I want to start this but i can't find a routine when I search can some1 post a good starting routine?

Wow! That's a very individualized thing! Some guys like cyclops were loose cut and could start at a more advanced point than guys like me, who had to cross tape for a year to just get the balls back where they should be.

I'm thinking it over and will try to come up with something.

It's not an easy thing to come up with, because every circ is basically different.

If you want to start with something simple. Try what I described in my "unexpected benefits" thread. If you want to get serious about it, you could try T-taping, or one of the tapeless tuggers like the tugahoy or CAT II.

It isn't advanced or anything, just give it a try.
