Hi,

Just did an intense stretch and jelq session.

First time I've gone all out in since first discovering the A stretch.

Got a few spots, not worried, as soon as I noticed I stopped and now soaking it in hot water.

Why do the spots occur? and does it mean I've done the right thing when Im doing the exercises?

Or could these be due to doing the exercises wrong?

Routine was....

Warm up - stretches first
Dip in hot water for 15mins
Then A stretch
Jelq about 300 I think
Stretch all directions
Dip in hot water
Then tried to do A stretch again

Thats when I noticed the spots.

Think I just over exercised.

The spots are blood spots, bruising and perhaps some surface capillaries breaking. This happens due to pressure and blood being forced against the thin skin of the penis. This is completely normal and it will clear up on it's own. I still get these with certain exercise.

On a side note, how do you like the A-Stretch?

Thanks DLD, yeah the A stretch is amazing, I did these during the time I was out of action with a t-vein. I attribute 0.25 of my gains to this stretch.

Im trying to up the intensity of my work outs, had to start my routine again due to t-vein and I did a month and half of the newbie routine, I believe my intensity was not enough to gain very much, I did stick to it religiously but no new gains as of yet.

So Im upping the force of jelq and stretch.
And learning about clamping and the LOT theory. All very interesting.

Oh yeah that footlong stretch where you use your leg or foot to apply more pressure, did you make that up?
Thats very frickin clever man.
