i just recently started a power assist routine that last for about 1 hour and 15 minutes...i do about seven of the exercises:
tunica fulcrum stretch
2 handed A-stretch *
body rock stretch
bow stretch*
sling shot
down and out
side fulcrum

i do 10-15 minutes of each...* i feel the tension the most

my question is how many exercises do you do in a session and which ones make you feel the most tension...i also try to get in two sessions a day....doesn't happen all the time but as long as i get in one i don't feel bad...thanks guys

I do 4 reps of each that usually gets my ligs going. I do them every other day and hang with my Bib starter on the off PA days.
