Do not make the mistake of sneezing or coughing while wearing the Bib (or any other) hanger. OUCH!!! Did both this am and it was not pleasant to say the least. The last couple times I removed the tension by lifting up on the weights till the sneezing subsided.

When i did it as i sneezed it temporally lifted up the hanger and then dropped it back down with a hell of a force.

Yeah, I sometimes do small coughs while hanging (on purpose) just to get the feeling of the ligs stretched. Another thing I do is lay completely down and do a revese kegel then rise slowly. You can really feel it! :) Found this stuff out by coughing, oooooowies!

yea you really do get a good pull when it happens.
