Truthful gains from Extenders

I ran across this JES site from europe. It seems they may be a bit more honost about the gains.

The average result of Jes-Extender treatment was an increase in erect length of 2,8 cm (1.1 Inch) after 1100 hours at 1200 g traction force. The corresponding flaccid increase is 1,9 cm or 0.75 inch.

That's 1.1 inch every 3 months. Which doesnt seem unrealistic at all. But thats using it for 12 hours a day as well.

I think results can differ alot with person to person.
Some will gain quicker and better than others.
I dont think that 12 hours per day is needed in order to gain a few inches in a extender. Bare in mind, alot of us here have already been at PE for awhile so the penis is already worn, shall we say and more open to gains.
