Pumping for Foreskin-- My Report

I have spent roughly four weeks experimenting with pumping. My main goals with this experiment were to increase the rate at which I have been restoring my foreskin and also to increase the length and girth of my penis.

Although vacuum pumping had been recommended to me by several forum members for both goals, I have to say that I came away from the experiment with mixed feelings.

When I began pumping, I joined a pumping specific forum and also read through all the available information on the internet. I tried out a couple different pumps and learned how to use them effectively. As you can see by some of the photos I posted on this forum throughout that time, I did have a small measure of success at accomplishing what I suppose the aim of pumping is...which is to temporarily increase the size of the penis by engorging it with lymphatic fluid. The theory, I suppose, is to permanently increase the size of the penis by repeating this over and over.

I plan to continue to pump...but I am relegating it to a back-burner feature of my pe and FR routine. I will probably only pump one day per week from now on and here is why...

On the FR front, I found pumping to be a little bit hard to work into my program. If I pumped large enough to stretch the skin, I invariably found my penis too irritated to do any manual stretching exercises. Likewise, the skin was too thick with fluid to cross tape. I tried to combine pumping and my tlc tugger, but after just a little while of wear, I found that the fluid retained in the tissue would leave deep red depressions from the tugger and it was just too painful to use. Although I did note increased slack skin, using a pump meant that I could not use any other restoration method...meaning my glans was left exposed. After three weeks, I noted a decrease in sensitivity-- something I am just not willing to give up now that I have experienced it. One pro was that the fluid retention seemed to concentrate on the frenelum remnants of my penis, stretching them out and making them extremely sensitive. It also seemed to stretched out my scarring, which has always been a problem for me. That may account for the increased slackness of the skin, and is the main reason I will continue to pump.

A few cons I observed was a darkening in the coloration of the skin, dryness, chafing, and a decrease in the frequency and strength of my erections. I also tended to have problems with premature ejaculation. I was careful not to pump at too high a pressure, so I believe that pumping is just not a suitable method of PE and FR for me. At least, not to make it the centerpoint of my program. However, other men swear by it so I cannot say that such responses are or would be typical.

I noted no permanent increases in flaccid or erect length or girth. I believe it is possible to increase length and girth if using a high amount of pressure, because I experimented with that too, but the bruising and red spots and just general wear and tear from it would not be worth it to me. I continue to believe that the manual penis enlargement exercises espoused here on MOS are the most effective and least damaging methods of penis enlargement developed so far. I think it is more effective to stretch the corpus and ligs with hands than with a vacuum.

I will continue to pump, but I am only going to do it once a week, as a kind of "shock treatment" on my penis, to stretch out the skin and scarring. It did seem to help with FR, but for me, it was just too rough on my penis doing it every day.

I don't mean to make this sound like scientific fact. I am just reporting what I experienced while pumping. It is just my opinion. For size gains, stretching, jelqing, and clamping seem to be more effective than vacuum pumping. For FR, the cons of pumping kind of run counter to some of the goals of FR, which are to restore penile health, sexual sensitivity and strong, frequent erections.

Feel free to leave any comments, suggestions or ask any questions.

Hi Kong, I think that your observations are correct and accurate. Your statement that you did not use high pressure, tells me that you didn't really see the results of FR from pumping. If you will read back, I specifically said that FR , in my case, came from increased vacuum pressure. While I understand your not going for the high pressure, that was the SPECIFIC thing that caused me to have such rapid FR even when I had not planned on it.

Again, I am not disagreeing with you on any point you made. I don't know if you could get length with pumping and I am not willing to go through the procedure to try. May I suggest that when you do that one day a week pump, try a couple times to get too high of a pressure and see what results you see. GS

Yes, I will. To be honest, I went too high several times, which might account for the soreness and discoloration. However, I did note, over the month, a decent amount of increased slackness in the skin. I am afraid I am just too prone to injury from pumping to make it my main method of restoration. Perhaps a longer acclimatization period would have helped. I tend to get injured easily with engorgement-type routines and had the same problems with clamping when I first tried that. Still, I have to say that I do recommend pumping, but as a support for a FR program, and not the main method. Like I said, I am going to try to use it as weekly shock treatments. I plan to pump up a huge ass donut at least once a week.
