I've been doing on the average 300 jelqs and 1000 kegels per day for the past couple months. I have noticed some improvement in the thickness of my shaft (woooohoooo!!!) I have been doing various stretches and pulls and tugs every night to try to improve on my length. I can stretch my penis flaccid to about 7" or so. But I haven't noticed any difference in my hang really. Should I see a difference then or not? I would think so.

I also forgot to mention that I have miraculous improvement in my stamina now. There's this cute little woman in Thailand that can attest to that.:p

Great job! Just keep at a routine and you're set! :)

Did you take measurments of your girth? If so what're you at now?

As for your hang, in my first month or so of PEing i gained about 1" in my flaccid hang and I've pretty much been there ever since. Strange thing is I've gained about 2" in erect length so far. Guess I'm just a grower and not a shower. You could be the same way. There is an experiment going on right now though to increase flaccid hang using the Thera-P wrap. Not sure if its working, probably will have results in a month or so.

My flacid has increased around 2 inches and my erect has increased around 2 1/4 in. Try the blasters for some length growth.

Yeah I started hanging a few months back and now I notice that my flaccid is a little longer than before. Also I'm gaining head size because of the blood that's [not supposed to be] in there while I'm hanging.

The TOW Stretch seems pretty interesting. I'll give it a shot tonight. I never found out what the Blasters are. I did a search and all I got was more posts with the word "blaster" in them.

On a brighter note. An old Hawaiian friend of mine from back home in the U.S. met me in a hotel while we were both in Singapore this past weekend. She definitely noticed a difference in my size and performance. Our all night session got her off 14 times!! That's twice as many times as I did. I'm still grinning.:)

the TOW stretch is superb.. i mean i love/hate that exercise for being so intense.. well that IMO anyways when combined with the v-stretch and some a-stretces.. 10 mins of each u get a reallly tired dickk..// anyways correct me if im wrong but the blasters is contracting and to expand the pc muscle while doing a stretch.. so.. its doing a kegel for a period of time and then doing a reverse kegel... u should feel ur stretching a bit more the ligs.. very nice exercise..

I regret to say that I'm not yet able to perform too many stretches. For one I'm not long enough to do things like the A-stretch. I also live on this ship for at least two more weeks until we get back to the US. Therefore I don't have a whole lot of privacy here to really get into a hardcore routine. But I will definitely take the time to try to figure out the TOW stretch tonight.

I've been trying for a few days now and so far all I can see that I've gotten from the TOW stretch is some really sore skin. What is this exercise suppose to concentrate on? Grab with two hands and pull in opposite directions. Nothing but skin.

Of course you'll feel the skin you fool....your pulling in oppsoite directions.
But the INTERNAL penis....The Tunicae is getting STRETCHED....you will feel the skin more as its elastic and like that....but it is a good sretch....try a SLIGHT angle when you do the TOW...so its not straight out..pulled.
This will decrease the tension on the skin.

i keep saying that the best exercise that works for me is the TOW.. i dunno.. i just feel it so damn muchh... aaanyways to each his own..
