Now what are these 'ribs'? They are called Trabeculae. They are made-up of white fibrous tissue, elastic fibres and plain musculer fibres. Numourous arteries and nerves are contained in them. They are in essence what supports and encloses arteries entering the cavernous structure. Not alot of guys have these really visible like shane does. I have found, that NOW I'm starting to see these 'ribs' becoming more and more visible. I have had them like this for awhile now, but they have become more prominent especially during a session if I'm doing downward erect constricted bends. The 'ribs' bulge out the sides just like shanes. I think 'deep' girth work like that of constriction methods will make these 'rib' structures more prominent, because they enclose arteries which carry blood into the Cavernous spaces so in essence they must be being enlarged through pe by doing constriction methods. I never noticed these 'ribs' with other pe methods. Maybe they didnt hit so deep inside the penis? I think I'm also pretty confident that Shane has done PE, because these 'ribs' would need PE for sure to become so prominent. So if you look at the ribs a different way, the ribs could also look like a region where some inner wall is letting loose a bit and giving you more girth but the area immediately next to the rib is not. Can it be that the rib is a result of the girth work doing its job but the area around the rib is just tougher against the girth work?
