify again: allowing a big blow during a workout is major. It shouldn't be considered a detriment.

That said, anyone who uses NPE for strictly masturbatory purposes will eventually lose interest and won't be posting any gains.

Erections can be our friend during PE. Angle jelqs are a great exercise not only to facilitate an erect penis but they also work wonders on stretching the ligs during jelqing. The point of this matter is there is a time and a place for an erection. SOmetimes we can't control this time and place. So when it is unavoidable use it in your favor by doing erect exercise. When your done using all the good of the erection, masterbate and continue on with stretching exercise.
