Will it hurt my PE gains?

It will neither help nor, harm your gains. It is a muscle cell volumizer but a skeletal muscle cell volumizer. In other words, the main thing it does it draw water into muscle cells. It also helps provide short term muscle energy boosts. I dont know the actions responsible for this though. I have taken at least a couple different versions of it...well a few actually when I worked out a lot more. Definitely helps ....with short term boosts of strength...and will help you get a better "pump"....not in your penis though. I've got personal experience with Muscle Tech (Brand) Cell Tech. It's...in my opinion, overpriced...loaded with too much sugar and, people with a family history of, or even a suspicion that they may be prone to diabetes should not take it. If you want to "pack on some quick size", take Cell Tech. Be warned though, you better drop all other carbohydrate intake from your diet and do cardio like a madman. 75 grams of simple carbs (SUGAR!) per serving...otherwise that "quick size" will be quick FAT. I've taken EAS brand's Phosphogen as well and it seems to work well. Not the best tasting stuff and gritty from what I recall but, you cant have it all. I'm sure there are better Creatine supplements out there now...its been a few years since I have used any of em. Probably better tasting ones too. Probably more information than you were looking for.

Still is right. Creatine is muscle fuel for contraction. Not going to do anything to your dick.

I think I'll pass on the Cell Tech as my family does have a long history of diabetes.

There is a creatine patch sold online. Transdermal is absolutely the best way to go.

I don't use it so I don't know all that much about it. I do know that transdermal is by far and away the most effective way to use most anything.

Creatine is great stuff. In my opinion, EAS Phospagen HP is good stuff and great tasting. Cell Tech isn't bad either, but Met-RX made their version that was supposed to compare to Cell Tech and it tasted like absolute ass.

My one criticism would also be the high amounts of sugar. It's outrageous when you think of what they put in the stuff. I myself haven't used the stuff in over two years and maybe they've come out with better stuff. I do remember seeing "low-carb" creatine powders, but who know if they're worth anything.
