View Full Version : Help! Jelqing makes my balls ache.

I'm starting to get really pissed off because of this. Anyway, it started last summer as I began to do PE regularly. Everything went well until one day my right testicle started hurting like hell after I had done about 40 jelqs. I got really scared and I went to the doctor. The doctor said that I had strained my right seminal duct. Ok, wasn't as bad as I thought. The pain abated during the day, but I still had an annoying feeling there, I knew everything wasn't ok afterall. After a few days I went to the doctor again. They said that my right epididymis was inflamed. So they gave me antibiotics, and after a few days everything was alright.

A had a really long pause in PEing because I simply didn't want to hurt myself again. About a week ago I started again and the first days went ok. I was really motivated and happy that everything seemed to work fine. But, right now my right testicle is bothering me again. The irritating little ache is back. It didn't start as infernal pain like last time, a little less than a week ago I just noticed that my testicle aches again. I'm sure that my right epididymis is inflamed again, it's the exact same feeling. I'm going to the doctor tomorrow to get antibiotics.

My question would be, what kind of girth exercise other than jelqing could I use to get more girth? I haven't had problems with stretches, they work fine. The testicle pain is always caused by jelqing. Probably because as I grab my penis base with my left hand, I somehow grab my right seminal duct too with my fingers, and as I slide it up, I irritate the already once strained duct and the outcome is an epididymis inflammation. Do you guys have any good advice for me? Thanks.

I have a idea as to why jelqs may be a problem to you. If you are not circumsized then my theroy will be wrong but if you are read on.
Basically when you are cut, you have less slack skin and some people report there balls being far up there shaft. Does this apply to you? if so maybe if you work on making some more skin so your balls have more space to hang you might be able to jelq without them getting in the way.
Just an idea, hope it can help.

Anyways Pebe, I have good news and bad news. The bad news is you may not be able to jelq right now. You may not be able to jelq ever. The good news is you can still PE. In fact, I gained .5"+ in girth never jelqing. Though jelqing is the standard, and it would really be beneficial to be able to do - it's not necessary to gain girth. In fact, it's rather inefficient as far as girth goes.

Research some girth exercises and scour the forum for girth routines. Don't give up on jelqing, but pay close attention to your technique. You may be able to completely avoid the situation BY CHANGING YOUR HAND POSITION. No shit. How EXACTLY do you do your jelqs? How do you hold your hands? Where do you apply the pressure, etc.

Im uncut and when jelqing the dong, the my hands steal the skin from the nutsack. =)
But it's usally fixed by, pulling all skin back then keep it there, and grip. Jelq up.

And if it is wet jelq(didnt read that good), same happens to be, just make shure the skin is all the way down. Every stroke.

What exercises did you use? Im curious as I only really jelq with a few bundles and bends thrown in which I can never hold for very long.

What do you think would be good girth exercises besides jelqing for a beginner? Most other girth exercises seem to be for the more experienced ones.

I actually have no problems jelqing with my right. Only when I pull up with the left it feels like the left hand fingers grab something extra with them. So would it be possible to jelq only with the right hand? Jelq with the right, and when the right hand is at the head, take the left and just hold it at the base so that the blood can't get out. And then again somehow squeeze the right under the left and jelq again with the right..or something like that, maybe.

I only dry jelq, so I do about 25 with one hand and then change over to go with the other hand. If you only notice the problem when you jelq with your left hand than dont jelq with your left hand, it is as simple as that mate. If you are worried you are not being 'even' then add a slight bend in the opposite direction hald the time. PE really isnt an exact science, do what feels good.
