Motivation

well that is my biggest problem lately i guess...i am never motivated to do my pe sessions, i know that after doing it for a couple weeks everyday, that i will keep doing it cuz it will be part of my day and i hate to break routine, just like working out, i hated doing it when i first started, then after a couple weeks it was just something i did everyday and i didnt think about it while i was doing it

so what is y'alls motivation to keep pe-ing??

I have low motivation but its alot to do with stress at home and work.
My mind is racing 24/7 and my penis is mostly the last of whats on my mind.
Besthing I can say is do what you can when you can.

yeah i did 15 min wet jelp session today in the shower, prolly do some stretching tonight, but i know what u mean about ur mind being on other things, got alot of stuff going on at work that is stressin me out, and im stressin about my g/f and some things going on in her life, but yeah i try to get it in when i can

I have no motivation at all, I just do it - like work.
Not because its satisfying, dats probably because I always imagine I have a 11" long and thick pole, instead of my 7.2... well hard to get those wishes off, same thing with money cant stop thinking bout it and what to buy if I had them. :P

I took DLD's advice about approaching every session with a sexual mindset. Now it doesn't seem like work because I'm looking at porn and enjoying the workout, plus it doesn't hurt to know that my dick is getting ever bigger too.

The cool thing about PE is that after you see gains you dont need to be motivated anymore you just apply it your everyday life it becomes a habit like brushing your teeth.
