Question about resoration v. cut

I am circumsized pretty tight. I have read in one of Kongs forums that if you have hair growing up your shaft that could be a sign, in which i do. I have a question tho considering gaining length and girth wise. If I don't restore my foreskin will I enjoy the same gains as if I did restore. Also, if i don't restore will I even see any clear gains when i'm cut tight? thanks in advance for your comments

you will see gains if you dont go with fr when you pe you kinda strech the skin along with it if your a quick gainer then you might get some strech marks i have like seven of them
if you fr with no pe you might get a little bigger just from freeing up some skin that may be restricting you im doing it cause i need more skin to grow without getting anymore sterch marks my balls hang alot lower too thats a plus for me anyway

There's alot of contention concerning foreskin restoration and penis enlargement. Some say FR helps. Some say it don't. My personal opinion is that skin expansion will help speed up the PE process. It can also help elimate a few negative side effects of pe like stretch marks, tight skin, hairy shaft and turkey neck. Skin expansion will also help with circulation, as the new skin you grow comes with new veins and cappillaries. A few other benefits of FR include better flaccid hang, more sensitive penis and lower hanging balls. You do not have to completely restore your foreskin to enjoy the benefits of skin expansion, either! You'd be surprised how much difference a couple inches of skin will make! Be warned, however. Once you start, the difference is so remarkable you may decide to go all the way!

thanks for the replies guys, I'm not sure what i'm going to do but since I just started to get serious with PE I think i'll worry about this a little later. I Have nothing against restoring my skin but I just don't know if it's for me. If for some reason I become restricted in gaining I just might turn to it.
